We all lament the end of a holiday and the return to normality - but one of my next guests found a novel way to keep the spirit of her trip alive.
Melanie Jenkins and her friend Claudia Kozub had a blast in Spain, admiring Gaudi's architecture in Barcelona and the streets of Ibiza's old town.
Then there was the food.... As a photographer, Mel had well documented what she saw over there.
Her friend, food writer and stylist Jo Wilcox, was intrigued - the result is a collaboration between the pair called 'Take Me to Spain'.
It's chock-full of the flavoursome Spanish fare - from Patatas Bravas, paellla and boiled orange and olive oil cake - to a sangria cocktail with a simple tapas side.
They both join Kathryn to talk about why the book is a passport to the flavours and friendships of Spain.

Third restoration under way after Virgin Mary's controversial glow-up offends churchgoers A Spanish statue of the Virgin Mary is causing controversy for a new look that patrons are calling less than demure. The Daily Mail reported 'hundreds' gathered outside Seville's Basilica de La Macarena after the unveiling of the restored effigy. Restorer Francisco Arquillo Torres was tasked with repairing damage to the Virgin's tear ducts and an inspection of her eyelashes. But with her new long lashes, a lighter complexion, and revisions to her facial structure, the mother of Christ's 'facelift' soon seemed all too literal. Churchgoer Consuelo Murga said the effigy looked as if she was wearing makeup, exclaiming to The New York Times 'the Macarena cannot be made up'.

Photo / Getty Images Latin superstar Maluma has publicly called out a mother in the audience at his latest concert. The urban pop singer, 31, was performing in Mexico City at the weekend as part of his '+Pretty +Dirty' world tour, when he noticed a woman in the crowd holding a small baby. Taking to his microphone, Maluma spoke directly to the woman who decided to bring her bub along, asking in Spanish, 'With all due respect, how old are they?' He continued, 'A year old? Less? Do you think it's a good idea to bring a 1-year-old baby to a concert where the decibels are this f***ing high? Where is the sound this loud? That baby doesn't even know what it's doing here.' Maluma, who welcomed his first child in March last year, issued a warning to the mother, urging her to 'be a bit more aware'.
