Michele Morrone shares Another Simple Favor co-star Blake Lively's 'most embarrassing moment on set' and it's hilarious!
Tensions may have been allegedly running high on the sets of Another Simple Favor — the barrage of awkward moments from the press tour is proof enough even if no one confirms it. But that doesn't have to mean it was ALL bad!
In a recent 'friendship test' conducted by Glamour Mag, featuring the primary cast of the chic slow burn thriller, one of the questions posed to Blake was about her 'most embarassing memory' from the sets of the film. Confused about what to narrate, co-star Anna Kendrick (and apparently nemesis, if reports are to be belived). chimed in with how she actually has several instances to narrate. But 365 Days heartthrob Michele Morrone took the lead on this one, relaying how he managed to put Blake in quite the awkward spot, courtesy of the (fake!) horrifying childhood anecdote he shared with her.

"When I actually told Blake my dad died, eaten by a lion. And she actually believed", Michele commenced confidently. But Blake immediately jumped in, attempting to lightly take control of the narrative: "Let's hold. Let's reverse the story for a second", she said. Michele continued anyway: "You know, I lost my father when I was very young. She was like, 'Oh my God, I'm so sorry! How did he die?' "; Blake, finally getting on board, fact-checked him: "No you told the story. You went to the zoo. He's youngest of three older sisters." with Michele adding, "And he just fall into the cage of the lions. And he died. And she's laughing as well. I was like (keeps a straight, serious face)"...'Oh my God, I'm so sorry, like...' ".
Now while Blake agreed that part of her was mortified about the possibility of this odd ball story being true, she made it known she still had her guards up about being taken for a ride. She added, "But I was also like, 'are you f***ing with me?'. And he was like, 'It's okay, everyone laughs, I understand' ". Anna, in splits by this time, exclaimed, "So mean!". As Michele added, "She fel(t) so embarrassed and was like...", Blake cut him, hilariously clarifying, "Oh, because I was embarrassed to fall for it but I was also embarrassed to laugh at your father who had been mauled by a lion in front of your child's eyes".
Michele agreed that the whole thing was a "bad joke", but it was still "so funny". Blake, taking the leg pulling like a champ, added, "Yeah that's the moment I was like, 'I love this man forever' ".

The 41-year-old claimed that his co-star used the singer's influence, referring to her as her 'dragon' to assert dominance. 'The message could not have been clearer. Baldoni was not just dealing with Lively. He was also facing Lively's 'dragons,' two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him,' the lawsuit said, per Page Six. As a result, Baldoni's legal team subpoenaed Swift to testify as a witness in his and Lively's March 2026 trial. But, plastic surgeons have some specifics to share before everyone marches down to their plastic surgeon. David Shafer, MD, a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue in NYC, speaking to Glamour mag, emphasised how getting a 445cc just because they look great on Kylie, is a bad idea as the patient's body shape and size are huge factors in how enhanced breasts finally end up looking — "you need a match to the patient's anatomy", he said, adding, "You're looking more at the ratio of their chest diameter, their height, the size of the implants, the implant projection height, low, moderate or high to help kind of simulate maybe what Kylie had. But the number size of the implant might actually be different to get the same kind of ratio for the patient". Even when it comes to the profile of the implants, the patient's height and body are big determining factors. Profile here essentially refers to how much the breast sticks out of the body post-procedure. Now while a moderate profile has worked great for Kylie (also the most common pick as per Dr. Shafer), for someone shorter, a low profile may be a better pick and so on and so forth. One thing however, that seems to have caught everyone's eye in Kylie's list of deets, is the half-muscle placement. A dramatic development took place in the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. A federal judge has ruled in favour of Justin, dismissing Blake's claims of emotional distress in their ongoing lawsuit. Blake had initially sought to include emotional distress claims in the lawsuit, but recently moved to withdraw these claims. However, Judge Lewis J Liman of the Southern District of New York shut down Blake's request on Tuesday, ruling that the claims would not be dismissed without prejudice unless both parties agreed to the terms. In a succinct order, Judge Liman wrote, "The motion to compel ... is denied based on Plaintiff's representation that the relevant claims will be withdrawn." According to Deadline, he further clarified that Blake's request to have the claims dismissed was denied "without prejudice to renewal," meaning that Blake's legal team would need to file a formal motion for dismissal if they wish to proceed with that course of action. The judge's ruling added further weight to the situation by stating that if Blake's emotional distress claims are not dismissed, she would be precluded from presenting any evidence related to emotional distress in the case. "For avoidance of doubt, if the claims are not dismissed, the Court will preclude Blake from offering any evidence of emotional distress," Judge Liman stated, as quoted by Deadline. Blake's legal team, led by attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, responded to the ruling with a statement expressing their disappointment with the outcome. As per Deadline, they emphasised that Blake was still pursuing emotional distress damages through other claims in the lawsuit, including allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation. "The court denied Wayfarer's motion," said Blake's lawyers in their statement, adding, "He told the parties to continue their discussions about the technicalities of how two of the 15 claims will be voluntarily dismissed. Ms Lively has offered to dismiss those claims because they are no longer necessary, and she will continue to pursue emotional distress damages through other claims in her lawsuit." The lawyers also accused Justin and Wayfarer Studios of retaliatory tactics, arguing that these actions could expose them to significant legal and financial repercussions under California law. "This is exactly where both parties were before the Baldoni-Wayfarer Parties rushed to file this utterly pointless motion to compel, all searching for yet another press moment," they added, as quoted by Deadline. The case between Blake and Justin began making headlines in December 2024 when Blake filed a formal complaint accusing Justin and his associates of sexual harassment and retaliation. The complaint, filed with the California Civil Rights Department, was followed by a defamation and extortion lawsuit from Justin against Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their public relations team. As the legal conflict unfolded, the situation grew more complex, with multiple lawsuits filed on both sides. Blake's legal battles have included accusations of mistreatment during the production of It Ends with Us, a film that was marketed as addressing serious themes of domestic violence.
