Guess Who! Popular Married at First Sight star looks unrecognisable in throwback primary school photo

Daily Mail2 days ago

A popular Married At First Sight bride has been spotted in a Sydney primary school photo from 1999.
One MAFS viewer, who goes by the handle @boganbarbie1 on TikTok, shared her shock after realising she had attended Mount Annan Public School alongside the reality TV star.
In the old class photo, the season 12 bride is sitting perched in the middle of the front row with her hands clasped together and a wide smile.
Her brunette locks are pulled into a high ponytail and she matches her classmates in the primary school's blue and white checkered dress and red bow-tie uniform.
In bold print writing at the bottom of the photo is the name Rhiannon Disljenkovic.

A popular Married At First Sight bride has been spotted front-and-centre in a Sydney primary school photo from 1999. Can you guess who it is?
'Hang on a second. How is it that I only just found out today that Rhi from MAFS is Rhi Disljenkovic from f**king primary school?' she said in the video.
'I literally went to school with her!' she exclaimed, before pointing out herself in the class photo.
The TikTok ForYou page algorithm quickly helped the post find several of Rhi's old school friends on the app.
'Aww there's me front and centre!' another person commented, writing: 'I was besties with Rhiannon. I don't watch TV so never knew about her being on TV lol. So cool to see this photo!'
Meanwhile, the woman who made the video said that from what she can remember, Rhi was 'popular' in school and was 'a very nice girl with time for anyone.'
Rhi and her MAFS husband Jeff Gobbels emerged from season 12 of Married At First Sight as the only successful match from the reality TV 'experiment' in 2025.
The Melbourne-based couple, who moved in together after the series ended, even dropped some shock baby news during the final episode of the show.
They were discussing their relationship with series expert Mel Schilling and confirmed children were in their future.

'I'm on my way to falling in love. I would have never in a million years picked this, it is actually a cool story...' Rhi told Mel.
'...To tell your kids!' Mel jumped in.
Rhi agreed with her, confirming the pair were considering having children.
'That's it! I was about to say that,' she said.
Jeff then thanked the experts for matching him with Rhi and said one of the secrets to the success was the great timing, which was 'everything'.
In April, the pair were as loved-up as ever as they attended Daily Mail Australia's exclusive MAFS reunion dinner party in Sydney.
The couple were by each other's side for most of the night, and held hands and stared into each other's eyes at the dinner table.
Their fellow cast members collectively told Daily Mail Australia the pair are the 'real deal' and have loved seeing their romance unfold and prosper outside of the experiment.

They added they are 'incredibly cute' and their chemistry is 'undeniable'.
During an exclusive interview, Rhi and fellow bride Beth Kelly revealed which couple 'is most likely' to actually marry.
'Rhi and Jeff!' Beth said, while Rhi added 'Me!!'
The couple, who melted hearts during their Final Vows when they chose to stay together, have revealed what's next for their blossoming relationship and shut down swirling engagement rumours.
Rhi and Jeff – who were matched on the show by experts who had no idea they had previously dated each other briefly - said the key to their success was emotional maturity and good communication.

Sydney Sweeney exudes glamour while arriving to GMA after breaking silence on her split from Jonathan Davino

Sydney Sweeney was the epitome of chic while arriving to Good Morning America to promote her new psychological thriller, Echo Valley, with Julianne Moore. As she appeared on ABC's morning talk show, the Euphoria star, 27, radiated beauty in a sleeveless black vest, white miniskirt and knee-high black leather boots. During Wednesday's segment, she and Moore, 64, discussed their new movie, which was delayed by the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike. When asked what it was like playing Moore's on-screen daughter, Sweeney gushed it was 'a dream come true.' 'I feel terrible though because my character Claire's not the best daughter and she puts her mom through a lot,' the two-time Emmy nominee added. The hosts then shared a trailer of the movie, which began with Sweeney showing up to her estranged mother's home in the pouring rain covered in someone else's blood. Later in the episode Moore revealed she was 'thrilled' to be able to work with the Anyone but You actress, who she first saw in The White Lotus and thought was 'fantastic.' When asked about the plot, Sweeney kept the details vague as she teased it is about 'how far a mother would go for their own child.' After the anchors pressed her for an Euphoria update, the performer assured fans their 'favorite version' of her beloved character Cassie was 'coming back.' Sweeney smiled as she reflected on the privilege of returning to her breakout role for season three. 'It's such a dream being able to play a very emotionally raw and chaotic character; it's so much fun,' the Fifty-Fifty Films co-founder said. Sweeney's latest appearance comes after recently breaking her silence on her split from Jonathan Davino. When asked by The Times if she was still planning a wedding, she confirmed she was no longer engaged. 'I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it,' she said of the single life. She and Davino, 41, had been together since 2018 and got engaged in 2022. He was a producer on her successful romcom, Anyone But You, co-starring Glen Powell. She and the 36-year-old Texan had such chemistry in the film that many wandered if they were a couple at the time, especially since they decided to lean into the spark while promoting the movie. 'Glenn and I adore each other, so I think we were so happy for the reception of the film.' she said, seeming to shut down any idea of a love connection. 'When you spend so much time with someone, you become close and you talk to each other about anything. So work, life, family, friends, he's just there for me. I'm there for him.' For now, Sweeney is happy to share snuggles and go on outdoor activities with her dogs Sully Bear and Tank, work on restoring vintage cars, and create a real estate empire. She already owns multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles, South Florida and the Pacific Northwest. 'I'm obsessed with Zillow,' she explained.

‘That's the saddest thing I've ever seen' people cry as bloke proudly shows off Britney tattoo with VERY awkward error

FUN-KNEE 'That's the saddest thing I've ever seen' people cry as bloke proudly shows off Britney tattoo with VERY awkward error A BLOKE has left people in stitches after proudly showing off his Britney Spears tattoo with a very awkward error. The legendary pop artist Britney Spears, 43, has gained worldwide fame thanks to dozens of hits, such as Toxic, Circus, Baby One More Time, as well as some of her iconic phrases. 3 The legendary popstar has certainly inspired one fan to go that extra mile to showcase his love Credit: AFP or licensors 3 But while he was all chuffed with the inking, eagle-eyed social media users spotted a very unfortunate error Credit: 3 Some pointed out that he got the tattoo above his knee - and thus, it didn't make any sense Credit: One such phrase that's become a favourite for millions of her fans is ''It's Britney, b**ch'', which kicks off her 2007 track, Gimme More. And it seems that one man, only known as TikToker @tytanofficial, was so inspired by the tune he decided to dedicate a special inking to the pop princess. However, the bloke went for a more creative approach - one that was recently shared on social media by fellow TikTok user @essexxink. Instead of having ''It's Britney, b***h''' tattooed on his leg, the ink lover took the opportunity and went for ''It's Brit(knee), b***c'' . The design starts at the top of his knee with ''It's Brit'', with the knee serving as ''ney'' part - while the rest of it is sitting under the kneecap. ''Look at his tattoo - It's Brit... b***h,'' the woman could be heard saying in the video. The ink lover then proceeded to explain the logic behind the work, as he was all chuffed with himself and gave the camera a cheeky smile. 'That's the saddest thing I've ever seen' But while the man was clearly happy with the tattoo, the clip soon went viral for all the wrong reasons. Eagle-eyed social media users soon spotted that something was slightly off with the black inking - as they thought he had tattooed it way above his knee. ''Who's gonna tell him where the knee lives?'' one person commented under the video which has racked up over 900k views in just one day. I got an elephant tattoo - but it looks like a penis ''but that can't be his knee it's too high up,'' another was left in hysterics. ''it's not even on his knee,'' someone else couldn't stop laughing. ''that's the saddest thing I've ever seen,'' wrote another viewer. Which tattoos hurt the most? Depending on what part of your body you choose to ink, tattoos can range significantly in terms of pain levels. Some of the most painful areas are those where the skin tends to be thinner or closer to the bone. Each area has specific factors which contribute to the level of pain. Ribcage: Thin skin, little muscle, and many nerve endings. Feet and ankles: Many bones, tendons, and nerve endings close to the surface. Hands and fingers: Many bones, tendons, and nerve endings, resulting in increased pain during tattooing. Knuckles can be especially painful. Spine: Proximity of the spinal cord and nerve endings makes it sensitive. Tattooing directly over the vertebrae can be especially painful. Knees and elbows: Thin skin and little padding between the skin and the underlying bones. Armpits and groin: High concentration of nerve endings and lymph nodes. Neck and throat: Thin and sensitive skin, with many nerve endings and blood vessels close to the surface. Source: Tatt2Away But despite the huge amount of mean comments, there were also plenty of those who were fans of the inking - and some were even keen to get a similar design. ''OMG I AM JEALOUS WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT,'' wrote a social media user. ''You need Whit knee Houston on the other leg!'' someone else suggested. ''i need this,'' chimed in another.
