
Meghna Infracon signs development agreement for residential redevelopment project in Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has executed a Development Agreement for the redevelopment of a residential project located in the Dadar/Prabhadevi area. The project will cover a construction area of approximately 31,000 sq. ft.
The redevelopment is estimated to generate a revenue of around ₹80 crore and marks the company's entry into the Dadar/Prabhadevi micro-market. Meghna Infracon has previously delivered residential projects in the Western suburbs of Mumbai, including locations like Goregaon and Andheri.
Planned for launch in calendar year 2025, the new project will be a sea-facing and city-facing residential development. It is located near Shivaji Park and Prabhadevi Station, with schools, colleges, hospitals, and retail centres within a 2 km radius. The project also offers connectivity to nearby business districts and recreational facilities.
Speaking on the announcement, Mr. Vikram Jayantilal Lodha, Managing Director of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, said, 'This development is a part of our strategy to focus on fast-growing aspirational segments of the real estate market. Dadar/Prabhadevi has great connectivity and accessibility. This agreement aligns with our expansion strategy and helps us enter one of the growing micro markets in the city.'
