Megan Kerrigan, wife of Andy Byron, is at her family's Maine mansion after a kiss-cam exposed ex-Astronomer CEO's affair.
Megan Kerrigan, wife of embattled former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, is lying low at her family's $2.4 million mansion in Maine following the viral Coldplay kiss-cam incident that exposed an affair between Andy Byron and his company's head of HR Kristin Cabot.
The clip, captured during a Coldplay concert in Boston, showed Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot smiling on the big screen before abruptly ducking for cover. The footage was widely shared on social media sparking speculation about their relationship and alleged infidelity.
Megan Kerrigan Changes Name On Facebook
While Megan Kerrigan has not made any public statements, she quietly removed her married surname from her Facebook profile shortly after the footage began circulating. Her Facebook and Instagram accounts were later deactivated while users showed support online.
'She dropped his name and went silent. That said everything," one user posted on X (formerly Twitter), adding, 'What a class act. Go Megan."
According to reports, Megan Kerrigan is currently staying at the four-bedroom, four-bathroom family home with several relatives, including her elder sister Maura. Neighbours told the Daily Mail that many family members were seen arriving at the property over the weekend. One local, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the outlet, 'Everyone has seen it but the family doesn't want to talk about it."
Others in the neighbourhood described Andy Byron's actions as 'disgusting" and expressed sympathy for Megan Kerrigan and her children. Another neighbour told the outlet, 'They deserve privacy."
Andy Byron Resigns
Andy Byron resigned from his role as CEO of software firm Astronomer, reportedly valued at over $1.3 billion, citing a failure to meet company standards. Kristin Cabot has reportedly been placed on leave while the company's new interim CEO acknowledged the scandal had brought 'a level of media attention that few startups ever encounter."
Pete DeJoy said, 'The events of the past few days have received a level of media attention that few companies, let alone startups in our small corner of the data and AI world, ever encounter. The spotlight has been unusual and surreal for our team and, while I would never have wished for it to happen like this, Astronomer is now a household name."

Indian-Origin Singapore Officer Pleads Guilty To Seeking Sexual Favours For Visa Help
Last Updated: Indian-origin ICA officer Kannan Morice Rajagopal Jayaram pleaded guilty to accepting sexual favours from six Indian nationals in exchange for visa extensions. An Indian-origin officer working with the Singapore immigration department has pleaded guilty on Monday to accepting bribes in the form of sexual favours from six Indian nationals, a report by the Straits Times said. It said that the sexual favours were asked in exchange for facilitating their short-term visit pass applications to extend their stay in the city-state. Kannan Morice Rajagopal Jayaram, 55, who was serving as an inspector in Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), committed the offences between 2022 and 2023. Jayaram, admitted in court on Monday to targeting vulnerable applicants, including a 26-year-old Indian man who was trying to extend his stay in Singapore to pursue further studies. In return for approving the extension, Jayaram sought sexual favours, court documents revealed. Jayaram was an ICA inspector overseeing a team that handled visa extension requests. While the officers operated under ICA guidelines, they retained discretion to approve or reject applications based on individual circumstances. Prosecutors said Jayaram misused this discretion for personal gain. Three more charges involving other Indian men, aged between 25 and 30, will be taken into consideration during sentencing, which is scheduled for August 18. Jayaram was first charged in 2023 and has been suspended from duty since April that year, the ICA said. view comments First Published: July 29, 2025, 23:23 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
