The news sparked an outpouring of congratulations from fellow PGA Tour players, fans, and sports personalities across social media.

"Congrats! 💛" read a reply from Golf Digest.
"Love his name!" said another fan.
The couple has largely kept their family life private, but this joyful announcement marks a special moment just days before Spieth tees it up at Royal Portrush in search of his second Open Championship title.
Spieth won The Open back in 2017 at Royal Birkdale in dramatic fashion, adding it to his wins at the Masters and U.S. Open in 2015.

Known for his creativity, clutch putting, and emotional intensity on the course, Spieth remains one of the most beloved figures in golf, and his recent form suggests he could be primed for another run at a major.

Though the last few years have been a rollercoaster for the Texan, Spieth has seen a resurgence in his game at times this year, notching four top-10 finishes and returning to relevance on the biggest stages. In the other majors this year, he finished tied for 23rd at the U.S. Open, tied for 14th at the Masters and missed the cut at the PGA Championship.
Now, with his growing family and a clear sense of perspective, Spieth heads to Northern Ireland with a full heart and another reason to chase history. If he lifts the Claret Jug once again, there's no doubt Baby Sully will be one proud little fan.

Brentford signs England international Jordan Henderson on 2-year deal
LONDON (AP) — Brentford signed England international Jordan Henderson on a two-year deal on Tuesday and described the midfielder as 'one of the most influential leaders' in the Premier League. Former Liverpool captain Henderson was a free agent after having his contract terminated by Ajax last week. 'When we became aware of Jordan's availability, it was a pretty simple decision,' said Brentford coach Keith Andrews. 'He will drive standards and be a brilliant addition to the squad.' The 35-year-old Henderson returns to the Premier League after leaving Liverpool for Saudi Arabian team Al-Ettifaq in 2023. He only stayed in Saudi Arabia for six months before moving to Dutch giant Ajax. It was announced last week that he had requested for his Ajax contract to be terminated with a year remaining on his deal. 'We did our due diligence around his recent games to see where he is: he's still phenomenally fit and he's still phenomenally motivated to achieve things in the game, having already achieved a lot,' Andrews said. Henderson won a full set of trophies with Liverpool, including the Premier League and Champions League. His arrival comes after Brentford sold midfielder Christian Nørgaard to Arsenal this offseason. ___ AP soccer:
