
Monster Jam coming to Acrisure Stadium for first time ever
Monster Jam is bringing high-flying monster truck action to Acrisure Stadium later this year.
For the first time ever, Monster Jam will host a competitive event inside Acrisure Stadium when the 12,000-pound trucks battle for the Event Championship across three competitions on Saturday, May 17.
Monster Jam's debut event inside Acrisure Stadium will also bring the debut of a new truck, Classroom Crusher.
Drivers will compete in the Racing, Skills, and Freestyle competitions for the Stadium Championship Series East title and a berth in the Monster Jam World Finals in Salt Lake City, Utah, during the Fourth of July weekend.
Other fan-favorite trucks, such as the classic Grave Digger, El Toro Loco, Megladon, and others, are scheduled to appear at the show.

Owensboro to host 2025 All-American Fourth of July celebration
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The city of Owensboro says it is gearing up for its annual All-American Fourth of July celebration, which is set for July 4. City officials say festivities will kick off at 5 p.m. at Smothers Park on the downtown riverfront. Live music will begin with Flat Stanley at 5 p.m., followed by The Downtown Band at 7 p.m. At 9:15 p.m., a fireworks show will light up the sky, launched from barges on the Ohio River for everyone to enjoy along the riverfront. City of Erie announces Lights Over Lake Erie event details
The City of Erie has announced the date of its annual Fourth of July fireworks show. Lights Over Lake Erie will take place on Thursday, July 3, at 10 p.m. on the bay. NAMI Erie rocks the bayfront at new fundraiser event The city is expecting thousands of people to gather, and with the high volumes, officials recommend making plans ahead of time. Events manager Gabi Watson said there are spots all over Erie to view the show. Annual Equipment Day returns to Erie Zoo this weekend She added that anywhere you can see the Bicentennial Tower is a great spot. 'There's a countdown, and it just kind of brings a sense of community together.
