The agricultural show will celebrate the landmark occasion on Saturday, May 3.
Those coming along can expect lots of family fun, as well as performances by local bands, choirs and singer Michelle McManus.
The National Highland Cattle Show will be hosted as part of the day, with lots of highland cattle exhibitors from across Scotland expected to come along.
A spokesperson for the organisers said: 'We will have lots of cattle, sheep, horses and dogs at the show for all the classes.
'The working sheepdog trials, a very popular competition, has contestants coming from all over Scotland to compete
'We will have a wide range of trade stands and craft stalls, kids rides and a beer tent.
'It really will be a fun family day out for everyone."
In a routine not to be missed, motorbike stunt artist Dangerous Steve will be performing two acts as the main ring attraction.
Among the bands and choirs set to perform throughout the day are Neilston Community Choir, Barrhead Brass Band and Neilston Pipe Band.
Singer Michelle, who rose to fame after winning Pop Idol, is said to be 'very excited' to be part of the show's celebrations.
"As a special surprise we also have Michelle McManus performing on the stage," added the spokesperson.
'She is looking forward to sharing this moment with her children who love coming along the show."
The celebrations, however, will not end there.
A grand parade will see the pipe band and local primary children and dance academy children walk from Neilston swimming pool to the show field.
The children will then participate in the school sport competitions and perform a dance in the main ring.
There will also be an open tug of war competition and a raffle with £500 prize, as well as many more to be won.
Lots of fun things to learn and see will also be on offer in the educational dome.
'We were awarded the Queen's Voluntary Award in 2020, and the educational dome was a big part of the show gaining this award,' explained the spokesperson.
'In the kids tent we will have free face painting, colouring in and balloon modelling for all kids at the show.
'We will have a scarecrow competition which is free for the public to enter, get creative with the kids and make a scarecrow to see if you can win the prize money for best scarecrow.'

Katie was on a shoot and seen getting her hair and makeup done in the story. Sitting at a table in the snapshot was JJ. This essentially proves that the pair are still together. SPLIT CLAIMS Closer reported earlier this week that Katie had "gotten bored", with the pair parting ways. A source claimed to the magazine: "Friends and family had been warning JJ for a while that he'd lost his sparkle and that she treated him like a doormat." But this was all seemingly untrue. Katie Price's relationship history We take a look back at the highs and lows of Katie Price's relationship history. 1996-1998: Katie got engaged to Gladiators star Warren Furman - aka Ace - with a £3,000 ring. But their relationship didn't make it as far as 'I do'. 1998-2000: Katie described Dane Bowers as 'the love of her life' but she broke up with the singer when he allegedly cheated on her. 2001: Footballer Dwight Yorke is the father of Katie's eldest child Harvey. He has had very little to do with Harvey throughout his life. 2002: Rebounding from Dwight, Katie famously had one night of passion with Pop Idol star Gareth Gates, allegedly taking his virginity. 2002-2004: Katie was dating Scott Sullivan when she entered the jungle for I'm A Me Out Of Here!. He threatened to "punch Peter's lights out" when chemistry blossomed between her and Peter Andre. 2004-2009: The jungle romance resulted in Katie marrying Aussie pop star Peter. They had two kids, Junior and Princess, before their bitter split in 2009. 2010-2011: Fresh from her break-up with Peter, Katie enjoyed a whirlwind relationship and marriage with cage fighter Alex Reid. They split 20 months after their Las Vegas wedding. 2011: Katie briefly dated model Danny Cipriani... but it ended as quickly as it begun. 2011-2012: They didn't speak the same language, but Katie got engaged to Argentinian model Leandro Penna in 2011. They had two kids together, Jett and Bunny, before their break-up and divorce. 2018-2019: Katie moved on quickly with Kris Boyson. They had an on-off romance for one year and even got engaged. They split for good in 2019. 2019: Katie was linked to Charles Drury during her on-off relationship with Kris. Charles, who also dated Lauren Goodger, has always denied being in "official relationship" with her. 2020-2023: Car salesman Carl Woods took a shining to Katie in 2020. Their relationship was up and down for three years. They broke up for a final time last year. 2024-present: After weeks of rumours, Katie confirmed her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater in February this year. SECRET MILLIONAIRE STATUS Georges then began to speak about how his fellow MAFS star JJ is actually a secret millionaire revealing how he made his money. He said: "Obviously it was penny stocks or something , I can't remember the ins and outs of it but he took a loan out, put it all on a penny stock and it turned into millions. 'That's what I heard and then he bought loads of properties, loads of cars, he's got a great life. 'I don't think he does much from his clothing brand, probably turns over a couple of grand." 'Yeah, that's why she'll (Katie Price) be with him then,' Jemma chimed. Speaking about Katie and JJ's relationship, Georges added: 'It just makes me laugh, she's exactly what I knew he would have gone for. 'It was probably pre-orchestrated but she thinks he's so fit, but she's tiny and so is he and he's got loads of money, he's obviously been really successful with what he did."

BBC star makes comment on retirement after health issue mistaken as stroke

Television favourite Nicki Chapman has spoken about the impact of being diagnosed with a brain tumour and her thoughts about retiring from a glittering career in television Television presenter Nicki Chapman has issued a definitive statement on whether she plans to retire any time soon. The star of Pop Idol and Escape to the Country said that she wants to continue looking forward and to stay in her profession. Nicki's comments came after a terrifying health incident in which she was originally believed to have had a stroke before doctors realised she had a benign melanoma on her brain. Speaking to Candis magazine about the ordeal, the BBC star said: 'They thought I'd had a stroke. I cannot praise the NHS highly enough: I was looked after brilliantly from start to finish. ‌ 'I went back to work six weeks to the day after surgery. I'm 58. I have my health, my various jobs, and my lovely husband.' ‌ On whether she plans to retire, Nicki added: 'Heavens no. If you're lucky enough to love what you do, keep doing it. And I've never been someone who looks back. I always look forward – in both senses of the phrase.' This isn't the first time Nicki has spoken about her tumour and how it has affected her since she was diagnosed in 2024, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show presenter spoke to the Brain Tumour charity in 2020 about the experience and the distress she felt. ‌ She said: 'My symptoms were very sudden, over 24 hours. Initially doctors thought I'd had a stroke but scans revealed a golf-ball-sized meningioma. "It's the initial shock of diagnosis and then the shock when you tell people that's even more distressing. "It's like a slap. When you have to ring people – your family – and tell them; it's just hideous." ‌ Later, in 2024, she would tell the Mirror how much she was thankful to the NHS for their treatment of her, especially during the recovery. She said: 'Fortunately, my experience was a good one, my recovery was amazing, but I still take one day at a time. 'I'm a very positive person, so to always put a positive spin on life has helped keep me going.' Nicki added that she felt like she should share her experience so that others in the same position didn't feel alone. She explained: 'I decided to speak out after my operation as I felt not only had I received the best care I could have asked for from my local hospital and the NHS, but also that my story may help others going through something similar.'
