Nothing Phone 3 official launch date confirmed: Price, specs, features and what to expect

Nothing Phone 3 launch date: The wait is finally over for tech enthusiasts! Nothing has officially revealed the launch date of its much-awaited smartphone — the Nothing Phone 3. The new flagship will be unveiled globally on July 1 at 18:00 BST (or 22:30 IST), and fans are eager to see what's in store. If you are interested in being notified about the upcoming launch can sign up on Flipkart and the official website of Nothing. No More Glyph Interface: A Bold Change in Design Phone (3). It's a magic number. Coming July 2025. In a surprising move, Nothing has confirmed that the Nothing Phone 3 will not feature the signature Glyph Interface, a standout feature in its previous phones. The brand recently posted on X (formerly Twitter), saying, "We killed the Glyph Interface." What does this mean? While the company hasn't shared full details, teaser images suggest a new design direction — possibly RGB lighting, a mini display panel, or modular elements. This means the Nothing Phone 3 specifications could include a fresh look while staying true to the company's minimalist design approach. A Major Performance Boost Expected According to Nothing founder and CEO Carl Pei, the upcoming Nothing Phone 3 will see a 'major jump in performance'. Though it's not officially confirmed, several leaks suggest that the phone may come with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset — a big upgrade over the previous model. Display Specification: Bigger, Better, Brighter The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother visuals. With peak brightness up to 3,000 nits, users can expect a vibrant viewing experience even under direct sunlight. Camera: AI-Powered Photography On the camera front, leaks suggest that the Nothing Phone 3 will house a 50MP triple rear camera setup, alongside a 32MP front-facing camera. The company has previously focused on computational photography, so it's likely the Nothing Phone 3 will feature AI-enhanced photo and video quality, making it a strong choice for content creators and everyday users alike. Battery and Charging Specification The Nothing Phone 3 could be powered by a 5,000mAh battery, supporting 50W wired charging and 20W wireless charging. While these features match other high-end smartphones, Nothing might include some software tweaks to optimise battery life. Nothing Phone 3 Price: How Much Will It Cost? The price of the Nothing Phone 3 is still under wraps, but Carl Pei has hinted that it may be priced around €800 (approx. Rs 92,000). Some reports claim a $799 price tag (around Rs 68,400). However, Indian tech experts believe the official Nothing Phone 3 price in India could be between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000, depending on the storage and RAM variant. That's a major jump from the Nothing Phone 2, which started at Rs 44,999. With a confirmed launch date, exciting specifications, and a fresh take on design, the Nothing Phone 3 is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about smartphones of 2024. The decision to ditch the Glyph Interface may shock some fans, but it also shows that Nothing is ready to evolve. Stay tuned for the global reveal of the Nothing Phone 3 on 1 July. With its upgraded performance, modern specs, and a bold design shift, it might just be the flagship to watch out for. For the latest and more interesting tech news, keep reading Indiatimes Tech.
