The research, conducted by Pens.com, analysed Tripadvisor review counts and ratings for over 14,000 cafés across the UK's 150 most populated cities.
It then created a score combining these two factors to find out which spots are highest rated and favoured by coffee lovers.
And two busy Scottish cafes managed to make the list.
Aberdeen's Blether claimed second place overall with 526 reviews and a score of 4.9945.
Located on North Deeside Road, Blether is extremely dog friendly, encouraging customers on their socials to bring their pooches along.
Their homemade menu spans breakfast, lunch, and dinner - catering to gluten-free and vegan diets.
The Scottish themed coffee shop is a great spot to have a cosy cup of coffee and a fine piece.
Lynne's Scrumptious Snax in Edinburgh just missed a top five spot in sixth place.
The locally run snack bar, serves hungry customers hot and cold food along with drinks daily.
It is the perfect spot for a quick bacon roll, or try their famous speciality burgers for your lunch.

The takeaway venue is located on Cultins Road at Hermiston Gate Retail Park.
They are also vegetarian friendly and have plenty of vegan options.
Devine Restaurant Coffee Bar in London secured the top spot with an impressive 1,409 reviews while maintaining a perfect five-star rating, resulting in the highest score of 4.9979.
The cafe is located in Vine Street, within the City of London, just a few steps away from the Tower of London.
A spokesperson from Pens.com commented on the findings: "Cafes often mean more to the communities they serve than just a place to grab coffee - they're a space to unwind, connect with others, work, and write.
"These results show the strength and diversity of Britain's café scene across the country.
"While the top spot goes to London, it's great to see towns and cities throughout the UK represented in the rankings, demonstrating the nationwide growth in quality coffee shops and cafés.
"What's most striking is how these successful cafés have managed to maintain perfect ratings even with hundreds of reviews, showing a high level of consistency in service and quality."

One of the world's best beaches is in the UK - and it looks just like the Caribbean

Luskentyre Beach on the Isle of Harris looks like it's been plucked right out of the Caribbean and dropped onto the coast of Scotland. Now its beauty has been officially recognised If you're dreaming of pristine white sands, crystal-clear waters and serene tranquility, you might be saving up for a trip to the Caribbean, Greece or perhaps Australia. ‌ But according to Enjoy Travel, one of the world's most stunning beaches is actually much closer to home - in Scotland, to be precise. Luskentyre Beach on the Isle of Harris could easily be mistaken for a Caribbean paradise, such is its breathtaking beauty. It's ranked 12th in the list of the world's 50 most beautiful beaches, and once you set foot on its shores, it's easy to see why. ‌ The beach has been recognised with a Scottish Beach Award for its natural splendour and commitment to environmental preservation. ‌ While the beach itself is captivating enough to keep you there all day, the surrounding countryside also offers plenty to explore. Whether you fancy a peaceful stroll or are more inclined towards hiking or cycling, there's something for everyone, reports the Daily Record. ‌ For those seeking a bit of adventure, nearby Clisham mountain, the highest peak in the Outer Hebrides, promises a thrilling climb. Reach the summit and you'll be rewarded with panoramic views of the island's spectacular landscape. Despite its acclaim, Luskentyre Beach remains wonderfully uncrowded. You can wander for miles without encountering another soul, making it a true hidden gem. Visitors to this stunning beach have been left utterly captivated by its natural splendour. A traveller gushed on Tripadvisor, confessing they had "never seen anything quite like it". They continued: "The views on the drive up to the car park are other-worldly. Beautiful turquoise water, soft golden sand that stretches for miles, grass covered dunes. There's a public toilet at the car park with a donation box, so that's helpful! The wind blew warm when we were there in early May, and it was so much warmer than the other end of the island we visited later the same day." Another visitor was equally enthralled: "What an amazingly gorgeous beach. The sand is in its purest form and the water as blue as can be. The fact there were not many people there when we went made for such a dramatic sight. We walked and walked just admiring how clean and beautiful the beach is. We did a hardy soul take a dip in the water, he was a local of course." For those eager to experience this coastal paradise, you can hop on a ferry from the Scottish mainland or catch a flight to the Outer Hebrides from Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Inverness.

Dillon Falls waterfall horror as 6 tourists swept down 15ft plunge with 1 dead and 2 missing

A group of six tourists plunged 15ft down a popular waterfall in Oregon, United States - two people remain missing and one person tragically died Several tourists were horrifically swept over a waterfall leaving one person dead and two people missing. ‌ A group of six travellers had visited the popular Deschutes River, in Oregon, United States, but they went over the Dillon Falls waterfall and plunged down 15ft, on Saturday afternoon. Police confirmed three people were rescued following the horror plunge, and they were rushed to hospital, but one person tragically died at the scene. Emergency crews launched a desperate search for two people who went missing after the terrifying incident, as they deployed drones to search for any survivors at the waterfall. ‌ ‌ The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office said it received a call at around 2.57pm on Saturday afternoon, alerting them to the emergency, but said search efforts had to be paused overnight. Rescuers have since resumed their mission on Sunday morning but two tourists remain missing. The police department said: "A multi-agency search and rescue operation is underway after a group of six individuals went over Dillon Falls on the Deschutes River west of Bend Saturday afternoon." The Sheriff's office added: "DCSO Search & Rescue and Bend Fire & Rescue crews continued recovery efforts into the evening and will work until sunset. If unsuccessful, operations will pause overnight and resume in the morning." ‌ The names of the victim and missing people have not been shared by police at this moment. Dillon Falls has a 15ft (4.5 metres) drop that turns into "churning rapids in a quick, step ladder-like pattern", according to the Visit Central Oregon website. Photos from the search have shown rescuers on boats and rafts floating down the river as they look into the water for any clues or the missing tourists. Cops added that drones were also involved in the operation. ‌ The Dillon Falls and Deschutes River are popular spots in the summer with thousands of people visiting on boats and kayaks to go down the river. This tragically has not been the only fatal incident at a waterfall recently. A woman lost her life after a fall at a Scottish beauty spot last week. Emergency services were called to the waterfalls at Campsie Glen in East Dunbartonshire, north of Glasgow, at around 12.35pm on Saturday. Authorities were told that a 63-year-old woman had taken a tumble near a car park at the popular location. Betty Molloy was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, despite the swift arrival of emergency services. Tributes were paid to Betty following the tragedy, according to the Daily Record. Eileen Dolan said: "Thoughts and prayers to Betty's family. This is an absolute tragedy. RIP Betty." Mary Young added: "RIP Betty, you were such a lovely lady, thinking of all your family and friends." Pearl O'Donnell said: "RIP Betty, thoughts with the family. This is an absolute tragedy."
