Prithviraj Sukumaran's wife Supriya Menon exposes troll who has been harassing her since 2018: ‘I let it be as she has a young son'
Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran's wife, producer Supriya Menon, has been a victim of online trolls and harassment since 2018. She broke her silence on Tuesday by tagging the woman who created multiple accounts on Instagram to target her. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Supriya shared a photo of the woman targeting her. She also penned a note which read: 'Meet Christinaeldo. She has been passing nasty comments on most accounts which post something about me. She would constantly make fake accounts and post and I continued to block her.' She added, 'I found out who she is years ago but let it be as she has a young son. But even that filter she has on is not enough to hide the ugliness she holds inside and spews at me since 2018.' She even targeted Surpriya's late father. This is what ultimately prompted Supriya to expose her. According to Times of India, Christin is a nurse and a resident of Chattanooga in America. Supriya Menon was a business journalist before being assigned to cover Malayalam cinema. Unaware of the new beat, Supriya sought the help of her friend, who handed her the number of Prithviraj Sukumaran, claiming he might be a help to her. And this changed their lives forever. In 2011, Supriya tied the knot with Prithviraj and quit journalism to become a producer in Malayalam film industry. However, despite producing several successful Malayalam films, including Prithviraj's latest L2: Empuraan, Supriya still struggles to find her individuality as she is addressed as Prithviraj Sukumar's wife. In an interview with Film Companion South, she shared, 'I achieved my professional position without anyone's recommendation. It was a job and career I earned on my own. But now, as a producer, there are many privileges. Everyone now knows me as the wife of Prithviraj, the actor who carved his own path and moved forward. But even in this, I have my struggles. Because I am now trying to make people understand that I am Supriya.' She added, 'People should see me as a separate individual. I constantly try to make people understand that they shouldn't confuse me with Prithviraj. I don't want to be known as 'his wife', 'his mother', 'his daughter'. I am preparing to create my own name. The reason I have confidence is my father. My parents didn't raise me in a cage. They gave me the courage to create my own wings and fly.'

Saiyaara box office collection day 12: Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda's blockbuster passes Rs 400 cr worldwide; beats Simmba, Happy New Year
Mohit Suri's romantic film Saiyaara is going from strength to strength, not only at the domestic box office, but also worldwide. After registering its steepest decline in daily figures on Monday (day 11), the film showed a slight improvement on Tuesday (day 12), which suggests that it's in no mood to slow down anytime soon. On Tuesday, Saiyaara earned Rs 9.5 crore, a slight improvement on its Monday collection of Rs 9.25 crore. Prior to that, Saiyaara had been earning in double digits every day since its release, ranging from Rs 18 crore to Rs 35.75 crore. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the current box office collection of Saiyaara in India stands at Rs 266 crore. It's still the second-highest grossing Hindi film of 2025, tailing Vicky Kaushal-starrer historical drama Chhaava (Rs 600 crore+) by a huge margin. However, it has already surpassed the lifetime domestic box office collections of hits like Vivek Agnihotri's The Kashmir Files (Rs 252.90 crore) and Ayan Mukerji's action fantasy Brahmastra – Part One: Shiva (Rs 257.44 crore). Given its current trajectory, Saiyaara may soon edge past its next targets — Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn's 2024 cop drama Singham Again (Rs 268.35 crore), the Hindi version of SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR's period action drama RRR (Rs 274.31 crore), and Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Shahid Kapoor's romantic film Kabir Singh (Rs 278.24 crore). At the worldwide box office, Saiyaara has passed the Rs 400 crore mark. Thus, it's already surpassed Kabir Singh's global box office collection of Rs 368.32 crore, as well as that of Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan's 2013 superhero film Krrish 3 (Rs 374 crore), Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman Khan's 2014 action film Kick (Rs 377 crore), Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan's 2014 heist comedy Happy New Year (Rs 385 crore), and Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh's 2018 cop drama Simmba (Rs 393.01 crore). Saiyaara has also overtaken Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan's 2015 action comedy Dilwale (Rs 394 crore), Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir Khan's 2009 comedy 3 Idiots (Rs 395 crore), and Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan's 2015 action romance Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (Rs 399 crore).
