India picked up the remaining four wickets in quick time, as England's second innings ended at 367 in 85.1 overs. Siraj and Prasidh Krishna (4/126) sizzled with the ball when their team needed them the most. 'Came into the day this morning feeling really confident. We had two quality players out there and I honestly thought we'd cruise home,' Brook said at the post-match presentation. 'But credit to the Indians — the way they fought back, especially Siraj, was outstanding. He absolutely deserved every bit of success he got. 'We were expecting the bowlers to stiffen up a bit and the pitch to flatten out, but with the overcast conditions and the lights on again, the ball started zipping around. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like If you have a mouse, play this game for 1 minute Navy Quest Undo Poll Who was the standout player in the recent Test series? From 3 to 367 all out: How India turned the match against England in just an hour

In a jaw-dropping turnaround at The Oval, India snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, bowling England out for 367 to win the fifth and final Test by six runs and level the series 2-2. What looked like England's game to lose, especially after centuries from Joe Root and Harry Brook, turned into a thrilling Indian fightback—crafted almost entirely in a breathless final hour of play. Mohammed Siraj—India's tireless warrior—who claimed a stunning 5 for 104, including the final wicket of Gus Atkinson, to seal the win. England's collapse from 339/6 to 367 all out in just 46 balls will go down as one of the most dramatic endings to a Test in recent memory. Prasidh Krishna, who took 4 for 126, partnered Siraj in that final assault, tightening the noose around England's tail with hostile pace and unwavering control. Heroism wasn't limited to India. Chris Woakes, nursing a shoulder injury and with his left arm in a sling, came out to bat at No. 11 and showed incredible courage, refusing to walk away even as pain etched across his face. But grit alone wasn't enough to stop the storm India had unleashed. Earlier in the series, England had drawn first blood with a five-wicket win at Leeds. India responded emphatically at Birmingham with a mammoth 336-run win. The hosts regained the lead with a narrow 22-run triumph at Lord's. But it was the fourth Test in Manchester that saw India's batting spine hold firm to force a draw—setting the stage for Monday's finale. Jake Paul saw that clip and replied with a sharp comment: 'Bro just give it up lol.' This sparked lots of talk online. Fans now wonder: does this mean Conor McGregor is preparing for a true return to fighting? Or is Jake Paul right that he should stop? Conor McGregor's last UFC fight was in 2021 after a serious leg injury. Now at age 37, his new training reel hints at a possible comeback. The reactions from Jake Paul and others make the story more complex. Many fans agreed in comment threads, saying things like: 'You had a great run, but it's done' and 'Shadow boxing is sadly the only kind we'll ever see Conor do again.' Jake Paul also argued publicly that UFC boss Dana White is holding Conor McGregor back from fighting. He says only if UFC gets involved will any fight happen. That adds weight to the idea that Conor McGregor's return depends on official UFC approval, not just personal training. The video plus Jake Paul's reaction now fuel debate. Some say Conor McGregor still has energy and could fight big names like Michael Chandler or Paddy Pimblett. Others believe at age 37 and after long inactivity, he should retire. With UFC's proposed White House event in July 2026, speculation remains alive. Conor McGregor's reel hints at ambition but Jake Paul's comment casts strong doubt.
