EXCLUSIVE Playboy alum turned realtor Kendra Wilkinson seen working $1.5million open house in LA

Daily Mail21-05-2025

Once a fixture at the Playboy Mansion and on reality TV, Kendra Wilkinson is hard at work these days, rolling up her sleeves and sweating it out in the world of Los Angeles real estate.
The former reality star-turned-realtor was recently snapped hosting a three-hour open house over the weekend for a three-bedroom, three-bath property listed for $1.5million in Westlake Village.
Though she was once known for racy outfits, stilettos, and posing alongside fellow girlfriends of Hugh Hefner, she now means business in black flats, real estate signage, and a clipboard.
What's more, the open house also happened to fall on Mother's Day, when the majority of other moms are being pampered and celebrated.
But exclusive DailyMail.com photos instead show the 39-year-old Playboy alum placing signs, sweeping the entryway, and making the property look attractive to potential buyers under the blazing 90F degree sun.
She was seen pulling out open house signs, from Ernie Carswell & Associates and Douglas Elliman real estate, from the back of her car.
The mom-of-two looked every bit the professional in a leopard blouse and black pants, with her blonde hair pulled into a sleek ponytail.
It was obvious that she is taking her new profession seriously and was not distracted by anything going on around her.
Kendra, who turns 40 next month, began her real estate journey when she got her license in 2020 and joined fellow reality star realtor Mauricio Umansky's The Agency.
Her property show, Kendra Sells Real Estate on Discovery+ and Max, which showcased her struggle as a new agent in the bustling and sometimes cut-throat industry, was canceled after two seasons in 2022.
Kendra has two children from her almost ten year marriage to professional football player Hank Baskett III, 42, which ended in 2018, and produced their son Hank Baskett IV, 15, and daughter Alijah, 11.
It hasn't been an easy road for this former sex symbol who moved into the Playboy mansion at age 18, and became one of the famous trio of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
She was able to parlay her time with Hef—60-years her senior—into multiple successful reality shows including Kendra on E!, Kendra On Top with the We Network, and Kendra Sells Hollywood.
On social media, she often advertises properties that are on the market and other open house events.
She shared photos of the time slots for the showings days earlier, with the caption: 'What my Mother's Day weekend looks like!!'
In a candid Instagram post days after the open house, Kendra admitted that her burgeoning real estate career has not been as lucrative as she wants and needs to support her family.
'I spent years out of the spotlight before I chose to become a realtor and yes, I definitely need the money,' she wrote on May 13.
'Am I making sh*t tons of money…I sure hope that day comes.'

Fans of the the first Girls Next Door spin-off show remember a crying Kendra shorty after the birth of their son, questioning her then husband Hank about their financial future after his football career ends and reality show fame ends saying she hadn't been to college and had no skills.
At the height of her fame, she was commanding $10,000 just to appear at a pool party in Las Vegas.
She went from living the $100million Playboy mansion, to a $2.5million home behind gates in Calabasas to now a $3,500-a-month rental in the Agoura Hills area of Los Angeles County.
Last week, the former TV star took to Instagram to address claims that she is 'still holding on to her ex '.
She penned a lengthy message to her followers while reflecting on the ways she has 'changed.'
'I just got a comment basically saying I'm not the same, I come across sad, still holding on to my ex,' Kendra began. 'I just want to say that….yes I have changed.

'Yes I've been depressed as I've stated in almost every interview I've been doing and no I'm not holding onto my ex!! I'm simply giving him respect he deserves being an amazing co parent.'
Wilkinson then explained that interviews are not easy for her due to the topic of her Playboy days being brought up 'every single time.'
The mom-of-two added, 'I've tried for years to avoid going backwards but people still have a hunger for it i guess.'
On a positive note, Kendra told her fans that her life 'has actually been fun and exciting.
On September 6, 2023 she made headlines when it was revealed that her ex-husband had driven her to the hospital emergency room after having a severe anxiety attack along with a deep bout of depression.
'It was the lowest place I've ever been in my life. I felt like I had no future. I couldn't see in front of my depression,' she told People magazine in January of 2024.
She has previously revealed that she did not form many close friendships during her five years living at the Playboy Mansion
After not eating and sleeping for days she said her head was constantly spinning. Kendra says she kept asking herself, 'How am I going to succeed? What am I doing wrong in my life? Do I give up?'
While she waffles on whether her years with Hef actually 'saved' her after troubled teenaged years, or 'really messed my whole life up,' one thing is sure, her children keep her motivated and going strong.
Her proudest role these days is as a mom.
Kendra's social media accounts are filled with photos of her cheering on son Hank at his basketball and hockey games, or daughter Alijah at her sporting events.

Nicola Peltz hires Harvey Weinstein's ‘attack dog' PR to ‘crisis manage' her image amid Beckham family feud

NICOLA Peltz has hired Harvey Weinstein's former PR guru to help manage her image amid her ongoing feud with the Beckham family. According to reports, Nicola has enlisted the services of Hollywood's go-to crisis management specialist Matthew Hiltzik, who is described as an "attack dog". 6 6 6 6 The fearsome PR guru is "known for his aggressive manner" claims the Daily Mail, and makes it his mission to "bulldoze the press on both sides of the Atlantic into not printing any negative stories about his clients." The publication reports that Nicola has taken on the bullish publicist who has been described as "the most hardcore PR in America" and will "go to war" for the actress as the fallout with her in-laws plays out in the media. "He can be rude and agressive and that's why people hire him," a source is quoted as saying in the report. "It's a real statement that Nicola wants to bullishly lead the narrative . It's very telling just how desperate she is to come out of this looking good." Nicola is said to have taken a page out of her billionaire father Nelson Peltz's playbook, with the entrepreneur having raised her to "be a rottweiler" when it comes to business. Hiltzik famously represented film producer Weinstein, as well as Johnny Depp during his legal battle with ex wife Amber Heard. He has also been taken on by YouTuber Mr Beast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, after a series of allegations were made against the Beast Games creator. "Nicola hiring Hiltzik shows her determination to be in control of the narrative," says an insider. It comes after Nicola was labelled a "mean girl" in a series of articles, and she has also faced accusations that she is "controlling" Brooklyn. The couple certainly put on a united front i n a loved-up cover shoot with Glamour Germany this week. "You have to marry your best friend, someone you feel at home with. For me, Nicola is exactly that," Brooklyn said. Peltz-Beckham's respond to reports of family feud Nicola also dismissed claims she is a 'narcissistic monster', calling such reports "fake news" and added: "I'd love to deny it immediately, but it's not worth it.' As well as Hiltzik, Brooklyn and Nicola have also taken on Harry and Meghan's lawyer Jenny Afia. The appointment comes after the two couples hit it off at a dinner party in Montecito, California recently. And it appears as these efforts are a bid to reignite Nicola's film career after she feels her reputation has been damaged. "There is a lot at stake for Nicola," a source told the Mail. "Acting is where her heart is and there is no way she will want all of this noise going on to affect her chances of succeeding 6 6

Resident of one of NYC's tallest skyscrapers says visitors are terrified by view from his windows

A New York City resident has shared the incredible views he experiences from his luxury penthouse apartment although visitors have said they were 'terrified' by the experience. The man, who goes by @NYChighlife on TikTok, regularly uploads videos of views from his home, from dazzling sunsets over the city to thick, ominous fog that engulfs the top half of the building. The resident appears to live in 30 Hudson Yards, a distinguishable 'supertall' skyscraper situated on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan. One person wrote: 'I'd never live there not because I'm scared of heights, but if there's something happening in the building good luck getting out in time.' Another observed: 'Is it me or are the windows terrifying,' while another added, 'Imagine how much more scarier lightning is.' At 1,270 feet, it currently stands as the seventh-tallest building in New York City, and the ninth-tallest in the United States - so it's no surprise it offers one of the most stellar views of the Big Apple. The building also has a triangular observation deck, named The Edge, on the 100th floor, as well as a bar and event space on the 101st floor. In one clip, uploaded in 2022, the resident showed off the 'beautiful view' from his apartment on a particularly wet and gloomy day, which often results in white clouds blanketing the top of the building. The man explained that he his journey home is 'long and perilous', but it's 'all worth it to see the world above the clouds'. In the video, he gets the lift to his apartment at the top of the building, before turning the camera to the 'blinding white light' shining through the windows in his lounge. He then sticks his hand out of the window - which does not appear to have a safety lock installed - to demonstrate how he can touch the 'moist' clouds. He pans the camera to the ground below, which is entirely blocked from view from the thick clouds above. In another recent video, the resident flaunted the stunning spectacle from his high-rise home as a golden sunset swept over New York City, which saw him 'hurry' to his apartment to get a birds-eye view. He captured his ascent to the top of the building, including the moment he 'tipped' the concierge so he could bypass other residents waiting in line at the elevator and 'go up as fast as possible past the cheaper floors'. The man then entered his apartment, before panning his camera towards his windows, where dazzling hues of pink, purple and orange danced over the sprawling skyline and Hudson River. Although many viewers were left impressed by the resident's unique view of the city, many slammed the content creator for his 'rude' and 'narcissistic' attitude, while others questioned the safety of the apartment. A fourth said: 'Legally to have windows open fully on a floor that level is crazy,' while another quizzed, 'Anybody else's stomachs churn a little when he stuck his phone out the window?' Other questioned the legitimacy of the resident's so-called 'luxury' lifestyle, as one viewer jabbed: 'Someone who actually has money doesn't need to validate themselves online by literally only posting about their high rise penthouse.' Another wrote: 'Gave him a tip and cheaper floors? I don't like this narcissistic language tbh.' While one commented, 'Why didn't you just say lower floors? This was rude calling them cheaper floors,' while a third added, 'Cheaper floors? You think you live in heaven?'
