Keep putting one foot in front of the other and know that success takes years to build mixed with a little struggle and challenges.' She finished by saying, 'Hank, keep up the great work. You're working so hard and putting all of your effort into life, basketball and school. GO HANK @ That's right, Hank Jr did a Ted Talk at his school, all about inspiring others and perseverance. Not only is this so cool, but so many are wondering something: can teens actually do TED Talks? The answer? Yes! Per their website, they have Youth events, which are focused more towards younger viewers. It even says, 'Applicants under the age of 18 must have an adult co-organizer listed on their application as a supervisor. For events held at schools, this could be a teacher.' Isn't that so cosmic?! For those who don't know, Wilkinson and Baskett were married from 2009 to 2018, and welcomed two children during their marriage: Henry Randall 'Hank' Baskett IV, born Dec 2009, and Alijah Mary Baskett, born in May 2014. In a previous clip obtained by People, Wilkinson talked about this some more, saying, 'Balancing work and kids is hard work but I'm 36 now, not 19 — the girl you saw dancing around on the tables — anymore. I'm not. I have a different mind frame.' She added, 'I want to respect myself. I want to love myself. I want to take care of my two kids. I want to be a little bit more disciplined.' EXCLUSIVE Playboy alum turned realtor Kendra Wilkinson seen working $1.5million open house in LA
Once a fixture at the Playboy Mansion and on reality TV, Kendra Wilkinson is hard at work these days, rolling up her sleeves and sweating it out in the world of Los Angeles real estate. The former reality star-turned-realtor was recently snapped hosting a three-hour open house over the weekend for a three-bedroom, three-bath property listed for $1.5million in Westlake Village. Though she was once known for racy outfits, stilettos, and posing alongside fellow girlfriends of Hugh Hefner, she now means business in black flats, real estate signage, and a clipboard. What's more, the open house also happened to fall on Mother's Day, when the majority of other moms are being pampered and celebrated. But exclusive photos instead show the 39-year-old Playboy alum placing signs, sweeping the entryway, and making the property look attractive to potential buyers under the blazing 90F degree sun. She was seen pulling out open house signs, from Ernie Carswell & Associates and Douglas Elliman real estate, from the back of her car. The mom-of-two looked every bit the professional in a leopard blouse and black pants, with her blonde hair pulled into a sleek ponytail. It was obvious that she is taking her new profession seriously and was not distracted by anything going on around her. Kendra, who turns 40 next month, began her real estate journey when she got her license in 2020 and joined fellow reality star realtor Mauricio Umansky's The Agency. Her property show, Kendra Sells Real Estate on Discovery+ and Max, which showcased her struggle as a new agent in the bustling and sometimes cut-throat industry, was canceled after two seasons in 2022. Kendra has two children from her almost ten year marriage to professional football player Hank Baskett III, 42, which ended in 2018, and produced their son Hank Baskett IV, 15, and daughter Alijah, 11. It hasn't been an easy road for this former sex symbol who moved into the Playboy mansion at age 18, and became one of the famous trio of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. She was able to parlay her time with Hef—60-years her senior—into multiple successful reality shows including Kendra on E!, Kendra On Top with the We Network, and Kendra Sells Hollywood. On social media, she often advertises properties that are on the market and other open house events. She shared photos of the time slots for the showings days earlier, with the caption: 'What my Mother's Day weekend looks like!!' In a candid Instagram post days after the open house, Kendra admitted that her burgeoning real estate career has not been as lucrative as she wants and needs to support her family. 'I spent years out of the spotlight before I chose to become a realtor and yes, I definitely need the money,' she wrote on May 13. 'Am I making sh*t tons of money…I sure hope that day comes.' On social media, she often advertises properties that are on the market and other open house events She shared photos of the time slots for the showings days earlier, with the caption: 'What my Mother's Day weekend looks like!!' Fans of the the first Girls Next Door spin-off show remember a crying Kendra shorty after the birth of their son, questioning her then husband Hank about their financial future after his football career ends and reality show fame ends saying she hadn't been to college and had no skills. At the height of her fame, she was commanding $10,000 just to appear at a pool party in Las Vegas. She went from living the $100million Playboy mansion, to a $2.5million home behind gates in Calabasas to now a $3,500-a-month rental in the Agoura Hills area of Los Angeles County. Last week, the former TV star took to Instagram to address claims that she is 'still holding on to her ex '. She penned a lengthy message to her followers while reflecting on the ways she has 'changed.' 'I just got a comment basically saying I'm not the same, I come across sad, still holding on to my ex,' Kendra began. 'I just want to say that….yes I have changed. 'I just got a comment basically saying I'm not the same, I come across sad, still holding on to my ex,' Kendra began. 'I just want to say that….yes I have changed' 'Yes I've been depressed as I've stated in almost every interview I've been doing and no I'm not holding onto my ex!! I'm simply giving him respect he deserves being an amazing co parent.' Wilkinson then explained that interviews are not easy for her due to the topic of her Playboy days being brought up 'every single time.' The mom-of-two added, 'I've tried for years to avoid going backwards but people still have a hunger for it i guess.' On a positive note, Kendra told her fans that her life 'has actually been fun and exciting. On September 6, 2023 she made headlines when it was revealed that her ex-husband had driven her to the hospital emergency room after having a severe anxiety attack along with a deep bout of depression. 'It was the lowest place I've ever been in my life. I felt like I had no future. I couldn't see in front of my depression,' she told People magazine in January of 2024. She has previously revealed that she did not form many close friendships during her five years living at the Playboy Mansion After not eating and sleeping for days she said her head was constantly spinning. Kendra says she kept asking herself, 'How am I going to succeed? What am I doing wrong in my life? Do I give up?' While she waffles on whether her years with Hef actually 'saved' her after troubled teenaged years, or 'really messed my whole life up,' one thing is sure, her children keep her motivated and going strong. Her proudest role these days is as a mom. Kendra's social media accounts are filled with photos of her cheering on son Hank at his basketball and hockey games, or daughter Alijah at her sporting events.

Kendra Wilkinson reveals why she 'never bonded' with Holly Madison at the Playboy Mansion
Kendra Wilkinson revealed that she did not form many close friendships during her five years living at the Playboy Mansion as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. While appearing on the Him & Her podcast, the reality star, 39, reflected on feeling like the 'third wheel' around housemates and Girls Next Door costars Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt. 'That's the part that was hard,' she explained her not-so-close relationships with Madison, 45, and Marquardt, 51. 'I wasn't really a "girl's girl" at that point in life. I was more of a 'guy's girl,' so we never really bonded.' The mom-of-two, who moved into the Playboy Mansion at age 18, noted that she felt like an outsider around Madison and Marquardt while filming their series. 'I just decided to go with that during the show process,' Wilkinson said. 'Well, I'm just gonna be me and see how this works, rather than try to fit in.' I felt like I was a complete odd man out [in that] whole situation.' Despite never clicking with Madison or Marquardt, Wilkinson spoke about her friendship with Playboy model Jessica Hall, who briefly appeared on The Girls Next Door. Wilkinson's comments come just days after Madison spoke publicly about wanting to repair their relationship. Madison said she was eager to rebuild her relationship with her former Girls Next Door' co-star. 'It would be nice to be on good terms for sure, but I really don't know where she's at. "I look back at our relationship and what went wrong and I see a lot of fault with executive producers who [were] working on her show and my show after we left,' she told Us Weekly. Madison added that she wasn't sure if Wilkinson even remembered 'what [their] original falling out was all about.' 'I just don't know how aware she was of it because at the time, the person who was starting a lot of the drama was a person who was giving her a job. So she doesn't want to see that,' Madison said. Earlier this month, Holly described The Girls Next Door as a 'little cult bubble.' The TV personality starred on the reality series between 2005 and 2009, and Holly believes The Girls Next Door was a snapshot in time. 'I always say it's the one show you can't reboot, because it was like catching this little cult bubble in real time. And you can watch it two different ways. You can watch it for all the eye candy like the first time it came out and say, "Oh my God, look how fun." Or you can watch it knowing about all the stuff going on behind the scenes, and that adds a whole other layer,' she told E! News The reality TV show focused on the lives of Wilkinson, Madison, and Marquardt, who were the three main girlfriends of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. In Madison's 2015 memoir, she described Wilkinson as 'the fakest person [she'd] ever met.' At the time, Wilkinson slammed Madison's book and criticism of her experience in the Playboy Mansion. 'It's a shame that someone can't be appreciative of what something like that has given them,' Wilkinson told Us Weekly. Their public spat reached an all-time high when Wilkinson tweeted about how Madison was on the cover of People Magazine talking about living 'in fear at the mansion.' 'She wasn't in fear with that dick in her a** for a paycheck,' Wilkinson wrote in a since-deleted post. 'That b**ch is in fear now knowing so many of us saw her doing some nasty s**t. She's embarrassed and in shame.'

Kendra Wilkinson gets candid about fans saying she is 'still holding on to her ex' in emotional post
Kendra Wilkinson got candid as she addressed claims that she is 'still holding on to her ex' in an emotional Instagram post shared on Thursday. The TV personality, 39 - who recently admitted she tried a 'weight-loss shot' after trolls criticized her body - penned a lengthy message to her followers while reflecting on the ways she has 'changed.' The star was married to Hank Baskett from 2009 until she filed for divorce in 2018 - and the former couple share kids Hank IV, 15, and Alijah, 10. She was also one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends until she moved out of the Playboy Mansion at age 23. 'I just got a comment basically saying I'm not the same, I come across sad, still holding on to my ex,' Kendra began. 'I just want to say that….yes I have changed. 'Yes I've been depressed as I've stated in almost every interview I've been doing and no I'm not holding onto my ex!! 'Surrounded by amazing friends and my 2 kids. Dancing and getting out checking out hot guys, laughing, golfing, closing deals, cooking tacos, watching kids sports n more.' The reality star concluded her message by typing, 'I've been through so much and I'm always trying to remain positive and I've said numerous times how grateful i am for my past and how i wish everyone well.' Last year, the Playboy vet opened up about her struggles with mental health and told People that she had been 'dying of depression.' 'I was hitting the end of my life, and I went into psychosis. I felt like I wasn't strong enough to live anymore,' she expressed, before later adding, 'Playboy really messed my whole life up.' In September 2023, Kendra suffered from a panic attack which resulted in the star reaching out to her ex-husband Hank to take her to the hospital. 'To accept help that day and for Hank to drive me to the hospital was a huge day in both of our lives. It was a big day for my family and kids.' Last year, the Playboy vet opened up about her struggles with mental health and told People that she had been 'dying of depression'; seen in 2008 in L.A. Wilkinson attributed to therapy to her helping her with mental health struggles but also explained the depression is always a 'part' of her. 'What therapy did was that it built this tool system for me. So now I have the strength - I have the strength and the foundation I need to overcome my depression.' Kendra's divorce from Hank was finalized in 2019 and earlier this year in March, she gave an update on their co-parenting relationship while also calling their past marriage the 'happiest days of my entire life.' During an episode of the Amy & T.J. podcast, she explained, 'And so when those days came to an end, I crumbled so hard, and it almost killed me. It almost killed me. 'I left the Playboy Mansion at age 23, got pregnant, got married at the age of 23, then started my life as a wife and a mother, and it was the golden years of my life.' The star later expressed, 'Even though we're divorced, he's the father of my kids and he's the most amazing father to my kids, and I know I chose right with him.' When questioned about why their marriage had come to end, she simply stated that 'too many' mistakes had been made. In regards to what she is looking for with love, Wilkinson informed Us Weekly late last year, 'It's time that I kind of evolve here and not stay in the booty call land. It's time I evolve and look for a husband or boyfriend or something.' Kendra added, 'I think I'm gonna crawl up from the dead here soon and look for this man of mine, wherever he is.' The media personality also revealed that she is interested in testing out dating apps - but explained she has been on the waiting list for Raya for years. While on the Amy & T.J. podcast, she gave a little insight into her love life and said, 'I might dabble into some sex every now and then - but to date and be in a relationship? That's the longest farfetched thing I could possibly feel at the moment. 'I'm in a bachelorette-type of vibe right now,' she said and is enjoying playing the field.' She stated, 'I do have two very young, attractive, ex-NFL players that are, like, all up on me right now, and it makes me feel young. That's, like, instant Botox for me.' Following her time living at the Playboy mansion, Wilkinson previously shared that she 'struggles still to this day with my relationships and my views on sex.' The TV personality puts her main focus on raising her two children who are also involved in sports such as basketball.
