Silobreaker Introduces 'Tickets' to Transform Threat Intelligence Workflows
Security and threat intelligence technology company, Silobreaker, has announced the launch of Tickets, a powerful workflow management feature designed to elevate the efficiency, collaboration and impact of intelligence teams. Tickets is built with native support for Threat Intelligence teams, offering robust capabilities to manage and fulfil intelligence requirements across cyber, geopolitical and physical security domains – all supported by AI-driven insights.
Tickets empowers teams of all sizes to prioritise and manage both incoming Requests for Information (RFI) and outbound incidents, which are surfaced from Silobreaker's extensive coverage of open-sources, the deep and dark web and finished intelligence reports.
Tickets also allows easy collaboration and communication directly within the team, and users can create custom tags to align their work with Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and stakeholder needs. It enables teams to disseminate intelligence products seamlessly to stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration with existing enterprise processes.
The new feature leverages Silobreaker's advanced analytics engine to quickly extract entities from incoming RFIs, enabling analysts to pivot directly to relevant search results from the content of any request. This reduces the time spent contextualising incoming requests and enhances the speed at which analysts can provide actionable insights.
The solution is further enhanced by connecting to Silobreaker's proprietary Context and Summarise AI features. 'Context' delivers real-time overviews of the latest intelligence on millions of entities — ranging from actors, indicators and malware to people, places, and incidents — to expedite investigations. 'Summarise', Silobreaker's AI-driven reporting tool, enables users to extract intelligence, draft assessments for review and easily drag and drop content into Tickets for instant access and actionability.
'Silobreaker is designed to support every stage of the intelligence cycle — from requirements management, data collection and processing to analysis, intelligence production and dissemination,' said Kristofer Mansson, CEO of Silobreaker. 'Our new feature, Tickets, ties together the workflows across these steps, enabling teams to work more efficiently and enhance communication and the feedback loop with their stakeholders.'
By better connecting intelligence production with PIRs and stakeholders, Tickets offers the ability to start generating data that informs Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODM) on team performance, PIR alignment, response times and the impact of threat intelligence on security outcomes.

Silobreaker Launches AI Dashboards and Alerting to Automate Stakeholder-Ready Intelligence Reporting
LONDON, June 03, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silobreaker, a leading security and threat intelligence technology company trusted by threat analysts, security leaders and risk teams, today announced the release of AI Summarise for dashboards and email alerting. This latest enhancement brings the power of customisable AI directly into the core of the analyst workflow – enabling threat intelligence teams to generate stakeholder-ready summaries from across their trusted sources and automatically distribute them via branded newsletter alerts. Silobreaker's new AI widgets empower users to define specific instructions – such as surfacing TTPs, summarising threat trends or translating technical content into executive-ready formats – and apply them to the most relevant and recent data in a dashboard. Multiple AI widgets can be deployed per dashboard, each independently configured for different audiences or analytical goals, and able to analyse dozens of the most recent and relevant documents to maximise insight density. Results are dynamically updated as new data flows in and are available via email dissemination. "Our latest update is designed to help CTI teams bridge the last mile of intelligence production: turning collected data into tailored, actionable insight that stakeholders can trust," said Kristofer Mansson, CEO of Silobreaker. "By combining automation with analyst control, we're making it easier to scale intelligence reporting without compromising quality." Built for analysts, optimised for stakeholders Silobreaker's AI operates in conjunction with the platform's foundational analysis and relevance engine, leveraging its rich ecosystem of unique data and content. This integrated approach enables AI summaries to be automatically matched to an organisation's technology stack, digital assets and third-party ecosystem – ensuring outputs are aligned with mission priorities. Key features of the new release include: Multiple AI widgets per dashboard, each independently configured for different audiences or analytical goals. Each widget analyses a high volume of documents, selected by recency or relevance to maximise insight density. Multilingual summarisation across global data sources, extracting key trends and indicators from external and internal content. Support for curated collections, analyst commentary and pre-filtered data, offering complete transparency and context behind the AI output. Branded email alerting templates that combine analytics visualisations and AI summaries with logos, headings and formats familiar to stakeholders – turning live dashboards into disseminated intelligence newsletters. The AI is designed with flexibility at its core. Whether surfacing TTPs for CTI teams, summarising geopolitical shifts for risk officers or simplifying technical language for executives, the widgets adapt to support a broad range of intelligence requirements. Analyst-first AI, trusted and explainable With this release, Silobreaker reinforces its vision of delivering technology that supports and augments – not replaces – human judgement. Outputs are traceable, configurable and integrated into the same dashboards, collections and workflows analysts already use. "Analysts are facing mounting pressure to deliver more intelligence to more stakeholders – faster and with fewer resources," added Mansson. "This new feature is about making their work go further – helping them deliver high-quality reporting that's aligned, explainable and ready for action." REMADE℠ Announces Request for Information for New York State Waste Tire Program
Institute seeks information to inform future funding opportunities totaling about $8 million in investment ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The REMADE℠ Institute, a division of the Sustainable Manufacturing Innovation Alliance Corp., has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit input from stakeholders to inform the New York State (NYS) Waste Tire Program. REMADE was selected to develop and administer the NYS Waste Tire Program earlier this year on behalf of the New York State Department of Economic Development. The NYS Waste Tire Program will select and fund projects to develop and demonstrate technologies that will increase the use of end-of-life tires (ELT) generated across New York State. Prospective technologies include, for example, technologies to enable novel uses of whole or shredded tires; technologies for new and emerging applications for crumb rubber; technologies to enable increased retreading of tires; and technologies to incorporate materials from ELT into the manufacture of new tires. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a funding solicitation. REMADE anticipates issuing Requests for Proposals beginning in early Fall 2025 for this program, incorporating information provided in response to this RFI. Future funding opportunities are expected to total about $8 million in investment. REMADE is seeking information on multiple topics, such as the current state of recycling and retreading of ELT in New York State; opportunities to improve the collection and logistics for ELT; and emerging technologies and markets for products recovered from ELT. Responses to the RFI are sought from industry, academia, non-profits, municipalities, New York State- certified women and minority owned businesses and service-disabled veteran owned businesses and any other stakeholders or interested parties. For more information and to read and respond to the RFI, go to: NYS Waste Tire Request for Information – REMADE Institute. Responses are due July 15, 2025. About REMADE:In partnership with industry, academia, trade organizations, national labs, and federal and state agencies, REMADE has invested nearly $100 million in research and development — including advanced design, manufacturing materials optimization, remanufacturing, and materials recovery — to develop technologies that increase the supply of critical and key materials, enhance U.S. manufacturing competitiveness, strengthen domestic supply chain resilience, grow the U.S. economy, and expand the American workforce.
