Israel Police have located the man who stabbed and killed his 67-year-old mother, the police announced Saturday night.
The man was found after police conducted extensive searches after he fled the scene.
At 10:02 p.m., Magen David Adom's 101 hotline in the Carmel region received a report of a violent incident on Iris Street in Nahariya.
According to Maariv, MDA medics and paramedics arrived at the scene and are performing CPR on the woman, who suffered penetrating injuries and was later pronounced dead.
The Coastal District Commander, Commissioner Yechiel Bohadana, arrived at the scene to conduct a situational assessment with police commanders on the site to search for the son, a man in his 30s.
The suspect was arrested and is now in police custody.

Allegheny County police apprehend wanted man in Crafton
Allegheny County police have apprehended a wanted man after a SWAT situation in Crafton on Saturday. The department's SWAT unit was deployed just after 4 p.m. to assist Crafton police after a man with multiple felony warrants was believed to be inside an apartment on Parkview Street. Responding officers were able to confirm a man was inside the apartment complex and was refusing to exit the building. After running out of the back door of the building, officers used less lethal munitions before deploying a taser to subdue the suspect and take him into custody. The man, later identified as 41-year-old Richard Graham, was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Graham was not the initial suspect Crafton police were searching for, however, Graham was found to have multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest in Pennsylvania and California. In addition to the warrants, county police say Graham is facing multiple charges, including escape and resisting arrest.

Man killed after crashing stolen motorcycle in Grand Prairie, police say
A man was killed Friday afternoon after crashing a stolen motorcycle in northeast Grand Prairie, police said. An officer tried to pull a motorcycle over about 4 p.m. after noticing that the Harley-Davidson didn't have a license plate. The driver sped away, police said, but crashed at South Belt Line Road and Wheat Hill Drive after failing to negotiate a curve. The motorcyclist died from his injuries at a hospital. He will be publicly identified by the Dallas County Medical Examiner. The Harley-Davidson was stolen, according to police. Officers also found a quantity of drugs along with the motorcycle. Hobbs murder suspect at large
HOBBS, New Mexico (KMID/KPEJ) – The Hobbs Police Department has asked for help from the community to find a murder suspect that has been on the run since Friday. According to the HPD, on June 6th, officers were called to the 800 block of East Lincoln after shots were fired. At the scene, officers found two people with gunshot wounds and both victims were taken by EMS to a hospital in Hobbs. One victim was later flown to a hospital where he was treated and released. However, the second victim, identified as 19-year-old Ismael Rios, of Hobbs, died from his injuries. Investigators identified the shooter as 20-year-old Michael Alonzo Wynne Garcia; he was found in his vehicle a few blocks away from the scene but refused to exit his vehicle and sped away as police approached. Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Garcia on the following charges: Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Aggravated Fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer. Garcia was last seen driving a red Toyota Camry with Texas license plate TYL7444. Anyone with information on where Garcia may be found has been asked to call the police at 575-397-9265.
