Israeli military targets bombed in Jaffa
SANAA, April 11 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based armed forces declared on Friday it launched a qualitative military operation targeting two Israeli military targets in the occupied Jaffa area of Palestine territories.
Spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahiya Sarie said in a televised statement that the operation was carried out with a number of UAVs 'Jaffa'.
He said the drone attack came in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear Mujahideen, and also in response to the ongoing genocidal war of against Palestinian brothers in Gaza.
The spokesman re-affirmed that Yemeni armed forces would be committed to support the grievance of the Palestinian people, as well as confronting the ongoing American aggression against Yemen.
He renewed the armed forces' commitment to their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty towards the steadfast people in Gaza until the aggression is stopped and the siege is lifted.
Earlier in the day, the spokesman affirmed that a number of cruise missiles and UAVs had targeted the US warships in the northern Red Sea, led by the US aircraft carrier Truman.

Russian Foreign Ministry: Israeli attacks are collective punishment of civilians in Gaza
Moscow - Saba: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed his country's "deep" concern on Thursday over the military escalation and the ongoing airstrikes by the Israeli occupation army on the Gaza Strip. During a press conference, Lavrov stated that "the continuous Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip amount to collective punishment of civilians." He added, "What is happening in Gaza is causing extreme concern in Moscow and is difficult to justify from a humanitarian perspective. There is an urgent need for a ceasefire, immediate protection for civilians, and intensified international efforts to restore calm and facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid," according to the Quds Press Agency. The Israeli enemy army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which came into effect on January 19 of last year and lasted nearly two months after 471 days of genocide. Gaza – Saba: Khan Younis Governorate in the Gaza Strip has witnessed an unprecedented wave of displacement, with over 150,000 Palestinian citizens forced to flee under catastrophic and dire humanitarian conditions. This follows a comprehensive evacuation order issued by the Israeli enemy for Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, demanding that residents immediately relocate to the Al-Mawasi area on the western coast. The Palestinian news agency "WAFA" reported on Thursday evening that since the beginning of the Israeli genocide against the Palestinian people on October 7, 2023, at least 1.9 million citizens—approximately 90% of the population—have been displaced across the Gaza Strip, according to United Nations data. The agency added that many of them have been displaced repeatedly, some as many as 10 times or more. Since the occupation issued its latest evacuation orders, even more citizens have been forced to flee in search of the elusive safety within the Strip. Testimonies from displaced individuals reflect the compounded dimensions of human suffering caused by war, displacement, and blockade. Over nearly 20 months of genocide in Gaza, the Israeli enemy has targeted dozens of shelters, including schools, universities, hospital courtyards, and areas it falsely claimed were "safe," resulting in the martyrdom and injury of thousands of citizens, most of whom were children and women. The number of shelters and displacement centers targeted by the occupation has exceeded 235. The Gaza Strip has been suffering from a catastrophic humanitarian and relief crisis, as well as severe famine, since the occupation closed border crossings on March 2 of this year, preventing the entry of food, medicine, aid, and fuel—while simultaneously escalating the intensity of the genocide it is committing against civilians. Nearly 1.5 million citizens out of approximately 2.4 million in the Strip have been left homeless after their residences were destroyed by the genocidal war.
