The Love Island star, 29, took to Instagram to ask her followers how their morning was going, but instead garnered attention for her bruised and swollen eye and slightly puffy cheeks.
Chloe looked glum in the snap in which she went make-up free, with the blonde beauty's eye partially closed amid the mystery ailment.
In her next Instagram story, Chloe was quick to ensure her fans that she was fine, however, she did little to quell the concern as she was seen sporting a black eyepatch.
Giving a thumbs up while displaying the eye covering, Chloe penned: 'Guys the last story was meant to be funny pls don't be concerned x Regular programming by force.'
MailOnline have contacted Chloe's representatives for comment.
Earlier this year, Chloe shared a very 'traumatising' experience from her trip to Australia.
The reality star spent Christmas and New Year down under with best pal Millie Court, Liam Reardon and a group of their friends.
Despite clearly having a lot of fun during the holiday, Chloe admitted she had one bad experience where lifeguards were forced to rescue her from a riptide.
On Joe Baggs' Not My Bagg podcast, he asked Chloe if she had any wild stories to tell listeners.
Chloe then shared: 'On Christmas day we went to Bronte Beach and it was an actual rave on the beach. I really need a wee and they had public toilets but the queue was f***ing huge so I was like, 'I'll just go in the sea I don't care.'
'So, I run with my friend down to the water to go for a wee and I got in and I'm trying to go for a wee and this huge wave, and I am drunk, like I should not be swimming it is unsafe and was very silly of me, but anyways this huge wave is taking me out.
'I got caught in a riptide so I'm now so far away from the shore and I'm like trying to call my friends.'
Joe asked: 'Did you still go for a wee?'
She replied: 'Yeah well I p***ed myself from being scared. I probably s*** in the sea as well, it was really traumatising and then two lifeguards are coming and pull me back to shore and I was just a drunk mess. It was just pure chaos.'
Chloe shared several stunning snaps to social media from her time in Australia, including one in a skimpy red bikini on Christmas day.
It comes after Chloe went public with her new romance, three years after her Toby Aromolaran split.
The influencer, who shot to fame on Love Island in 2021 with Toby, went public with her new man, Ruben Moreira as she moved on from her former romance.
She posted a picture on her Instagram Stories of her and Ruben, with fans immediately taking this to mean she was 'soft launching' her new relationship.
It's understood Chloe met Ruben through Love Island co-star and pal Liam Reardon, as the two men are friends.

Moment drunken yobs spark emergency at 30,000 feet by refusing to stop vaping - forcing plane to turn back an hour into flight

Two drunken yobs caused a plane to return to the UK an hour into their flight as they refused to stop vaping in their seats. Police were called to Stansted Airport, where they waited for a Jet2 flight bound for Heraklion in Crete to return to London. Families were left extremely frustrated that the two men who were 'drunk as skunks' were allowed on board before take-off. Passengers said the pair started drinking alcohol after the scheduled 5.55am departure on Tuesday was delayed. Once the flight took off, pilots were forced to declare an emergency an hour into the flight and turn back to Stansted Airport. Footage shows the moment officers rushed onto the twin-jet Airbus A321 at 9.36am to cheers from passengers on he plane to detain the duo. One of the men was arrested after he was allegedly carrying cocaine and MDMA. Angry passengers let out their frustrations as one woman tells the men to 'get off!' while another shouts 'loser! before describing the pair as 'f****** b***ends!'. 'Do not get on a flight if you cannot control your drink!', another says before adding 'we love you police - thank you!'. However, one passenger was able to crack a joke as she quipped, 'nothing beats a Jet2 holiday' following the viral ad campaign starring pop star Jess Glynne. The duo, one of whom was wearing a back-to-front black baseball cap, ignored a cockpit announcement that warned that if they didn't stop vaping, the flight would have to return to the UK, one passenger revealed. The passenger said: 'On the flight the duo were so obnoxious. They began vaping, then kicked off when told to stop smoking. 'They couldn't understand or care just how dangerous it was for everyone on the plane. A source told The Sun: 'Passengers were livid. Everyone was looking forward to the start of the holiday.' They added: 'There were lots of kids on the plane and the airline should not allow these lunatics to spoil hard earned holidays.' The holidaymakers on the plane had to wait at Stansted Airport throughout the day for a service that evening that could take them on the four-hour journey to Greece. It is understood that Jet2 gave passengers a £10 voucher to be redeemed in WHSmith at Stansted. The airline has confirmed that a passenger has been handed a life ban as they described the behaviour as 'disgraceful' and 'aggressive'. A Jet2 spokesperson said: 'We can confirm that a customer has been issued with a lifetime ban following a catalogue of disgraceful and aggressive behaviour, which led to flight LS1577 from London Stansted to Crete Heraklion having to return to Stansted so that police could offload them. 'We would like to thank the police and our crew for their handling of this difficult situation. 'As a family friendly airline, we take a zero-tolerance approach to disruptive passenger behaviour and we will fully support the authorities with any subsequent investigation, including prosecutions and pursuing civil proceedings if necessary.' An Essex Police spokesman said: 'We were called at around 8.40am on Tuesday 5 August to reports of a disruptive passenger on board a flight bound for Greece. 'Officers were alerted to the flight's imminent return to Stansted Airport and detained two passengers for searches. 'A man, aged in his 20s, from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, was taken into custody after a quantity of suspected Class A drugs was found. 'He has since been released under investigation.' The second passenger was detained by officers for a stop and search but was not arrested.

Police officer rescues swan in ‘Hot Fuzz' moment

A police officer had a 'Hot Fuzz moment' when rescuing a wandering swan from the middle of a Colchester road. Essex Police 's heritage and wildlife crime officer PC Jed Raven, who likened the job to the popular British action film, was called out to move the bird on Monday. 'It was a bit of a wild goose chase, but I knew I had to wing it,' PC Raven said. The force said it had been returned safely. British actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost chased a missing swan as two police officers in the 2007 film set in the fictional town of Sandford. In the iconic scene, Mr Pegg plays bored police officer Nicholas Angel and is called in to track down the missing bird. Essex Police said: "The swan is now back to swanning about in its natural habitat, and PC Raven is officially the beak-on of community safety." In October 2023, three police officers were called in to escort a lost swan in Bath's city centre after it caused a flap among shoppers. Avon and Somerset officers appeared to handle the situation more smoothly than Constable Angel as three officers moved the bird on towards the nearby River Avon. One used a fluorescent police jacket to gently usher the wayward swan towards the river as shoppers pulled out their phones to snap the scene. Local Simon Galloway, 49, said: 'I was just out shopping with my wife and daughter – and we noticed a bit of commotion outside the shop. 'That was when we saw a cygnet being escorted down the street – presumably down to the river. There were loads of shoppers around, everyone had their phones out, laughing.'

Faye Winter tells of ‘terrifying' weeks before Love Island due to botched Botox

Reality TV star Faye Winter has said it was 'pretty terrifying' to be subject to botched Botox treatment in the weeks leading up to her stint on Love Island. It comes after Scottish and UK ministers announced plans to cut down on 'cowboy' cosmetic procedures by introducing new restrictions on who can access and provide treatments. Winter, 30, who appeared on the STV dating show in 2021, said the Government is taking 'a massive step in the right direction' and added that the NHS should not be covering the cost of corrective treatment for botched surgeries. Speaking about the weeks leading up to her Love Island appearance, she told STV's Good Morning Britain (GMB): 'It was pretty terrifying. I wanted to look a certain way. I wanted to look the best version of myself, knowing that I was going on national television. 'I went to somebody to do my Botox that I hadn't been to before, and he told me that he was medically trained. I believed him, as so many of us do. 'I later found out that he was a property developer, and he had put too much Botox into my forehead, meaning my full forehead just had nothing in it. I couldn't move it and it was fully relaxed. 'It was paralysed, and I literally had to wait it out, not knowing if it (the feeling) was or wasn't going to come back.' Winter explained that her forehead 'had relaxed' and that her eyelids and eyebrows had 'drooped'. The Scottish Government has said it will take steps to crack down on 'cowboy' Botox, fillers and cosmetic surgery procedures. The plans mean dermal fillers and the use of Botox will have to be supervised by a qualified healthcare professional, while 'breast and buttock augmentations' must be carried out by a qualified professional and won't be available to under 18s. The UK Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has also said that steps will be taken to protect people from 'rogue operators' with no medical training who often provide 'invasive' procedures in homes, hotels and pop-up clinics. The DHSC also said the move to introduce new restrictions will reduce the cost imposed on the NHS to fix botched procedures. Winter added: 'I think obviously it's a massive step in the right direction. This is only for four years I've been speaking about (it). 'So for the Government to even acknowledge it is amazing. But there's also parts of it that I do think, where they say, you know licences… what are they going to look like? 'Does somebody just need a passport number at a UK address and they still get a licence? We don't know what that quite looks like yet, and I think it's really important that we know those finer details.' Speaking on whether the NHS should pay for corrective treatments, she said: 'I don't think that we as taxpayers should be paying for that. I never asked anybody to pay for my correction work, and that was on me, and I had to learn the hard way.' Winter was on series seven of the STV dating show Love Island and was seen coupling up with Teddy Soares. Before the proposed regulations come into force, the Government has urged people seeking cosmetic procedures to ask for the provider's qualifications and insurance, and to be wary of 'suspiciously cheap' offers. It comes after health officials launched an investigation after a number of people had reactions to Botox injections earlier this year.
