Former Love Island contestant Shaughna Phillips has been getting herself summer ready with a strict fitness and diet plan - leaving fans gasping over her impressive transformation
Love Island star Shaughna Phillips won praise from her fans as she detailed her incredible body transformation. The 31-year-old reality star found fame in 2020 when she appeared on season six of the ITV show.
Shaughna lasted over four weeks in the villa before she was dumped form the island - and in the years since has won a following for her no nonsense approach to beauty and social media. While many reality stars turn to surgery or use heavy filters on images to give an illusion of their appearance, the mum-of-one has shunned touching up her images.
Now the star has won further praise by showing off her figure with impressive before and after photographs, revealing that she changed the shape of her body through a strict exercise regime. The ITV star posed in just her underwear in both images which she shared on Instagram.
The before photo showed Shaughna posing with her arms at her side and with a warm smile as she stood in place to be snapped. The follow up images showed how her body had become more toned, while her pose appeared more confident.
Sharing the details of her transformation, she wrote: "Let the record reflect, although I've dropped a few dress sizes, I will ALWAYS love a high waisted full brief.

Fans took to the comments section to marvel at the reality star's transformation. One wrote: "You look amazing, you've done so well." Another wrote: "You really do look amazing. I'm so tempted to sign up."
A fan commented: "U look amazing" alongside red heart emojis. And a further fan typed: "You look happy with your new body that's all that matters lovely."
Earlier this year, fans commented on Shaughna's changing figure, with many speculating that she may have taken weight loss injections to lose weight.
However, she hit back at the suggestion, telling The Mirror: "I love food way too much," to ever even consider suppress her appetite with a 'fad' like weight loss jabs.
"There's a new fad every other year. It just so happens that this is the fad this time around, and after I have lost weight. The thing is, it just coincided with the time when I had my daughter Lucia, and I had this baby weight and everyone was commenting on it. Had it of been a few years prior, everyone would have been saying I had a BBL, or some magical liposuction that completely transformed how I looked," she shared.
She went on: "We're in the Ozempic season at the moment, and I can't help how people perceive me. I believe that Ozempic is an appetite suppressant, and those are not new. It's just essentially a new name for something that gives the same results.
"This has been something that has been around for 20 or 30 years - it's just another pharmaceutical company that have been able to market it in this new way and everyone is freaking out over it. In a couple of years time it will be something else, mark my words."
It is noted, however, that Ozempic is not strictly a weight loss injection as it is a medication designed to treat type 2 diabetes with weight loss an unintended side effect.

Former Butlin's redcoat Stephen Mulhern has lost his lucrative £1m contract with the famous holiday firm. ITV star Stephen Mulhern has been dealt a huge career blow. The presenter has been dropped from his reported £1million gig as the face of Butlins, rounding off a spate of ill fortune with work commitments. Mulhern, 48, hasn't had his contract renewed with the famous family-friendly UK holiday resort chain. As part of the deal he performed magic shows on stage at the firm's centres in Minehead, Bognor Regis and Skegness, but he will not return after the summer season. A spokesperson confirmed the news and stated that the star, a former redcoat for the legendary firm, had 'enjoyed' his time working with the brand. The spokesperson told the Mirror: 'Stephen has absolutely loved being part of the Butlin's family - performing his stage shows in front of thousands of holiday makers across the country and the relationship with Butlin's remains hugely positive. "This change allows Stephen to explore new opportunities in the family holiday space – something he's incredibly passionate about." A Butlin's spokesperson added: "Stephen has been an incredible part of the Butlin's experience and continues to be a valued member of the family. Stephen's much-loved live show won't return in 2026 after three fantastic years, but we're thrilled to be working together on ongoing projects this autumn.' Stephen's Butlin's axe was revealed by the Sun, as a source told them: 'Stephen has been a massive hit with holidaymakers. He began his career as a Redcoat and has kept families brilliantly entertained.' The TV magician's role on ITV Dancing On Ice came to an end earlier this year when the show was cancelled. The reality ice skating competition was cancelled due to low ratings, after Stephen had joined Holly Willoughby to host in January. He replaced Phillip Schofield, who was booted from all of his ITV roles after his affair with a younger colleague at This Morning was revealed in 2023. And last year, Stephen's other TV show, In For A Penny, was cancelled after six seasons , though there have been hinted it will return. Dua Lipa fans are livid after the Training Season hit-maker chose to bring Charli XCX on stage as her special guest during the second night of her sold-out Wembley stadium gigs. Dua, 29, made sure to pull out all the stops for her first night at the iconic venue on Friday night with a special guest appearance from Jamiroquai. The chart-topping songstress and Jamiroquai performed an incredible duet of the 1996 hit, Virtual Insanity, for her Radical Optimism tour. The unimpressed concert-goer continued: "The majority of Dua's fans are young - like Gen Z's and even younger - so when an artist from the 90s came out on stage, it just kind of felt like the wrong choice. Don't get me wrong it was an amazing performance and Dua killed the vocals while singing with him, but to find out that someone as HUGE as Charli was lined-up for the second night, just seems a bit unfair. People are bound to be absolutely livid." It comes after the Kosovo-born singer was overcome with emotion as she fulfilled her ultimate dream during her performance at Wembley on Friday night. The global mega-star has had a fast rise to fame since she first emerged in the music industry, and she's showing no signs of slowing down. On Friday, she headlined Wembley Stadium for the first time on the first of two nights at the home of English football, before moving on to Anfield in Liverpool. But the British and Albanian star couldn't believe what was happening as she addressed the sold-out crowd who'd flocked to north-west London to see her perform. Fans had been camping out at the stadium since Thursday, hoping to get to the very front row to see their idol deliver her biggest hits. Addressing the crowd, Dua said: "It means the absolute world to me that you're here tonight. It feels really special to be here today." The Levitating songstress continued: "It's been ten years since our first ever London show, which happened to be about 350 people, and I dreamt of a night like this that I get to be in front of 70,000 people.
