The Museum of the Future has unveiled a new slate of interactive events and workshops for June, designed to inspire creativity, promote emotional wellness, and foster lifelong learning.
Kicking off the month's programming is the Becoming Visual Storytellers Workshop on 15 June, led by entrepreneur Raya Bidshahri, Founder of the School of Humanity. Open to participants aged 13 and above, the session will explore multimedia storytelling, narrative design, and content creation through a hands-on, collaborative format.
On 22 June, the Understanding Emotions Workshop will guide attendees through techniques to improve emotional well-being. Led by psychology and education specialist Veronica Larre, the session includes meditation, breathing exercises, and practices in self-compassion aimed at enhancing daily mental health.
Closing the month's lineup, historian Dr. Roy Casagranda will deliver a lecture on 26 June titled Who was Muhammad II Fatih? as part of the museum's 2025 lecture series Lessons from the Past . The talk will explore the Ottoman sultan's legacy and the broader historical forces that shaped civilizations.
In addition to these events, visitors can experience The Vivarium , a new exhibit in the HEAL Institute's Observatory. This living installation showcases an enclosed ecosystem of genetically engineered life forms, offering a glimpse into ecological design and species adaptation.
These June programmes reflect the museum's broader mission to equip individuals with creative tools, emotional resilience, and future-ready skills in an ever-evolving world.
