Suzan, who is married to musician Noddy Holder, writes romantic comedies with a musical twist, her latest book 'What Would Dolly Do?' is inspired by the queen of country music, Dolly Parton.
Suzan and Ian will be In Conversation at The Berwyn Bookshop on Thursday, July 31 from 7.30pm.
Suzan said: 'When Ian and I get together we don't stop chatting and always have a real laugh, it'll be fun to share that experience with book lovers.
"I've got some stories about the real-life adventures that have inspired my books that even Ian doesn't know so I'm looking forward to surprising him and the audience!'
Ian said: 'I love Suzan's books, they are very rock n'roll - just like her, it's going to be a fabulous evening!'
Cheshire based Suzan's first book 'Shake It Up, Beverley' about a Beatles mad mum and her internet dating disasters got a thumbs up from Sir Paul McCartney himself who said it was 'Fab!'
Suzan got the idea for her second book 'Rock n' Rose' after an adventurous trip she made to Elvis Presley's Graceland home where she was dramatically rescued by a Mississippi motorcycle cop.
'What Would Dolly Do?' tells the story of Becky, a Dolly Parton tribute singer with such terrible stage-fright she can only perform when dressed up as country music's biggest, blondest star.

After splitting with her boyfriend (and Kenny Rogers singing partner) Becky decides to take inspiration from Dolly to go it alone and try to shine like a diamond in a rhinestone world.
Suzan said: 'The book is perfect for Dolly fans of course, but it also speaks to anyone who wants to escape the 9 to 5 or strike out in a new direction and face their fears.'

'I remember Ozzy Osbourne missing a gig and it caused a riot'
It was 18 July 1988, and a crowd of heavy metal fans gathered at Nottingham's Rock City to witness the Prince of Darkness himself make an Osbourne - who died on Tuesday, just weeks after a hometown farewell show in Birmingham - was nearly a decade into a successful solo career which started after he was sacked from Black night was thick with hairspray and anticipation, but the notoriously hard-living singer then reported feeling unwell and the evening went downhill Corcoran, who was there on the night, said: "The Ozzy Osbourne riot has since gone down in Rock City legend for all the wrong reasons." Osbourne did return to Rock City - which now houses some of the ashes of his great friend Lemmy Kilmister - in 1995, when he played a secret Akins, managing director of DHP Family, which owns the venue, said the singer's agent contacted them ahead of a test for his new guitarist."We set up the show as part of our regular Friday rock night and about a 1,000 or so clubbers turned up and weren't sure why the stage had a full band setup," he said. "At around 23:00 Ozzy came on stage and belted out a full set."The guitarist didn't get the gig going forward, but Ozzy came back a few months later referring to Rock City as being back home."Mr Atkins said Ozzy "was really on form" at the gig, having avoided alcohol and warmed up by running around the venue and lifting some weights in his dressing efforts to alert the local press were unsuccessful - "I think they thought it was a hoax," he said - the event led to a continued relationship with a metal legend."Ozzy and Sharon were lovely and I ended up on their Christmas card list for many years," he said."Ozzy's legacy to metal and rock and roll is undeniable - I was lucky enough to work with him and his team a couple of times which will always have fond memories for me."He will be sorely missed, and I'm sure he's upsetting people wherever he is now."

Military museum plans street party to mark VJ day anniversary
A military museum hunting for a new home has unveiled plans to mark the 80th anniversary of VJ Day with a street party. West Lothian's military museum has seen an upsurge in visitors and wider support in the month since it was revealed that it will have to relocate from its current home in the grounds of the war-blind veterans' estate at Linburn, Wilkieston. And museum owner Ian Inglis revealed they hoped to attract more crowds. He said: 'We will be open as normal on the 15 of August, from 10am to 4pm. We will have a special exhibition on the far east campaign including a diorama of Bridge over the River Kwai, made by our resident modeller. Normal entry fees apply to the museum. 'We will also be having a street party between 11am to 4pm, and anyone is welcome to come along, there is no charge for that.' He added that tea/coffee/ juice will be supplied but people should bring along food. There is no charge, but all donations are welcome. Ian also revealed there would be a talk by best-selling author Mary Monro, who's book Stranger in My Heart tells the remarkable story of her father's escape from the Japanese occupiers of Hong Kong. Ms Monro will be at the museum on the day signing copies of the book. Ian told the Local Democracy Reporting Service: 'Mary Monro wrote about her dad's exploits in WWII. He was captured by the Japanese in Hong Kong and sent to a POW camp. 'He did manage to escape from the camp. It's a fantastic book; there will be a few copies there to purchase that will be signed by the author.' Founded by Ian, who served in the Royal Artillery, largely around his own collection of militaria the museum has become an award-winning attraction. The museum has also become a community hub for local veterans and hosts weekly breakfasts and other events to keep ex-servicemen and women connected. The museum is also staffed by ex-service volunteers. 'We're not just a museum we're more than that, we' re unique education resource. We we have the veterans' hub as well. It would be ideal if we could stay locally, we don't want to move to far away, we'd like to stay within easy access to the bridges.' Such has been the success of the museum the search has been on for a while for a new home in the area. That hunt has gathered new urgency since the charity which owns Linburn – Sight Scotland Veterans – announced their intention to sell the estate for housing development. The museum features indoors and outdoors exhibits of equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and even a First World War trench display. Somewhere nearby for a new home would be ideal as a new home, as Ian pointed out. The museum's growth in popularity draws visitors from across the UK and the world. Earlier this month an American family, rolled up from Edinburgh airport taking time out before checking into their hotel. 'We get a lot of that, and people going to the airport,' he said.
