Egyptian party series Lazuli has teamed up with Yellow Tape Records & Culture to launch a new collaborative concept, 'SYNC', with an all-nighter in Cairo, this Friday, May 23rd.
The party will be headlined by two regional electronic stalwarts, HearThuG, a prolific Tunisian DJ/producer and the co-founder Are You Alien Records, who has built a reputation for his outstanding selections and acid house-tinged breakbeat productions. Joining him is Adam Dirk'Heim–also known as Cybercafe, a pillar of the Moroccan underground scene, and the creative force behind Sqnc collective and the newly-launched Sequence Records. Dirk'Heim is recognised for dabbling in both minimal and heavier textures within the electronic spectrum, often merging deep driving kicks and distorted synths with retro-futuristic sensibilities.
The lineup also features some of Cairo's finest selectors, including Rajia, Saif, and Adam Haddad, who will be spinning a little bit of everything, from groovy, colourful house to funky, deep club cuts.
