After It Was Reported That Victoria Beckham Hijacked Nicola Peltz And Brooklyn Beckham's Wedding Day, Cruz Beckham Shared A Pretty Pointed Instagram Story
It's fair to say that the apparent Beckham family feud has officially reached fever pitch, with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, raising eyebrows when they skipped not one, but all three of his dad David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations.
David shared photos from each of his parties — which spanned from March until May — to his Instagram page, including pictures with his wife, Victoria Beckham, and their other three children: 22-year-old Romeo, 20-year-old Cruz, and 13-year-old Harper.
Unlike past posts that don't include Brooklyn and Nicola, David did not acknowledge his oldest child's absence in his captions, and a source later told People: "There are tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and the family,' before insisting that 'the relationship is definitely not beyond repair.'
The insider also said that the couple had been invited to David's celebrations but chose not to come, adding that the Beckhams 'love and are always there for' Brooklyn, but are 'hurt and disappointed that he's now playing no part in family life.'
And if you're getting déjà vu, that might be because this is far from the first time that the Beckhams have seemingly been at odds with Brooklyn and Nicola. In fact, when the couple first got married back in 2022, there were a whole load of rumors — not to mention pretty obvious hints — that there was some kind of beef between Nicola and Victoria.
At the time, there were whispers about the two women clashing over Nicola's big day, with reports claiming that Victoria had been disappointed when Nicola didn't wear a dress she designed as her bridal gown.
And Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding was back in the headlines on Thursday, with sources claiming that all of the drama stems from Victoria allegedly hijacking their first dance.

"Marc Anthony, who is a friend of the Beckhams, offered to perform as a gift at the wedding,' a source told People. "Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, 'The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up...Victoria Beckham!'"
They added that Nicola felt like Victoria 'ruined her wedding, and couldn't understand why,' with a second insider telling the publication: "It was such a jaw-dropping moment that it left the whole room in absolute shock — you could hear a pin drop.'
Victoria is said to have started slow dancing with Brooklyn, and everyone then saw 'Nicola run from the room crying.'
A third source said: 'Brooklyn feels torn. It's his family and blood, but he's always had a complicated relationship with his dad. A lot of their relationship has felt like 'business.''
While none of the Beckhams have publicly commented on this report, youngest son, Cruz, did appear to suggest that it wasn't true with a cryptic post to his Instagram story that was shared soon after People's article was published.

'It takes 43 muscles in your face to frown And 17 to smile,' the mysterious post began, before pointedly adding: 'Be kind and tell the truth.'
In case you've missed it, Cruz's social media account has been a bit of a treasure trove in recent weeks, with the 20 year old also appearing to make a pointed dig at Brooklyn after he called Nicola his 'whole world' in a soppy Instagram post on Saturday.
Sharing a video of him and Nicola cruising around on a motorbike, Brooklyn raised eyebrows with the caption: 'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby❤️❤️'
At the time, many felt that Brooklyn's words were a dig at his family, especially his parents, with one popular comment reading: 'Don't forget your beautiful parents who will always love you unconditionally.'
And it seemed as though Cruz felt the same way; soon after his big brother's post went live, he shared a telling statement to his Instagram story that read: 'I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad, you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x.'
Cruz added a family photo from September 2024, which included Brooklyn but not Nicola.
Prior to this, Cruz and Romeo seemingly mocked Nicola on Instagram after she commented on Romeo's ex Mia Regan's post. On Apr. 5, Nicola wrote: 'so beautiful mia 🩷✨,' which Mia liked.
Just two days later, the Beckham brothers appeared to throw shade at Nicola's comment when Romeo shared a collection of photos to his Instagram account, with Cruz commenting: 'So beautiful Romeo ✨🩷,' and Romeo replying: '😂😂'

Poland: Tusk Calls for Confidence Vote in His Government
00:00 What is Tusk's motivation, Oli, for calling a confidence vote? Does he need to call this vote at this point? He wants to demonstrate before lawmakers, before the whole world that there is still a mandate within the government that this is a vote that he really believes that he's going to win very comfortably. This is not the sort of thing that is going to sort of bring down the government, but it does follow, Tom, as you say, the loss of his ally, the candidate that he really wanted to win that election, the person who would have made his legislative priorities possible to defeat to the Law and Justice Party, the far right nationalist part of the Polish political spectrum that basically now creates a huge amount of gridlock within Poland because the president has a lot of veto powers over everything that the prime minister would like to do. Donald Tusk is still the sort of prominent political force, but he can be basically blocked by a lot of his priorities by the president. And at the end of the day, he's going have to figure out how to navigate that landscape. We are also going to expect a reshuffle of the government to maybe streamline things a little bit. We also heard from Donald Tusk saying also that he wanted everyone to see, including his opponents at home and abroad, that we are not that we are ready for the situation, that we understand the gravity of the moment, but we do not intend to take a single step back. He may not take a single step back, but it's going to be very difficult to see how he's going to manage to put and take steps forward, particularly feeling the heat as he is coming from the far right at a time when Poland was really going to change its trajectory and sort of get unlock a bunch of EU funds and sort of his liberalizing agenda that basically comes potentially to a dead halt. He needs to figure out what his Plan B is, and that is what he's assembling now.
