But, the series of parties and events they organized for Pershing owners and guests on Capri—during the height of the summer season—took pulling out the stops to the next level. More Galassi Like all Ferretti Group events, owners and guests—including Formula 1 driver George Russell who spent the first night aboard his new Pershing 6X just before the event—were treated to lots of memorable events that started with the presentation of the new Pershing GTX70, announced by a spectacular light show featuring 300 drones after dinner at Capri's famous 'La Canzone del Mare' restaurant. Then guests danced like crazy at a private show from Capri legend Gianluigi Lembo of 'Anema e Core'. Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her eldest child Penelope Disick's 13th birthday on July 8 in Lake Como. And on Sunday, she shared a group of photos from the newly minted teenager's party. She gushed over her daughter in the comments and most assuredly made Penelope's eyes roll when she called her 'the coooolessssst.' 'My little lady is 13,' the Poosh founder's caption began. 'Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done. 'She inspires me to be a better person every day. I won't ever have the words for how much joy and love she brings to my life. She is the cooooolessssst,' Kourtney, 46, wrote. The first photo of Penelope featured her in a highlighter yellow top and shorts with a cow print handbag over one shoulder. The second photo was a scenic shot of the lake beyond some buildings. In the third photo, Penelope wore a black-and-white striped top with a long, pink skirt. She sat in a window seat and had a Fendi baguette handbag over one shoulder. The fourth slide in Kourtney's post was a loop of Penelope sitting at a table with her loved ones blowing out the candles on her chocolate cake. The rest of the post revealed pink and white balloons, 13 balloons and a video of fireworks over the lake. The former Keeping Up With The Kardashians personality shares Penelope, as well as Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. She took to Instagram last week to highlight the special occasion and express her gratitude for motherhood. 'My daughter is 13 today,' she wrote over a photo of a floor covered in balloons. 'My heart is exploding with gratitude and love for her.' Kardashian didn't specify exactly where they traveled, but scenic photos resembled Lake Como in Italy. 'I am so indescribably grateful for my sweet girl,' Kardashian wrote over a photo of a balcony view. 'She inspires me every day to be a better person.' The mother-of-four, who also shares toddler Rocky with husband Travis Barker, also noted the trip was extra special for a sentimental reason. 'My parents spent their honeymoon here 47 years ago, so special to get to bring my daughter here,' she typed over another image featuring a Riviera. It comes one month after Kourtney used social media to share that she was 'crying bc my baby girl is done with 6th grade.' Last year Penelope celebrated her birthday by going on a three-day getaway with her friends. Sting's daughter Fuchsia Kate Sumner looked out of this world in a lace bridal gown as she kissed her groom during their extravagant pre-wedding street bash on Friday. Fuchsia married her long-time partner Max Wright in a glamorous three-day celebration in the Sicilian town of Noto at the weekend. The 43-year-old actress and director, who goes by 'Kate', tied the knot with Max, a creative director in the arts and tech space, in front of family and close friends. New pictures show the nepo baby having the time of her life with her then-fiancé before they tied the knot the morning after. On day one, guests enjoyed a street party complete with an Italian marching band and tucked into local fare including freshly baked Italian breads and aperitivo. In the evening, they attended a special performance of Una Serenata! - 'A Serenade' in Italian - at the Teatro Comunale Tina di Lorenzo to celebrate local Sicilian traditions. Kate wore a white lace mermaid gown by Maison Valentino with a high neck and open back, while Max opted for a terracotta shirt and trousers. Family in attendance included Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, and Kate's older brother, musician Joe Sumner, 48, who at one point treated guests to live performances on his guitar. Crisis averted, the wedding ceremony took place and was held outdoors against a crimson and ivory floral backdrop. Kate wore a beautiful off-the-shoulder embroidered tulle gown with her initials embroidered on, while Max donned a light grey suit. After they exchanged vows, green and pink smoke flares shot up into the sky as they had their first kiss as husband and wife. The newlyweds then walked through the city with a beaming Kate holding their smartly dressed one-year-old son. At the reception, Sting delivered a show-stopping speech that was both heartfelt and hilarious. He joked about his early impressions of Max, unsure of what to make of the man after his daughter's heart, but quickly realised he was, in fact, 'a lovely chap'. Guests were in stitches but also, at times, in tears as the music icon described how happy he was for his daughter to have found the love of her life. He posed for a photo with the star, writing on social media: 'It was a great honour to welcome Sting, a global music icon, to the wedding of his daughter Fuschia Katherine Sumner and her partner Maximillian Wright, right here in the heart of Sicilian Baroque.' The mayor presented Sting with a book dedicated to Noto, calling it 'a small gift to thank him for sharing such an important moment for his family with us.' He added: 'Thank you to Fuschia, Maximillian and Sting for choosing Noto. Our city is proud to be part of this wonderful love story.' Kate and Max announced their engagement two years ago and Kate threw her hen party last month - where she and her pals tucked into fried chicken and danced around in wigs. Hundreds gather for community event featuring prehistoric visitors
Hundreds of residents came together to celebrate their community over a Big Lunch event. The Carnforth Big Lunch 2025 took place on Saturday, July 12, seeing residents and visitors of all ages gather to enjoy picnics and shared meals in the sunshine. Town clerk and event organiser Bob Bailey said: 'This year's Big Lunch was one of our most memorable yet. The weather was glorious, the entertainment was top-notch, and the community spirit was truly heartwarming. It's a reminder of how powerful it is when people come together. 'Under blazing summer sunshine, the heart of Carnforth came alive, it was a vibrant celebration of community spirit, creativity, and connection.' The event took place from 12pm-4pm, hosting two sittings in the town centre inviting the community to share a meal together in the street. The afternoon brought a range of exciting entertainment to Carnforth including performances from Northern Heights Dance & Aerial, and Big Foot Events who delighted the crowd with life-sized dinosaurs that roamed the streets, interacting with children and adults alike. Mr Bailey added: 'The Carnforth Big Lunch continues to grow as a beloved local event, celebrating the town's community spirit and the connections that make it strong.'

Brody Jenner has married his girlfriend of three years, Tia Blanco. The 41-year-old reality TV star and Tia, 28, tied the knot in Malibu on Saturday. Linda Thompson, Brody's mom, announced the news to her social media followers, sharing footage of the loved-up couple entering their reception to Natasha Bedingfield's hit single Unwritten. Linda captioned her post on Instagram: 'Mr. and Mrs. Jenner.' The newlyweds exchanged vows in the back yard of Linda's sprawling house. And Brody also shared plenty of videos and photos from the celebration to his Insta Stories. Tia - who is a professional surfer - wore an off-the-shoulder lace gown and white veil for the wedding ceremony, while Brody donned a traditional black suit and tie for the special occasion. 'Best night marrying my best friend,' wrote Tia on Instagram. The athlete added, 'My dream backyard wedding came true last night. At home where honey was born. Reliving it over and over! Later Tia slipped into a sizzling white halter mini dress that showed off her toned figure as she enjoyed the raucous reception complete with a DJ. Tia also had a 'bridal blessing' with friends and family prior to the ceremony. She wrote on Instagram at the time: 'A truly special day I will never forget. I have the very best friends in the world. Thank you for blessing our marriage tomorrow and making me feel so loved and special. 'My gratitude runs deep for my sisterhood tribe [heart emoji] thank you to my maid of honor, @ajablanco for putting on this incredible bridal blessing. I couldn't have dreamed of a better bridal celebration with these group of girls. I love you all so much. (sic)' The happy couple announced they were expecting their first baby in January 2023, and they confirmed their engagement to the world via a social media post later that year. In a video taken at their baby shower, Brody told their guests: 'I just want to thank you all for coming here. Really appreciate it. Love you all. Wait, one more thing, one more thing...'
