went all out for his role in SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali'. The actor famously dedicated around 5 years to his iconic portrayal of Amarendra Baahubali in the magnum opus. The movie not only created a history of Indian filmmaking and storytelling but also redefined the actor's career, making him a household name and propelling him to global superstardom.
However, taking on the role was a huge commitment for the star, who went to the United States to work on his physique and develop his body for the perfect look.
According to a report by Republic World, Prabhas, to prepare for his role, even adopted training techniques of WWE professionals, including the legendary wrestler The Undertaker, to get his desired look. Immersing himself in the world of professional wrestling, Prabhas took notes on not just physical workouts but also the rigorous diet plans that help athletes maintain such powerful physiques.
The 'Kalki 2898 AD' actor was so impressed with the high-end gym equipment available in the US that he decided to bring a part of that fitness culture back with him back in India. He reportedly imported gym machinery worth a whopping Rs 1.5 crore to India so that he could continue his intense training without compromise.
According to reports, his daily breakfast alone included around 40 egg whites, complemented with protein-rich supplements as he transformed from 82 kg to a staggering 100 kg.
