More freebies
The broadcasting giant is also offering free movies every week on Sky Showcase as well as opportunities to bag free trials to some of the biggest streaming apps.
But there's not just something for foodies and movie lover - sports fans get extra treats too.
If you subscribe to Sky Sports, you can claim a number of perks such as almost 100,000 free tickets to sporting events.
And what's more, Sky VIP is also offering experiences such as tickets to top UK attractions, exclusive cinema screenings and more.
Helen Kloepfer, Director of Sky VIP said: "The new Sky VIP reward programme is our way of saying thank you to our customers by giving them more of what they love.
"Whether you're new to Sky or a long-standing customer, there's always something exciting waiting in the My Sky app that makes every day a little better."
The rewards can be found in the VIP tab on the MySky app.
Sky relaunched its hugely popular VIP loyalty programme earlier this month with over 3 million rewards and experiences for customers across the UK this year.
MORE SKY PERKS
If you're paying for Sky Cinema, you'll get loads of top movies on your telly.
But you may not have realised that you also get free tickets to an actual cinema too.
Every single month, you can claim a pair of tickets to see a movie at Vue cinemas without paying a penny extra.
You just need to go into the MySky app, head into Sky VIP, and then tap on Your Vue Tickets.
You'll be able to claim two codes, which you can then redeem at Vue cinemas.
The catch is that you can only use these tickets once a month, and only between Sunday and Thursday.
You're also only able to use them for Regular, Saver, and Super Saver seat types – so no posh recliner chairs here.
A ticket at Vue normally costs somewhere in the region of £6 to £8, so this is a great freebie.

Broadcaster James Whale dies aged 74

TV and radio presenter James Whale has died at the age of 74, TalkTV has announced. His colleague and friend Mike Graham read an obituary on air and paid tribute to Whale, who had been battling stage four kidney cancer. Whale was first diagnosed with cancer in 2000 and had to have one of his kidneys removed. Then, in 2020, the TalkTV host revealed that the cancer had returned in his kidney, spine, brain, and lungs. Graham said: "James began his remarkable career in the early 1970s when he pioneered a new kind of radio in Britain, the late-night shock jock phone-in. "By the late 1980s, The James Whale Radio Show had become a cultural phenomenon, broadcasting every weekend on ITV. He attracted millions of viewers, making him a household name. "James would go on to host a variety of programmes for ITV, Sky, and the BBC before finding a new audience for talk radio, all the while continuing to make headlines during his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother. "In 2006, after surviving kidney cancer, James launched Kidney Cancer UK, raising hundreds of thousands of pounds. "In 2024, James was awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours, recognising his extraordinary contribution to broadcast[ing] and charity. "James Whale broke the rules. He shaped the airwaves and did it all on his own terms. "For millions, James wasn't just a broadcaster. He was a companion, a provocateur, and a good friend that we'll all never forget. "God bless you, James. We'll miss you." Whale began his career with Metro Radio in the UK in 1974, where he pioneered the late-night radio phone-in. He rose to fame in the 1980s with his frank style, dry wit, and no-nonsense approach on late-night programme The James Whale Radio Show, gaining a legion of loyal listeners. He spent 13 years at TalkSport before hosting the drivetime show on the London-based LBC and the breakfast show on BBC Essex. During his career, he also hosted Whale On, Dial Midnight, and Central Weekend Live for ITV and Talk About for BBC One. His autobiography, Almost a Celebrity: A Lifetime of Night-Time, was published in 2008.

Millions of Sky and Fire TV Stick users receive free upgrade this month to keep the kids entertained over the holidays

It comes at the perfect time when families struggle for ideas during the holidays TV TREAT Millions of Sky and Fire TV Stick users receive free upgrade this month to keep the kids entertained over the holidays A NEW addition for Sky and Fire TV Stick users will get everyone in the family moving. Advertisement 3 The new Mvmnt Family platform will be available to millions of Brits this summer Credit: Amazon & Sky 3 The exercise programs will be available on Fire TV Sticks and Google TV Credit: Alamy The UK-based digital fitness platform, Mvmnt, has now launched Mvmnt Family which is designed to help families to get active together with short videos that everyone can follow. Mvmnt is offering new customers to its app an one-month free trial throughout August. That will also include access to the Mvmnt Family workouts for the entire school holidays, online and on TV including via Sky, Amazon Fire, and Google TV. All of the Mvmnt Family programs are very user friendly each workout runs for less than 10 minutes and no equipment is needed. Advertisement What's even better is the sessions are led by a coach and child exercising side-by-side on screen so that everyone feels comfortable getting involved. There's also plenty of sessions to choose from including strength, yoga, HIIT, football and balance. The Mvmnt Family programs were designed to help parents rethink exercise as a family activity. Family Moving Time The new launch comes as research reveals that almost 50 percent of parents run out of ideas for school holidays entertainment, and that only 27 percent of families do something active together just once a week or less. Advertisement Many parents said they wanted to be more active with their kids but are worried how much it will cost them, and other parents say there never seems to be enough time to get moving with family during school holidays. 'Families are an underserved segment in the digital fitness space,' said Colin Griffith, Managing Director at Mvmnt. Quick look at Fire TV Stick remote and top button tips 'We saw an opportunity to support parents who are time-poor, stressed, and want a shared active experience that benefits everyone in the house – not just the kids.' Be Warned The free upgrade comes after Fire TV Stick users were warned about illegal streaming devices, including dodgy versions of the TV extension. Advertisement The Federation Against Copyright Theft warned this could lead to users having their ID stolen or their credit card details handed to criminals. Posts have begun flooding social media sites advertising modified Fire Sticks for just a few pounds. Some posts advertised all Sky channels plus streaming sites such as Netflix and Disney Plus for as little as £2.50 a month. Kieron Sharp, chairman of the Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) said dodgy Fire Stick users are breaking the law too, and could end up being prosecuted. Advertisement According to FACT, watching an illegal stream is an offence under the Fraud Act 2006, and has a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

Huge Hollywood star reveals Netflix have AXED his first TV show for a surprisingly saucy reason

The veteran action star revealed the reason why girls approach him at the gym SANK GIG Huge Hollywood star reveals Netflix have AXED his first TV show for a surprisingly saucy reason THE Terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger says his Netflix spy show Fubar won't be back for a third outing. And the veteran action hero says the huge popularity of his son Patrick in Sky's The White Lotus is partly to blame. Arnie told NBC's Seth Meyers: 'Patrick blew it out of the water. Before, all the people came up to me in the gym and said 'Arnold get in touch with me, especially girls. 'And as soon as White Lotus came out, this girl says: 'here is my contact'. I said: 'well thank you'. She replied: 'No, no, no, for Patrick'. 'Now everything is about Patrick, Patrick, Patrick.' But the reality is Netflix bosses pulled the plug after Fubar had poor ratings. Arnie played a CIA operative forced to shelve retirement. The show clearly couldn't compete with Patrick flashing his privates as alpha male Saxon on The White Lotus.
