The Sun Wharf will be at 50 Tooley Street in Southwark and is set to open on Tuesday September 2, 2025.
Anyone seeking a scare at London Dungeon would visit the railway arches on Tooley Street from 1974 until 2013 until it moved.
It will be a very sleek looking place to grab a pint, with a curved entryway underneath the arches.
Inside, there's plenty of exposed brickwork and high ceilings.
Along the walls are vintage portraits, which is a classic Wetherspoons calling card.
There's a heavily patterned carpet, but very modern light fittings, tables and chairs and cosy booths as well.
The pub will be open seven days a week from 6.30am to 12.30am every day.
Tooley Street is right outside London Bridge station where there are lots of eateries and places to drink, incluing the famous Borough Market, The Shard, Coal Drop Yard and Hay's Galleria.
50 Tooley Street was the former location of the London Dungeon attraction.

It opened in 1974 and inside you'd find historical waxworks.
Later on, it turned into theatrical shows and events like Fire of London and Jack the Ripper.
Now, London Dungeon is on Westminster Bridge Road and tickets start from £27 per person.
As for Wetherspoons, there's one which fans of the pub need to visit as it's the biggest in the world.
Deputy Travel Editor Kara Godfrey visited the biggest of the chain in Ramsgate which on a sunny day feels more like being in Ibiza.

Allotment holders have been nurturing their entries since April."They are rude looking vegetables," Dr Rock added."We'll be judging the rudest tromboncino at the open day so people will be invited along to pick their favourite."You can judge it by length, weight and even girth. It's the people's choice." Dr Rock said the benefits of working on an allotment were huge and urged people to get involved."It's an escape and when you go through those gates it's a little bit of paradise... you really don't feel like you're in a city," he said."It allows you stop and reflect, get the soil in your hands and really get stuck in to connect with growing fruit and vegetables."Other activities include tool sharpening sessions, a guided meditation on the wildlife plot, a history tour, a barbeque, wine tasting sessions and live allotment is open to the public between 11:00 BST and 16:00.
