
Launching summer courses in districts of Al-Qafr, Al-Sabra & Al-Syani, Ibb
Ibb - Saba:
The activities of the summer courses for the year 1446 Hijri under the title "Knowledge & Jihad" were inaugurated in Al-Qafr district in Ibb province on Saturday.
During the launch, in the presence of the director of the directorate, Salim al-Qahif, a number of speeches were delivered, reviewing the official and societal role to make these courses successful in various districts and areas of the directorate.
The speeches pointed out that the summer courses are an important opportunity that should be invested, keen to benefit from its programs and activities that contribute to building human beings religiously, culturally, scientifically and developmentally.
An inaugural event for the activities and programs of the summer courses was also held in the Sabra district.
The speeches called for the importance of continuous follow-up on the progress of the registration process and the recruitment of students, encouraging them to enroll in these courses and taking care to closely follow up on the progress of the educational process in these courses.
In Al-Syani district, the director of the directorate, Ali Al-Khula, along with the director of the General Authority for Land and Urban Planning branch in Ibb, Engineer Zayed Badir, visited a number of summer courses in the directorate's schools.
They reviewed the progress of the educational process and the level of turnout, commitment and absorption of students in these courses. They stressed the need for everyone to cooperate to make the summer courses successful, and to encourage students to participate and enroll, especially at this stage.

Inspection basic certificate exams in Al-Mahwit
Mahwit - Saba: Dr. Ali Al-Zaykum, along with the head of the educational sector, Ibrahim Al-Zain, on Sunday, the progress of the General Basic Certificate exams for the year 1446 AH, along with the head of the subcommittee for exams in the province. Al-Zaykum and Al-Zain inspected the progress of the exams at Aisha centers for girls, Al-Sanwar - the former central victory in the city district, Al-Nour in Hijra Anbar and Al-Zahraa in Al-Arqoub in Al-Mahwit district. They listened to an explanation from those in charge of the centers about the progress of the exams and the procedures followed in accordance with the regulations approved by the Higher Committee for the exams. For his part, Al-Zain explained that the number of students applying for the basic tests is 8,338 students distributed among 119 test centers in the province's districts.
