Chop shop discovered on industrial estate
Two men have been arrested after police found a "chop shop" on an industrial estate.
Officers were tracking a stolen Range Rover when they discovered the unit on the Kiveton Park Industrial Estate in Rotherham.
Multiple stolen cars, high-end vehicle parts and pallets of stolen chocolate bars and printer cartridges were all found inside.
South Yorkshire Police neighbourhood policing team Insp Darren Birley said it was a "sophisticated operation".
Chop shops are used to dismantle stolen cars so that parts can be sold on separately.
After gaining warrants for two more units, police uncovered a "lorry full of high-end car parts" and several vehicles stolen from across the country.
Insp Birley said: "We know the impact car theft can on have people, which is why it is vital that we work with other police forces to trace stolen vehicles and dismantle these 'chop shops'."
Two men were arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.

Boy and three men arrested after knife incident
Four people have been arrested following a violent incident in Knottingley. Police were called to Yew Tree Walk at about 18:50 BST on Friday, following reports of a dispute involving several males, one of whom was reported to have a bladed weapon. Officers said no injuries had been reported but a 24-year old man was arrested on suspicion of affray at the scene, with a 30-year old man arrested later, on suspicion of affray and possession with intent to supply drugs. West Yorkshire Police said a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were also later arrested on suspicion of affray. All four males remain in custody. Two arrested after man shot at from car
Two men have been arrested after a pedestrian was shot at from a car. Thames Valley Police said the victim, a man aged in his 30s, was targeted on Broad Street in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, at about 18:10 BST on Tuesday before a silver coloured VW Scirocco was driven from the scene. The car was later found burned out in Rickmansworth at about 22:00. The victim suffered injuries to his shoulder and was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not life-threatening and he has since been discharged. A 31-year-old man from Chalfont St Gile has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, while a 37-year-old man from Chesham has been arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon. Officers said that both men remain in police custody. Det Insp Phil Turner-Robson said: "I would again appeal for anyone in the area who saw or heard anything; if you have any footage from the area and haven't already spoken to the police, we would urge you to please come forward."
