Search for Amanda Grazewski continues in NH on 5-year anniversary of her disappearance
In Derry, New Hampshire it is a somber anniversary.
It has been five years since 23-year-old Amanda Grazewski, a single mom, was last seen.
And on this fifth anniversary, the search for Amanda took to the skies where Janness Keller of Sky Dog Aerial Thermal Imaging volunteered his time, flying a drone over a marsh in Derry.
'I've got the time, I've got the equipment I'm a parent,' said Keller.
Joan O'Connor, Amanda's aunt, closely watched the work.
In five years, she has never stopped looking for Amanda.
'It's stressful wondering are you going to see her again,' O'Connor said.
Amanda Grazewski vanished on St. Patrick's Day 2020, at the very beginning of the Covid 19 epidemic.
Amanda was living at a hotel in Nashua, but her money ran out.
A friend brought her to a house on Birch Street.
Sometime overnight, Amanda disappeared leaving behind her phone, laptop and clothes.
Derry, NH Police tell Boston 25 that after five years of investigation, they are still trying to solve this case.
'We'll keep pushing forward and doing the best we can to solve this,' Captain Thomas said.
Over the weekend, Janness' drone recorded an image in the marsh's waters.
It could be a body, or it could simply be branches.
Until there's a physical search no one really knows.
But for now, at five years, Joan OConnor is glad to the search for Amanda is not over.
'It's another search that hasn't been done in five years. All we can do is keep looking,' Joan O'Connor said.
There is a $10,000 Reward offered in the case.

Woman becomes 71st charged in Feeding Our Future scheme after arrest at MSP airport originally appeared on Bring Me The News. A 71st suspect in the $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scheme has been indicted after she allegedly attempted to flee the country to Dubai. Hibo Daar, 50, was apprehended at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport this week, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Minnesota. Daar was attempting to board a plane, with Dubai her ultimate destination. She's since been indicted on two counts of wire fraud in connection with the large-scale COVID child nutrition program fraud. According to court documents, Daar owned and operated Northside Wellness Center and claimed she was using it as a COVID food distribution site under the sponsorship of Feeding Our Future in 2020. Daar claimed to provide 40,000 meals to children every week from a small business park on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis. But Daar used false invoices and attendance records to inflate those numbers, according to court documents. In total, Northside Wellness Center submitted over $2.4 million in reimbursement claims, with Daar receiving $1.7 million in taxpayer dollars. Daar then allegedly transferred most of the money to family, associates and herself. Daar is also accused of paying $72,000 in bribes to a Feeding Our Future employee to process the fraudulent reimbursement claims. 'As we have said, the U.S. Attorney's Office is not stopping. We will continue to investigate and charge defendants who defrauded the government in the Feeding Our Future case – the largest COVID fraud scheme in the country and the single largest case charged in the history of this office,' Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Police: Man charged with numerous drug offenses after traffic stop in Saugus
Saugus police have arrested a 34-year-old man after a traffic stop near Square One Mall. Pablo Correa of Saugus has been charged with: Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance Possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance Police had observed a suspicious encounter between two people, which looked similar to a hand-to-hand drug deal. Officers conducted a traffic stop on one of the vehicles involved. The operator, identified as Correa, was pulled over. Police searched his vehicle and seized a significant amount of marijuana, marijuana-THC products, hallucinogenic mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, and hundreds of dollars in cash.
