Shock twist as Jennifer Aniston's shirtless ‘stalker' WON'T stand trial for ‘harassing star & ramming into mansion gate'
JENNIFER Aniston's accused stalker who crashed into the security gates at her Bel Air mansion has been declared unfit to stand trial by a psychiatrist, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, from Mississippi, appeared in mental health court in Hollywood on Thursday morning.

Carwyle has pleaded not guilty to charges including felony stalking and felony vandalism after allegedly driving his Chrysler PT Cruiser through the gates of Aniston's property on May 5, 2025.
He appeared in court on Thursday wearing a yellow t-shirt and sporting a new look after a shave and a haircut, a stark difference to his previously disheveled appearance.
In mental health court last week, public defender Robert Krauss revealed a psychiatrist's review found him to be incompetent to stand trial.
But Carwyle demanded a second opinion and Judge Maria Cavalluzzi said it was his legal right to have another psychiatrist review his mental state.
On Thursday, Krauss revealed the new psychiatrist is also of the opinion he is "not presently competent to stand trial."
He told the court, "It's not the outcome my client would have preferred."
RESTRAINING ORDER
Criminal proceedings are now suspended and Cawryle will be put on medication ahead of an interest of justice and placement hearing on June 26, 2025.
The judge said two new reports will be produced and it will be an "opportunity to hear from the victim," although it will likely be a statement through Aniston's lawyer.
Carwyle is accused of harassing Aniston, 56, including social media, email, and voicemail messages between March 1, 2023, and the day he was arrested.
He is charged with one count each of felony stalking and felony vandalism, along with aggravating circumstance of the threat of great bodily harm.
Jennifer Aniston's shirtless 'stalker' insists he can stand trial despite wife revealing he 'believes he's Jesus'
Aniston was at home during the incident but did not come face-to-face with her alleged stalker, as he was held at gunpoint by her security team until police arrived.
A judge previously granted a restraining order keeping him at least 100 yards away from the Friends star and banning any contact.
The U.S. Sun understands Carwyle had been speaking to someone online who was impersonating Aniston in the weeks leading up to the incident, who had also been in contact with his family.
The actress's lawyer, Blair Berk, was present in court on Thursday but did not speak during the hearing and refused to comment on the ongoing case.
Carwyle's estranged wife previously claimed he traveled to Los Angeles months ago on a mission to meet the actress.
Julia Carwyle told the Daily Mail he believes he's Jesus and Aniston is supposed to be his "queen."
"I guess he was speaking with her. He had the impression that Jennifer Aniston and he were going to talk and meet," she said.
"He thought 'Maybe she's just going to meet a guy [...] to take a chance.' That's the way he was thinking."
After seeing shocking images of Carwyle shirtless and staring ahead in his first court hearing, Julia said she no longer recognizes her husband.
"It doesn't even look like him. He's no longer there," she said.
According to the outlet, Aniston is now looking at relocating to her newly-renovated Montecito mansion following the incident.
She purchased the luxury home from Oprah Winfrey in 2022 through an off-market deal for around $15 million.
Celebrity friends including Gwyneth Paltrow and Jimmy Kimmel are said to be offering to help her settle in.
"Jen is happy to have a safe place to run to where she can let her hair down," a source said.

Kris Jenner follows daughter Kylie's lead and makes shock plastic surgery admission
has shared that she and daughter Kylie Jenner share the same plastic surgeon after the 27-year-old opened up about her breast augmentation in 2019. Kris, 69, shared that Dr Garth Fisher was also responsible for her 2011 facelift and called him a 'close and treasured friend.' Kris praised Fisher for performing her first facelift and thanked him for allowing cameras in the operating room. In the comment section of the surgeon's Instagram, Kris wrote: 'Garth you are such a superstar class act!! You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! '[You] made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it's like and not be afraid… you have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!' Indeed, Kris' facelift was filmed for an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kris went under the knife to rejuvenate her face ahead of daughter Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kris Humphries. In the episode, Kris is in tears as she sits in the waiting room surrounded by her children. Clearly getting more nervous before the procedure Kris says: 'I don't want to die.' Kim soothes her by saying: 'Don't be nervous. If you're scared you don't have to do this. I'm sure everyone gets scared.' The children then pile on top of their mother for a group hug before they wave her off to surgery. While recovering from the operation, Kim assured her mom that the results were already positive. She said: 'Mom, you look fab. So gorgeous.' More recently Kris has been rocking a much more youthful complexion that has sparked facelift rumors. A rep for Kris recently confirmed that she sought the expertise of Dr Steven Levine - known as the 'facelift maestro' - to help her achieve her new look, according to Page Six. While the exact procedure Kris underwent remains unclear, the New York based plastic surgeon specializes in 'natural-looking enhancements of the face, breasts, and body' as per his website. Kris' shout-out to Fisher comes after Kylie revealed the surgeon performed her 2019 boob job. In response to her revelation, Fisher said he was 'honored' for the recognition while stressing the lengths he takes to ensure patient confidentiality at his practice. Fisher said: 'I'm honored to be acknowledged by Kylie - her kind post was unexpected but truly appreciated. 'Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades, we've never had a single breach. My entire team is thoroughly trained and bound by strict NDAs and confidentiality agreements. 'This is more than policy - it's our culture.' The surgeon added: 'HIPAA laws are in place to protect patients, and I will never discuss any details of a procedure unless the patient has chosen to share them or given me permission. 'Every patient is unique. This isn't "cookbook" surgery - it's thoughtful, personalized care.' Fisher is famed for being the man behind many of the Kardashian and Jenner family procedures. The board-certified surgeon also did Kourtney Kardashian's breast augmentation and removed a tumor from Khloe's face. He even gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner a revision facelift, which was also featured on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Has Tires been renewed for Season 3? Here's what we know:
Renewed or Cancelled? Tires is a new workplace comedy series set at an auto repair shop. It's very easy to binge-watch, and if you vibed with the humour in season 1, you'll feel the same way about this extended follow-up. If you've watched all the episodes in both seasons, you may be wondering if this has been renewed or cancelled. Here's what we know: What is Tires about? Tires revolves around the employees of an auto repair shop which is in danger of going out of business. The shop's manager, Will, does his best to revive its flagging fortunes but his best efforts are often undone by his employee (and cousin) Shane who prefers larking around to doing any actual real work. Season 2 though, includes more small-business, small-town shenanigans, with a mandatory HR meeting going to hell, the hunt for a new manager and a relaunch party includes some pretty surprising We have extensive coverage of Tires across the site, including reviews for both seasons, which you can find HERE! Will there be a Tires Season 3? At the time of writing, Tires has not been renewed for season 3. Generally Netflix would gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate. With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly. Other times, it can take months before a decision over a show's future is made. So far, Tires has had a decent reaction from critics and audiences alike, with many commenting that the show is an easy binge-watch, has some good characters and the story is simple enough to slip into. Given the way this show is set up, we're predicting that this will be renewed for a third season. The series has plenty of potential and we do know its been a big hit with the streamers. Netflix are generally more lenient on their comedy offerings, and we'd imagine that Tires will follow suit. However, we could be completely wrong, given Netflix do tend to cancel a lot of their series, so take our prediction with a pinch of salt! What we know about Season 3 so far: Barely anything is known about season 3 at this point as Netflix haven't officially renewed this one. Should it be renewed, we'd imagine the antics over at the shop to continue, with plenty more character drama and crass humour to boot. If this series is renewed, we'd expect it to be green-lit with another 12 episode order, with a lot of the old cast returning too. Do you want to see Tires return for a third season? What did you think of the show? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Biden probe to focus on alleged use of autopen
The Trump administration has launched an investigation into former President Joe Biden 's actions, alleging his aides concealed his 'cognitive decline' and questioning who was truly running the country during his presidency. The investigation will examine Biden's executive actions and the alleged use of an 'autopen' to sign official documents, for which no evidence has yet been presented. Biden has responded to the claims as 'ridiculous' and 'false,' saying that he made all the decisions regarding pardons, executive orders, and legislation during his presidency. White House counsel David Warrington will lead the investigation, with Attorney General Pam Bondi consulting. Democrats, including Congressman Dan Goldman, have criticized the investigation as a distraction from President Donald Trump's controversies.
