Chanelle Hayes shows off her figure in a cut-out bikini during holiday to Tenerife after nine stone weight loss
The former Big Brother star, 36, who appeared on the Channel 4 reality series in 2007, wore a cut-out bikini for a day at the pool.
She teamed the black two-piece with a pair of oversized sunglasses and styled her hair into loose curls.
Relaxing by the pool, Chanelle soaked up come sun before taking a shower outside.
She has candidly discussed her struggles with her body image over the years and admitted she wishes she could tell her younger self to 'enjoy every moment'.
At the height of her fame in 2009, Chanelle weighed 8.5 stone, barely ate and took laxatives to try and achieve a 'WAG body'.
In 2020, the reality star then had a secret gastric sleeve operation after she reached 17-stone.
Chanelle lost nine stone and dropped from a size 18 down to an eight, and has bravely shown her scars from the operation on her trips abroad.
She revealed the operation was a 'last resort' after years of being unhappy, opting to have the surgery at Burcot Hall Hospital in Worcestershire.
Last year, she took to social media to share before and after photos of her weight loss, adding that her operation had 'changed her life' and she had 'no regrets'.
She is known for her body positive posts and recently hit back at the idea of a 'summer body' as she insisted it's 'not the bikini size' that matters in an impowering message.
In June 2024, she wrote alongside a video of herself wearing bikinis over the years: 'What even is a summer body anyway?! I had a lovely time on every single one of these holidays and I ranged from size 6-18 (to pregnant!).
'I've chosen all blue bikinis because sometimes our body image makes us feel blue. I wish I could tell my younger self to just enjoy every single moment because it's the memories that counts. Not the bikini size.'
Elsewhere in recent weeks, Chanelle has marked a major achievement after qualifying to become a nurse in a major career change.

The star shared a throwback snap of herself dressed up as a nurse as a child alongside a photo of her recent graduation and her new uniform.
She wrote: 'I've been posting a lot less recently. It's not because I have nothing to say, I've been settling into a new job role that I have wanted for many years but didn't feel quite brave enough to do.
'Thankfully, my husband and parents were such rocks and provided unconditional love and support for me when I was struggling.
'My children have missed out on a few plans, we have limited our holidays to accommodate my studies.
'But they saw every single atom of the blood sweat and tears that I poured into my degree.
'This taught my children that people can say cruel things about their mum, but she was resilient.
'They heard people tell me to quit to do something easier, witnessed me working HARD and achieving a first class honours.'

She added: 'I carried so much guilt studying so hard when my kids needed me, but now I see that I taught them an important lesson.
'Whatever you strive for; work for it, stick at it, you will achieve it.'
Chanelle and her husband Dan Bingham tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in June of last year.
The TV personality shares her son Blakely, 11, with her ex-partner Matthew Bates, who she was in a relationship with between 2009 and 2010.
She also has Frankie, four, with Edward Oates, who she was with on-and-off from 2016 to 2017.

Ulrika Jonsson, 57, hits back at 'nasty and vindictive' comments on her 'ageing' appearance after makeup-free podcast: 'My face has lived quite the life!'
has hit back at 'nasty and vindictive' comments on her 'ageing' appearance after going makeup-free to record a recent podcast. The television presenter and former model, 57, was trolled after appearing on Spencer Matthews ' recent Untapped Podcast which is filmed as well as recorded. Many had commented that she looked 'over-tanned, imperfect and was ageing' in the clips which she has now said made her 'heart hurt' and 'feel awful'. Writing in The Times this weekend she said 'nasty, vindictive and hurtful comments' flooded in as she defended her appearance. She wrote: 'I've fought hard against the whole perception of women being solely about beauty and image. I'm a practical woman and I come with a wealth of experience, kindness and intelligence. 'The fact that I now have wrinkles, lines and jowls should be of no consequence.I know I look older. 'But then I should: I'm a menopausal mother of four whose body and face has lived quite the life.' She added that she had showed up for the podcast recording without makeup as she had forgotten it would be filmed, and was tanned because she had been busy working in her sunny garden all summer. Ulrika went on to explain that while she has tried both Botox and fillers in the past, now she just wants to look her age. She also praised actress Pamela Anderson who in recent years has made several red carpet appearances without makeup. Last week she addressed the trolling in an Instagram post. She said in her post alongside a selfie: 'I feel I need to address something. I don't get a lot of nasty comments - or if I do, I don't see them or send people love in response. 'But a couple of weeks ago I took part in a fab podcast @ to discuss my sobriety with the smart @spencermatthews. 'I wore no make-up. Partly because I kinda forgot that a project for the ears is nowadays also a feast for the eyes. But as someone who has had to wear heavy make-up on screen from 5am for years, I'm not a fan. Ulrika previously hit back at her trolls in a lengthy statement on social media where she defended her 'over-tanned' complexion 'Most crucially tho, since childhood I've suffered from eczema. On my body - the creases of my arms and legs - on my face - eyes and lips. Make-up has always been the enemy because it's been agony to wear. 'There were a lot of positive comments about the WORDS I said on the podcast. But a considerable amount about my tanned appearance. 'AND how OLD I look. In a few weeks I will be 58. I will never look like the fresh 21yr old that used to greet you first thing in the morning by the weather board. 'I'm not ashamed to say that I am a sun worshipper and will no doubt pay the price for that. But UV lamps and salt baths, astringent solutions and creams were a feature of my life since I was a small child. I have uneven pigmentation doubtlessly not helped by ageing. I sometimes use filters in my pics because it's easier than foundation and less painful. 'I work tirelessly in my garden year round and often in the sun. I rarely sunbathe any more. Haven't had a sun bed for 6 months - which I do occasionally in winter months. Not ashamed. 'I have not had a holiday - of any kind - since 2018. That's 7yrs. So, I understand that an over-tanned, imperfect and AGEING face offends you. But try to listen to the words rather than constantly judge women's appearance. You might learn something. And making people feel s**t doesn't make you a hero.' Spencer has since defended her after she was trolled. Sharing a news article about Ulrika's appearance, he said: 'People shouldn't comment on the appearance of others. We stand with Ulrika.' The full statement read: 'We were honoured to have Ulrika Jonsson join Untapped for a powerful, vulnerable, and deeply honest conversation about her journey to sobriety. 'Ulrika's courage in speaking openly - not just about her drinking, but also about ageing, health and self-acceptance, is exactly the kind of voice we aim to amplify on this platform. She showed up authentically and with no filter, and we're proud to stand alongside her in championing substance over surface. 'The episode is a reminder that true strength lies in honesty - not how we look, but in the actions we take, and what we choose to share. 'We're grateful to Ulrika for doing just that'.

Princess Andre cuts a glamorous figure in an all black outfit as she joins brother Junior for star studded bash
PRINCESS Andre looked chic in all black ensemble as she hit the red carpet at a music festival in London. Blonde beauty Princess - who turned 18 last month - wore a black crop top and matching black trousers as she wore her long hair straight to the Kisstory Blackheath Live festival. 4 4 The youngest child of Katie Price and Peter Andre attended the event with older brother Junior, 20, and his girlfriend Jasmine Orr, 24. Junior also posed for photos on the red carpet in a grey jumper and black jeans, while Jasmine rocked black camo cargo trousers and a black vest. His younger sister was recently compared to their famous mum while on holiday in Mexico. Princess posted snaps wearing a white bikini and letting her blonde tresses fall naturally curly around her shoulders. With a glowing tan and wearing a white two-piece bikini, the star looked every inch like her mum back in her early modelling days in 1995. The Sun previously revealed how Princess is set to be a millionaire now she's 18 after signing a huge deal with fashion brand PrettyLittleThing and moving into TV. The youngster, whose mum shot to fame as glamour girl Jordan at the same age, is getting her own ITV show. While Katie has undergone countless procedures over the years including veneers, filler, Botox, BBL, facelifts and boob jobs, Princess was recently forced to hit back at trolls recently who accused her of having lip filler. But Princess has insisted she will stay natural, but did not judge anyone for the choices they made for their own body. "I feel like everyone is entitled to do what they want to their body. But I personally don't look at [cosmetic surgery] and think: ''Oh, yeah, I want to do that'," she previously told The Sun. Emotional Peter Andre reveals strict rule for Princess and Junior "I think it's important, especially for the younger generation on social media, to embrace natural beauty. My sisters are 10, and I want to set an example to them that they're amazing how they are." As for her dad, Peter recently revealed navigating social media with his kids. The singer-songwriter, 52, spoke exclusively to The Sun this month where he opened up about how he keeps his kids safe on social media in an age where views and likes are at the forefront. The TV personality is also dad to Amelia, 11, Theo, eight, and 15-month-old Arabella with wife Emily Andre, said he's banned his kids from using their mobile phones at the dinner table. He admitted this proved challenging, especially with Junior and Princess boasting a combined 1.3million Instagram followers. He told us: "It's really interesting about my oldest two having been quite popular on social media. And I remember that when social media first started, we had no clue. "It just looked like a bit of fun. It was again, that kind of, that nice little imagery of this really fun thing, being on your phone and you could play games and you could do all this "And it lures you in. And now, you know, both my kids' jobs, it's about your interactions. It's about your followers. It's about brands." 4
