DENISE Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers was caught on camera making a disturbing comment in a resurfaced Real Housewives of Beverly Hills scene, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
RHOBH alum Denise, 54, just filed a restraining order against Aaron, 52, for allegedly "violently choking" and "threatening to kill" her during their nearly seven-year marriage.

Over five years ago in June 2020, Aaron's behavior during an episode of RHOBH's season 10 disturbed some fans.
After a big fight with Teddi Mellencamp and Erika Jayne at Kyle Richards' dinner party, Aaron and Denise stormed off the lavish property.
As the couple ran out hand in hand, cameras followed them- and captured some eerie comments.
"F**k it," Aaron fumed.

"Baby don't say a word," Denise whispered. "Baby don't say anything, we're on camera."
"Don't tell me what to say. I'm going to crush your f***ing hand," Aaron hissed between closed lips, out of the other cast members' earshot.
Denise did not speak for the rest of the scene.
After the episode aired, Denise's co-stars aired their concerns about Aaron's threat to his wife.
"Wait! What did he just say??" Erika tweeted.
"When I called him an a**hole I wasn't too far off," Teddi posted.

When Bravo boss Andy Cohen asked Denise about the disturbing comment at the season reunion later that year, she shrugged it off.
"Denise, what was going on there? I believe he said he was going to crush your hand," Andy asked.
"I did, because I didn't even know that either and I played it for him and he said, 'I don't even remember saying that. I don't know why I would say that, because I'm afraid of you,'" Denise responded.
"Zero tolerance. Zero. Unacceptable," Sutton Stracke chimed in.
"I didn't hear it on the show, but I saw it on social media and that's when I was like, 'Oh my God!' And I was, you know, I was worried," Garcelle Beauvais said.
Denise left RHOBH after that season, but returned to make cameos in later years.
'VIOLENT' BEHAVIOR
As The U.S. Sun reported, Denise was granted a restraining order against Aaron in L.A. court this week.
"Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom rack, threaten to kill me," she wrote in court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun.
"Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help - none of which ever happened.
"Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses."
Aaron originally filed for divorce on July 7.
A source told The U.S. Sun that Denise felt betrayed by Aaron for filing papers and demanding spousal support.
Denise is the mom to Sami, Lola and Eloise, but has no children with Aaron.

A drunken charter guest featured on Bravo's Below Deck was removed from the show's superyacht by police following a drunken meltdown on board. Kelly Furey appeared on this week's episode of the hit reality show with a group of friends, who booked a four-day charter on the 60-meter St. David superyacht. She started drinking soon after boarding the luxury vessel and refused to stop, even when asked by both the crew and her fellow guests. Once intoxicated, Kelly defied the crew's orders and jumped into the ocean without a life vest on. She was quickly removed from the water for her own safety, which caused her to become belligerent towards Captain Kerry Titheradge. Things then turned political as Kelly started verbally abusing the crew and calling them ' Democrats ' as her friends attempted to calm her down. 'They're a**holes! They're f***ing a**holes! Yes they are, they're f***ing Democrats. Democrats! Democrats,' she shrieked. The crew were eventually forced to confine a screaming Kelly to the master cabin, before calling the police to escort her off the yacht. After the episode aired, Helen Hoey and Michelle Barone, who were both charter guests alongside Kelly, spoke to about the shocking incident. 'Captain Kerry did the right thing,' said Helen, who was the primary guest and had invited Kelly on the jaunt. 'When you're putting other people's and your own life in jeopardy and you're impacting what we were there to do...' she continued. 'But Kelly's been an amazing friend and I'm sorry that what happened, happened.' Helen threw her support behind Kelly, but stressed that she didn't condone her behavior on the superyacht. She's not someone I like to party with because I just don't know what's gonna end up happening,' she continued. 'I do see that she has a good heart so I don't wanna leave her out in the dust, but it's hard when an adult acts this way,' she added. The pair also both agreed that they were unimpressed by Kelly's political rant on board. 'That was the thing that bothered us the most, bringing politics on the boat,' said Helen. 'I consider that space Switzerland and we're there to have a great time and with our country right now, we need to unify and that's what I'm about,' she explained. 'And to come on board and to throw that around, I had a big issue with it, as did Michelle.' Michelle added, 'I did not like that side of things. Unity, togetherness, that's what we're about. 'Helen and I are big women empowerment supporters. We love other women, we love other people,' she continued. 'We were there for a vacation and to have fun and enjoy four days without kids and just love each other and be there for each other, and [Kelly] makes it political out of nowhere.' Despite the debacle, both Helen and Michelle are keen to return for another stint on Below Deck - even if it means sailing alongside Kelly again. Kanye West dropped a chilling selfie to his Instagram as his wife Bianca Censori revealed her own account has been repeatedly targeted by hackers. A disturbing photo appeared to capture the controversial rapper, 48, shielded behind a perforated green mask with a hoodie thrown over his head. His Instagram Stories also contained various other mysterious artwork, including a photo of what seemed to be Kanye walking through an empty scene as a white dove flew overhead along with snaps from his recent concert in South Korea. At around the same time Kanye - who recently denied shock allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking made by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta - posted the photo, his wife, 30, warned fans a security breach had occurred on her own account. 'This account has been subject to recurring hacks,' Bianca simply wrote. 'Anything strange is not me.' The most recent photos on Bianca's Instagram account were of the sexy snaps Kanye took of her last year. The images showed the brunette posing in white lace lingerie while posing in her hotel room in Japan in shots which were taken in October last year. In the shoot, she boosted her petite frame with a pair of stilettos and wore her blonde locks in a bouncy blown out style, which covered her pretty features. She was in various stages of undress in the photos, which saw her wear different sexy looks, including a plush white coat. One sizzling shot saw her crawling across the plush cream carpet on her hands and knees in a very seductive fashion. Revealing that it was her husband behind the lens, she wrote in the caption: 'Japan October 2024 shot by @ye.' Ever since they secretly tied the knot in 2022, Bianca has consistently shocked fans with the barely-there ensembles her husband styles for her. It comes amid recent reports that Kanye pays Bianca to wear some of her head-turning looks. It was claimed last month that Kanye chooses her daring looks to not only aid in keeping his 'edgy persona' but to also show that his wife is 'the sexiest woman alive', according to a source who spoke with The U.S. Sun. The source stated that while some of the outfits she wears in public 'aren't to her taste' - she has since learned how to make it an 'advantage.' 'Bianca has figured out how to turn all this into her advantage. A lot of the outfits aren't to her taste. But she tells him she will wear them - if she's paid.' The Heartless rapper had allegedly offered Bianca a salary wage to don head-turning ensembles, but she turned that down, and instead requested that she be paid based on each look. The source added that they believe Bianca has made around $3 million due to the deal and said, 'She's essentially monetizing her image.'
