The mac is made out of 100% cotton in the main section while the lining is crafted from 100% cotton. It also comes with functional pockets, as do most of Boden's clothing, but they are tacked closed to help the garment hold its shape. The tacking is designed to be removed. The Windsor Heritage Mac also comes with an oversized look – a loose fitting which means there is plenty of room to move. It is also designed to fall at mid-calf and has a button fastening at the front. Back at Boden the Windsor Heritage Mac has received a rating of 4.5 out of five stars based on 29 reviews. " Oh my goodness, could this coat be any more perfect," one customer said. "Beautifully made and the fabric is a perfect weight for an Australian winter. The lining is just that hint of fun that Boden is so well known for. I did downsize this coat as our Winter weather here in Melbourne AU doesn't call for bulking up with a huge amount of layers and I'm glad I did. It will wear perfectly with a shirt and a thin jumper.
