Glasgow City Council to review how abuser missed rehab appointments
The 36-year-old mother of four was left with more than 50 injuries.
Before Ms Clark's death, Keel, who had a history of domestic abuse, was deemed to be at 'high risk' of offending again, STV reports.
He was also the subject of separate strict non-harassment orders banning him from approaching or contacting three former partners.

This included him being jailed in June 2022 for domestic violence.
Keel was referred to the Caledonian Programme in 2023.
This is a behavioural programme run by Glasgow City Council, which is designed to rehabilitate male perpetrators of domestic abuse.

A requirement of receiving the independently accredited programme is that the individual is subject to a court order which is to last for at least two years.
However, Keel's attendance at the programme was described as 'sporadic'.
Following his sentencing at the High Court in Glasgow earlier this week, the local authority has said it is planning a case review.
This is to examine how the serial abuser was able to miss social work appointments before killing Ms Clark.
A Glasgow City Council spokeswoman said: 'We plan to carry out with our partners a case learning review to understand the circumstances of this case.'

'I don't really have a clear memory of that because I think I'd gone upstairs to get myself ready,' the former SNP leader tells Julie Etchingham. 'I genuinely don't know whether, the fact that I don't have a clear image of that in my head is because I didn't witness it or that I have kind of somehow blocked it out. 'It wasn't until I got to mum and dad's that I saw the pictures of my house looking like a murder scene effectively.' The former first minister becomes tearful and explains: 'It's really hard to articulate how I felt that day. 'I had this sense of horror and upset and the kind of shame of it all.' Asked by Etchingham about her remark in the book that she has never considered sexuality, including her own, to be binary. 'I didn't anticipate as much as I should, or engage as much as I should, on some of the concerns that might then be triggered,' Sturgeon tells Etchingham. 'At the point I knew it was becoming, or felt it becoming, as polarized I should have said, 'Right, okay, let's pause, let's take a step back'. More than £500,000 of cocaine seized including from drugs handover
Officers had carried out two raids within days of each other in Paisley, Renfrewshire, in 2023. Andrew Crossey had been the target of surveillance, and he was clocked leaving his home in his white Audi on May 2. The 42-year-old pulled up in the town's Hawkhead Cemetery. Associate Sean Teesdale turned up in a BMW. Prosecutor David McLean told the High Court in Glasgow that tracking police then tried to stop Teesdale at traffic lights in the city's Nitshill. But, he drove off and was spotted chucking items out of the car window. Teesdale was, however, finally halted – a total of £1605 of cash was initially discovered in the motor. The discarded packages were also collected and found to be cocaine with a purity of 81 per cent. The haul had a potential value of around £38,000. Teesdale generally made no comment when quizzed, but did state: 'Wrong place at wrong time - I should not have been there and that is that.' READ MORE: Man's body found in wooded area of busy park Fingerprints linked both him and Crossey to the consignment. Police, meantime, kept Crossey under watch – he was seen on May 11 with a yellow 'Bag for Life' and then getting into a white Mercedes van. He was later clocked in Paisley, where 32-year-old Gary McGhee got in the vehicle and then left with the bag. McGhee went into a property in the Shortroods area of the town, where police then swooped. Officers checked the house, found the bathroom locked before McGhee opened its door. Mr McLean: 'They immediately saw the yellow 'Bag for Life' on the floor along with what appeared to be blocks of controlled drugs, later identified as cocaine, as well as a large black handled kitchen knife.' The drugs had a purity of up to almost 80 per cent. The court heard the stash had a potential value of around £500,000. Forensic evidence again helped pin the traffickers to this haul. Crossey, of Paisley, admitted to two drug supply charges with McGhee, also of the town, and Teesdale, of Stewarton, Ayrshire, one each. Lady Ross deferred sentencing for reports until a later date.
