Manchester United have offered Andre Onana to Saudi Pro League sides as Ruben Amorim wants him gone
Ruben Amorim is not too pleased with Andre Onana, and Manchester United will try and move the Cameroonian on in the summer, with Saudi Arabia being a potential destination.
The United goalkeeper has made nine errors leading to goals across all competitions since last season, the most in the English top-flight.

This season, the former Inter Milan man has been culpable for shocking goals conceded both in the Premier League and Europa League, and ideally, Amorim should not start him in the Europa League final on Wednesday.
Teamtalk have revealed that the club have offered the 29-year-old to Saudi Pro League sides but it will not be easy to move him on given the goalie's significant financial demands while the Red Devils are also seeking a high price.
Andre Onana's demands
Onana currently earns £200,000 per week including bonuses (via capology), which he will look to increase should he agree a move to the cash-rich league.

The 20-time English league champions had acquired his services for £47.2 million in 2023 so they will also be looking to earn a decent profit from his sale.
'Manchester United are actively seeking to offload goalkeeper Andre Onana in the summer transfer window, TEAMtalk understands, as the Red Devils identify his ideal replacement.
'Sources have told TEAMtalk that Man Utd are now actively trying to get rid of Onana and have alerted Saudi Pro League clubs to his availability. One of the clubs in Saudi Arabia that Man Utd have reached out to is Neom SC, who will play in the top division from the 2025-26 campaign.
'That Man Utd are desperately trying to offload Onana reflects their urgency to move him off. However, the goalkeeper's £200,000-per-week wages and contract until 2028 pose challenges.
United trying to move Andre Onana on
'Sources have told TEAMtalk that interested parties are wary of Onana's high wage demands, especially after a 25% pay cut last summer due to Man Utd's Champions League absence.

'TEAMtalk understands that Onana is seeking a substantial financial package to relocate to Saudi Arabia, further complicating negotiations. Man Utd's financial constraints, including outstanding payments from his Inter transfer, mean they are holding out for a high transfer fee to comply with Profit and Sustainability Rules, which could deter suitors.'
Newly-promoted SPL club Neom SC were reportedly in talks with the ex-Ajax ace's camp but the goalie had turned down the proposal. It will be interesting to see if any other outfit joins the race or if the player changes his mind.
United have been linked with a plethora of alternatives including Senne Lammens, and Emiliano Martinez. Not only Onana but backup keeper Altay Bayindir and reserve shot-stopper Tom Heaton could also be leaving once the current campaign concludes.

Antony to sign for Erik ten Hag's Bayer Leverkusen?

As Erik ten Hag is the new manager of Bayer Leverkusen, there are reports incoming for his signings. By Ravi Kumar Jha Published on June 5, 2025, 19:17 IST As Erik ten Hag is the new manager of Bayer Leverkusen, there are reports incoming for his signings. Antony who went on a loan deal from Manchester United to Real Betis has been one of the names said to be in the list of Ten Hag. One of the sources, Florian Plettenberg has reported that Bayer Leverkusen is monitoring Antony and could make a move for him as the manager and the player have a good connection. Erik ten Hag's arrival at Bayer Leverkusen has already sparked speculation about his transfer plans, with familiar faces from his past clubs reportedly on his radar. One of the notable names linked with a move is Brazilian winger Antony, who recently spent a loan spell at Real Betis from Manchester United. According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayer Leverkusen are monitoring Antony's situation closely. The forward enjoyed his best football under Ten Hag during their time together at Ajax, and the Dutch manager is believed to be keen on reuniting with the player in the Bundesliga. Antony has struggled to find consistency since his big-money move to Manchester United in 2022, and a fresh start in Germany under a trusted manager could help him rediscover his form. With Ten Hag now steering Leverkusen's project, a move for Antony seems possible—especially if the club can negotiate a favorable deal with United. Man City agree a deal to sign Aït-Nouri from Wolves

Manchester City have finally made another signing as Aït-Nouri is set to join them from Wolves this summer. City targeted two full-backs in the summer and one is already done. Manchester City have finally made a breakthrough in the transfer market, with Wolverhampton Wanderers' left-back Rayan Aït-Nouri set to join the Premier League champions this summer. While the club has yet to make an official announcement, the deal has been effectively confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano with his trademark 'Here we go.' Advertisement City had identified full-back reinforcements as a key priority this summer, and Aït-Nouri's arrival marks the first of two targeted signings in that position. The Algerian impressed with his performances at Molineux and is expected to offer strong competition and depth on the left side of Pep Guardiola's defence. Liverpool rejects Barcelona approach for Luis Diaz, AP source says

Liverpool has rejected an approach from Barcelona for forward Luis Diaz, a person with knowledge of the situation told the Associated Press on Thursday. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the information has not been made public. Spanish champion Barcelona is looking to strengthen, and sporting director Deco has publicly confirmed admiration for Diaz and Manchester United's Marcus Rashford. It is not known how much Barcelona was prepared to pay for Colombia international Diaz, but Liverpool informed the Catalan club he was not for sale, the person said. The 28-year-old Diaz scored 17 goals in Liverpool's Premier League title-winning campaign last season. He scored a hat trick against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League and was a key figure in attack for manager Arne Slot. Last month, Deco spoke to Catalan radio RAC1 and was specifically asked about Diaz and Rashford. 'We like Luis, we like Rashford, we like a series of players we have on a list that we have been working on for years,' he said. Liverpool is also looking to make additions during the offseason, with Germany midfielder Florian Wirtz a reported target. But the Merseyside club sees Diaz as an important part of its plans to retain the Premier League title next year and make a push in the Champions League. Diaz joined Liverpool from Porto in 2022 for a deal worth around 37.5 million pounds ($51 million). In that time he was won the league, FA Cup and two English League Cups, scoring 41 goals in 148 games. ___ AP sports writer Joe Wilson in Barcelona contributed. ___ James Robson is at ___ AP soccer:
