Tempers frayed in the closing stages and the French side finished with 10 men after Joao Neves was sent off for pulling the hair of Chelsea's Marc Cucurella.
Further scuffles then broke out after the game as personnel from both benches entered the field.
The incident involving Pedro, one of the Chelsea goalscorers, and Enrique appeared the most serious but neither party shared much detail on what occurred.
'I don't need to talk about them,' said Pedro. 'Everyone wants to win the game and, in the end, I think they lost their heads.
'But this is football. This has happened. Now we need to enjoy it because we won the tournament, that's it.
'I don't want to talk too much about them because you know how it works. Football is this.'

For his part, Enrique said he was trying to separate players and prevent a heated situation from becoming worse.
Pedro, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Achraf Hakimi were all involved in a confrontation before Enrique interjected. He appeared to raise an arm and Pedro fell down amid the melee.
Enrique said: 'I have no problem expressing my feelings at the end of the game in a high level of pressure. It's very stressful for all of us. It is going to be impossible to avoid that.
'Everybody was involved. It was not what was best and the end result of the pressure of the match.
'I have seen (Chelsea manager Enzo) Maresca. I saw he had pushed others and we had to separate all the players and I do not know where that pressure came from.
'But this is a situation we must all avoid, that goes without saying. My intention was to separate the footballers so the situation didn't become worse.'

Injury doubt Lauren James trains as England prepare for Euro 2025 final
James was forced off at half-time of their extra-time semi-final comeback over Italy with what boss Sarina Wiegman described as an ankle issue. Asked for an update on the Chelsea forward's fitness on Friday, Wiegman said: 'She's still recovering. She's doing things on the pitch and we have two more days so we're going to give her time. Sarina Wiegman, centre, hopes to have her full squad available (Nick Potts/PA) 'I don't know yet [if she'll be ready], but that's what we're going to go for, 23 players available for the game on Sunday.' All 23 members of Wiegman's squad trained at Sportanlage Au on Saturday. England then travel to Basel to meet World Cup holders Spain – who beat them in that tournament's 2023 Sydney final – to decide the title. Kick-off for the St Jakob-Park final is 5pm in the UK.

Chelsea in 'advanced talks for £60m Bundesliga star' as Blues 'look to bolster attacking options' after Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens arrivals
Chelsea are reportedly in the advanced stages of a deal to sign RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder, who was once a wonderkid at Barcelona, is expected to leave the Bundesliga club this summer after they failed to secure Champions League football last season. He only joined Leipzig last summer in a deal worth an initial £43million, with the German club said to be seeking a fee of £60million to secure his services a year later. Negotiations between the two club's representatives are thought to be progressing well, with talks over personal terms also advanced, according to Fabrizio Romano. Simons, who can play midfield and on the wing, spent three seasons at Leipzig, two of those on loan from French giants PSG. His stats make for impressive reading, with the highly-rated talent netting 10 goals and providing seven assists in 25 Bundesliga appearances last term. At the age of 22, he's also already racked up 28 appearances for the Netherlands national team. However if the deal gets over the line, Simons will join a squad at Stamford Bridge almost over-flowing with talent in attacking areas. While already boasting the likes of Cole Palmer and Pedro Neto, The Blues have strengthened their squad already this summer with the additions of Joao Pedro for £60million and Liam Delap for £30million. Winger Jamie Gittens also joined from Borussia Dortmund for £55m, while highly rated Brazilian teenager Estevao will arrive from Palmeiras for £29m. They have however offloaded both Jadon Sancho, who returned to Manchester United, and Noni Madueke. Englishman Madueke sealed a £52million deal to north London rivals Arsenal earlier this month. Enzo Maresca is reportedly also looking to offload the out-of-favour Christopher Nkunku, who struggled to secure a regular place in the starting eleven this season. Nicolas Jackson has also been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge having dropped down the pecking order. Chelsea insist they are in no rush to sell and value Jackson, who they signed two years ago for £32m, at £100m despite the search to find an upgrade. Manchester United are thought to be one of the clubs in for the striker, with the Red Devils keen to replace struggling Dane Rasmus Hojlund. Raheem Sterling returned to the club this summer following his season-long loan at Arsenal, with Joao Felix back from a spell at AC Milan. Both players are however unlikely to feature in Maresca's plans this term and no-doubt looking for a move away from west London. Winger Mykhailo Mudryk was last month charged by the Football Association for breaking anti-doping rules following a failed drugs test, with the Ukrainian
