POLICE have launched a desperate appeal for information after a 17-year-old girl vanished with her baby girl.
Skye Conway, 17, was last seen with her baby near Strood town centre at around 7.30pm on May 14.

Police say that Skye is around 5ft 6inch tall and has curly black hair and brown eyes.
She is described as last being seen wearing a grey Nike tech fleece over a black vest, along with black leggings.
The 17-year-old was wearing either black crocs or Nike Jordan trainers.
Her four-month-old baby girl also has curly black hair and was in a buggy.

Skye is originally from Medway, in Kent, and police are becoming increasingly concerned over her and her baby's wellbeing.
Anyone with information has been urged to phone 999 - quoting the reference number 14-1075.
