A SUSPECTED shooter called 911 and pretended to be American Idol executive Robin Kaye and her husband after murdering them, prosecutors have claimed.
It took four days for cops to find the bodies of Kaye and her songwriter husband Thomas Deluca, both 70, despite them directly speaking with 22-year-old suspect Raymond Boodarian.

On July 10 at around 4 pm, cops got a 911 call from the couple's neighbor, who said they thought they saw someone breaking into their $3.4 million mansion in Los Angeles, California.
Just 40 minutes later, first responders got a second call from a man claiming to be a resident, and he told the operator that they didn't need help from police.
At some point during the call, the dispatcher heard someone say "Please don't shoot me" and deployed officers, a search warrant affidavit filed by the Los Angeles Police Department says.
According to Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman, the second call was placed by the suspect, who identified himself at some point in the conversation, he told reporters at a briefing on Monday.

Jennifer Forkish, the LAPD communications director, said cops raced to the scene and that they deployed a police airship known as Air 16 to survey the property.
However, first responders couldn't get into the property because the entrances were locked and no one, including the neighbor, was answering their calls, Forkish said.
Officers in the helicopter also couldn't see any sign that a break-in had taken place, so they left the home.
Hochman has not explained how or why Boodarian gave his full name.
It wasn't until June 14 at around 2:30 pm that officers would find Kaye and Deluca's bodies during a wellness check.
A friend of the couple said they hadn't heard from them in several days and gave cops a key card to get inside the wall surrounding their property.

When they came to the doors, cops saw signs that something was wrong and burst through a glass window to get inside.
Kaye and Deluca were found dead with gunshot wounds to the head. Boodarian was arrested the following day.
Investigators found what they believe to be the murder weapon and said it was the couple's own gun.

COMMUNITY TERROR
After Boodarian was cuffed, it was revealed he had a violent criminal history, and residents were furious that he was allowed to roam the streets.
The suspect, who is from Encino and lived a 13 minute drive from the couple, was charged with battery and exhibiting a deadly weapon over a year before his latest arrest.
However, he was deemed mentally incompetent, and the charges were dropped, court documents seen by KABC show.
The suspect was also charged with brandishing a knife and making threats against his stepfather in 2023, as well as battery against his mother and sister in 2024.
But those charges were also dismissed.
Kaye and Deluca's home was broken into just weeks before they were attacked, and they had tried to crack down on security to prevent any other incidents, according to friends of the couple.
Furious community members have begged for a crackdown on crime and opened up about disturbing red flags they saw in the suspect.
One person living in the neighborhood said that Boodarian would "sit in front of my friend's house just staring and smiling," according to the New York Post.
"He did that on multiple occasions, sometimes in his own house, just looking out the window and smiling."
Boodarian has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree burglary, and he's being held without bail in a Los Angeles correctional facility.
His next court appearance has been scheduled for August 20.

Baby-faced Scot obsessed with terrorists threatened to make ‘9/11 look like the Teletubbies' before police raided home

The accused appeared in the dock this week at the High Court in Glasgow BOMB PLOT Baby-faced Scot obsessed with terrorists threatened to make '9/11 look like the Teletubbies' before police raided home Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A MAN held during a terror probe claimed he would make the 9/11 attacks "look like an episode of the Teletubbies". Curtis Ross had a fascination with "Unabomber" Ted Kaczynski - the lone wolf terrorist who killed three Americans and injured many others over nearly 20 years. Ross's home was raided and police discovered a drawing marked "Project Payback". A phone and tablet device were also examined which included the voice message about the 2001 Twin Towers atrocity and him discussing with others "murdering all the people who wronged you". Ross appeared in the dock this week at the High Court in Glasgow. He pled guilty to a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner which included sending the concerning messages and voice notes on Snapchat and Facebook causing an explosion, filming it and putting the footage on social media between June 25 and July 31 2024. He had a not guilty plea to a charge under the Terrorism Act accepted. Ross was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at a later date. A Facebook friend of Ross had spotted the explosion video in late July 2024. He showed it to a young woman who was so "alarmed" she contacted police. Ross was held that day after being spotted in Methil. Detectives - along with Counter Terrorism officers - searched his home in the town. Netflix doc shows how serial killer and 'unabomber' Ted Kaczynski avoided police for over a decade They found the "Project Payback" drawing along with a sketch of what was described as a "homemade explosive device". Inside a desk were various items including a roll of wire, mobile phone batteries, nails, screws and a watch. There were also initial fears about a package in the property which led to homes in the area being evacuated, but it did not contain an explosive. Prosecutor Greg Farrell said Ross "laughed" when first quizzed about what he had filmed, claiming it was an "attempt at satire comedy". 3 Curtis Lee Ross pled guilty at the High Court in Glasgow to terrorism charges Credit: Spindrift But, he confirmed that he had blown up two butane gas canisters and had posted it on his Facebook page under the name of a Batman comic villain. Mr Farrell: "He made reference to social media corrupting his decisions." Ross was asked about his interest in Kaczynski - captured in 1996 - and said he was "apparently some kind of mail bomber" that he had learned more about by going down a "rabbit hole" online. Ross went on to insist that he himself was "not a terrorist" as he had "made peace with everything in his life". But, police found a series of concerning messages during checks of his phone and black tablet. In late June 2024, he wrote to 15 users on Facebook Messenger: "Here guys, I am just here to inform you that the only thing stopping you from murdering all of the people who wronged you is just a box. "That is only if you cannot do it correctly and make sure enough evidence is gone so that the charges do not stick." He referred to "instructions on how to make a pipe bomb" adding: "Hope this comes in handy for you one day x". In messages on the day of the River Leven explosion, a social media contact called Ross "a human". Mr Farrell then told the court of a Snapchat conversation with a friend shortly before. Ross stated at one stage: "I am going to make 9/11 look like an episode of the Teletubbies, f*** sake." He then backtracked again, claiming it was "satire comedy" and that he was "only joking". The friend replied: "F**k Islam, f**k them all." During further rants, Ross said he had been let down by the "justice system" moaning he had been treated differently because he is a man. In messages to another contact, he said: "I have realised that I simply cannot allow what is happening to humanity and our world to continue. "I can and will have an impact on preventing the worst from happening xx." The court heard there were also photos, videos and sketches of the "Unabomber" on the devices as well as images of a pipe bomb and firearms together with "various other clips which suggest violence". Lord Colbeck deferred sentencing for reports.

Cabin crew lift lid on unsettling 'crop dusting' trend - and people are horrified

A flight attendant has revealed what the trend 'crop dusting' means while onboard a plane - as people confess the rumours are true about what it means when crew use the term While farting on a plane may be something short of a nightmare - according to plane crew, they are advised to do it, especially pilots. Sitting next to someone on a flight while they let rip really wouldn't be the ideal start to your holiday, so spare a thought for the cockpit if either pilot needs to let one out. ‌ According to one Argentinian flight attendant, she revealed to her almost 2.65 million YouTube followers that pilots are "prohibited" from holding in their gas because the discomfort it causes can distract them from their crucially important role. ‌ Now fellow cabin crew members, including flight attendants have come forward to confess their wind admissions while serving onboard - and revealed the habit is called 'crop dusting'. ‌ Taking to Facebook, one former crew member said: 'I'm cabin crew and I walk down that cabin farting to my heart's (and bowel's) content. I also share the love in the flight deck.' While another chimed: 'My friend is an air steward and they are advised to let rip, they are told that if they are in Business Class or First they should make an excuse to go to economy to release the pressure then return to Business class.' A third said: 'Cabin crew slang is "crop dusting" when you walk the length of the aisle slowly letting it out as you go.' The Argentinian air steward, who goes by the name Barbie Bac explained that flatulence is heightened when the plane reaches an altitude of 30,000 feet and said: "At high altitudes, atmospheric pressure is lower, which increases the volume of internal gases. "This can cause discomfort and distraction in the cockpit when the pilots should be focused on doing their job, not in pain from being full of gas. That's why it's always recommended that pilots, if they have to, just release them." To try and minimise the chances of passing wind, Barbie Bac said the pilots eat different meals to each other - so they don't both suffer another unfortunate bowel incident. "The commander and the copilot choose different meal options. One will choose chicken and the other will choose pasta," she says. Her claims are even backed up by a 2013 study by Danish and British gastroenterologists. Hans Christian Pommergaard, Jakob Burcharth, Anders Fischer, William Thomas and Professor Rosenberg told the New Zealand Medical Journal that holding your farts in may seem preferential but they suggested that for the sake of their health and comfort, passengers and crew should set them free. ‌ However the medics did recognise that air cabin quality may be diminished for other passengers though. The gassy dilemma also applied to the cockpit and pilots, the specialists found. "If the pilot restrains a fart, all the drawbacks previously mentioned, including diminished concentration, may affect his abilities to control the airplane. If he lets go of the fart his co-pilot may be affected by its odour, which again reduces safety on board the flight."
