MORRISONS shoppers are raising a glass this week as the supermarket rolls out brand-new cocktails for just £1.50 per drink – and they're perfect for summer BBQs.
The budget-friendly booze is part of an exclusive tie-up with premium cocktail brand The Drinks Bureau, bringing a taste of the bar straight to your garden party.

Available now in over 280 Morrisons stores across the UK, the 1.5-litre cocktail boxes are priced at £15 each – or just £12 with a More Card.
That works out at as little as £1.20 per serving, offering premium drinks at pocket-friendly prices.
Each box contains ten ready-to-drink servings and includes a tap-style spout for easy pouring, making it an ideal option for hassle-free entertaining.
It's also the first time shoppers can get premium 'on tap' cocktails from a UK supermarket – a format that's proven popular in bars and pubs.
A spokesperson for Morrisons said: 'We know our customers love a summer get-together, and this exclusive partnership with The Drinks Bureau means they can enjoy top-quality cocktails at a great price.
"It's convenience without compromising on taste.'
The initial launch includes crowd-pleasing favourites such as Mojito, Passion Fruit Martini, and Cosmopolitan – classic flavours that are set to be a hit at any summer event.
Another blast from the past is returning, this time to pub taps around the country.
For the first time ever, nostalgic favourite Hooch will be available on draught, offering a fresh way to enjoy the lemony tipple that first rose to fame in the '90s.
The original Lemon Hooch – a fruity vodka-based alcopop with real fruit juice and 3.4% ABV – is hitting pubs, clubs, and arenas across the UK.
Usually sold in bottles and cans, it will now be served on draught for around £5.50 to £5.95 a pint, depending on the venue.
Jacob Barrett, brand manager for Hooch, said: "Launching Hooch on draught is a landmark moment for the brand as we celebrate 30 iconic years.
"This isn't just a new format, it's a bold new era for Hooch, designed for longer, more sociable summer serves and promises to bring something refreshingly different to the T-bar."
The full list of locations has yet to be revealed, but Hooch has promised to announce where you can grab a pint of nostalgia soon via its social media.
The return of Hooch on tap comes as a wave of 90s drinks make their way back into the spotlight.
Bacardi Breezers are also returning to supermarket shelves after being discontinued in the UK, much to the delight of fans.
Meanwhile, Gen Z has been going mad for Buzzballz – round, colourful cocktail drinks that are set to hit Aldi shelves at their lowest-ever price.
It seems retro drinks are having a major comeback.
Morrisons has also launched three new bottled cocktails in-store, with flavours including Bliss on the Beach, Cosmo, and Passion Fruit Martini.
Each 75cl bottle is available for £6, or two for £10 – offering even more value for summer sipping.
Not to be outdone, Schweppes has introduced a new line of ready-to-drink alcoholic cocktails in sleek 250ml cans.
Their Gin Twist and Paloma Bliss flavours are priced at £2.29 each and are perfect for picnics, festivals or a refreshing treat on the go.
Aldi is also getting in on the action with its latest range of ready-to-drink cocktail cans.
With 13 new flavours and prices starting at just 99p, it's a budget-friendly way to stock up your summer drinks fridge.

Labour spent more than £35,000 of taxpayer cash on beer mats in pubs advertising the increase to the national minimum wage, a minister has admitted. The Government sent out promotional material to pubs across the country to tell workers that the minimum wage and national living wage were going up. Justin Madders, the employment minister, rationalised the £35,580 expense as he said the beer mats offered a 'unique opportunity to engage audiences in a social, high-dwell environment where financial conversations naturally occur'. The red and pale blue beer mats were government-branded and said: 'Millions got a pay rise.' 'National minimum and living wages went up on 1st April', it added, and displayed a barcode for customers to scan for details on how to 'make sure you're getting paid correctly'. The employment minister responded to a written question by Richard Holden, the shadow paymaster general, about the cost of the drink mats. He said: 'The cost to advertise in pubs using beer mats was £35,580, which was approved at official level.' He confirmed that the advertising push was approved by the Cabinet Office, and came out of the 2025 National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage campaign budget of £650,000. He added: 'The 2024 campaign saw an increase in reach to eligible workers. However, recognition remained low, reinforcing the need for bolder, more engaging formats for the 2025 campaign, which expected to deliver an estimated 3.2 million impressions. 'It offered a unique opportunity to engage audiences in a social, high-dwell environment where financial conversations naturally occur. 'This setting encourages discussion and word-of-mouth sharing about rate changes and offers an effective nudge for audiences to 'check their pay'.' 'We will be ruthless' Sir Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves have both pledged a war on waste in Whitehall, with the Government having taken such moves as freezing government credit cards and abolishing NHS England. The Prime Minister said in October: 'We will also be ruthless in clamping down on government waste, just as we will be ruthless on clamping down on tax avoidance ', emphasising the intention to show so the British people that 'every penny counts'. He added: 'Every single person in this country had to do that during the cost-of-living crisis and government must be no different.' The national living wage for those aged 21 and over rose from £11.44 per hour to £12.21 per hour, an increase of 6.7 per cent. The national minimum wage for those between 18 and 20 went up from £8.60 to £10 per hour, a 16.3 per cent boost. The Government has also begun to name and shame firms that do not pay their workers the appropriate wages, demanding they pay back what they owe and in some instances a further financial penalty.

Perrie Edwards has revealed she brings her therapist to work with her in a bid to manage the panic attacks that have plagued her for years. The former Little Mix star, 31, opened up about her mental health struggles as she was announced as the newest celebrity ambassador for the mental health charity Mind. Perrie who has been very honest about her battle with anxiety and panic attacks, has shed light on how she's learning to cope - including having her therapist on hand to help her face the symptoms in the moment. The former X Factor winner – who's previously spoken about struggling with agoraphobia and blurred vision and breathlessness during a panic attack – said her biggest breakthrough came when she stopped trying to fight the feelings and started facing them in real time. She told Metro: 'Last year, maybe in September, I started to take my therapist to work with me, which I know is a very privileged situation. I understand that not many people even have a therapist. 'So I thought, I'm going to make the most of it. I'm going to take her to work with me every day, and when I'm having the panic attack, she's going to coach me through it there and then.' Despite previously trying 'all different kinds' of therapy, Perrie confessed that the panic still hit her hard when it came out of nowhere and everything she'd been taught just 'went out the window.' Now, the BRIT Award-winning star is on a mission to help break the stigma around anxiety and wants to encourage others to get the support they need. As part of her new role with Mind, she's pushing for more access to mental health resources for everyone. not just those with the means to have support on speed dial. She added: 'I'm just trying to be at peace with my anxiety. If I can help even one person feel less alone, it's worth it.' It comes after the singer has admitted she fears she 'might die' as she opened up about her ongoing battle with panic disorders when she appeared on Alison Hammond 's Big Weekend. Perrie invited the presenter into her home and spoke openly about how anxiety has affected her everyday life. 'I've developed panic disorder' she said. 'So it's the fear of having a panic attack. A few years ago, I started suffering from severe panic attacks. 'I then developed a fear of having one again because I was like, if I'm on my own and have a panic attack, I might die, and nobody will be here to help.' She candidly added: 'That's why I'm never on my own. Never. I'm always with somebody. I don't like the feeling of feeling like I'm gonna die.' Elsewhere in the interview, Perrie revealed she wants to expand her family after welcoming a son Axel in 2021 with her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Chatting about how Axel sleeps in her bed when Alex is away for work, Alison asked: 'Are you going to have another one?' To which Perrie replied: 'I'd love more. Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington and actor James Norton have taken part in a wild sea swim for a marine conservation charity. On Friday, the two were among those to take the plunge in a 10-hour endurance ocean swim at Joss Bay in Kent, to raise money for the Blue Marine Foundation, a charity committed to addressing overfishing. Ahead of the event, they shared their earliest memories of the sea and pressed the importance of allowing future generations to 'experience the magic of healthy seas'. Ms Adlington told the PA news agency: 'I've always felt a deep connection to water, so when the opportunity came up to support coastal restoration through this event with Talisker and Blue Marine Foundation, it just felt like a natural fit. 'As a swimming challenge, this one stands out because of its direct impact on protecting and preserving marine life, with £150 from every kilometre swum helping to fund essential conservation work.' The two-time gold medal swimmer added: 'I hope people see this event as more than just a challenge, it's a call to action.' A report published by Blue Marine Foundation in July 2024 noted a 92% UK reduction in seagrass meadows and a 95% decline in native oyster reefs over the last century. Happy Valley actor Norton said: 'Like everyone, I'm in awe of the ocean. It's wild, powerful, and under threat. 'Taking a stand is about protecting biodiversity and ensuring future generations can experience the magic of healthy seas.' He added that his family goes by the mantra 'you'll never regret a swim' but admitted he had never been involved with this level of endurance swimming. New government regulations came into force on Friday which give water industry regulator Ofwat the power to retrospectively prevent bonuses paid in cash, shares or long-term incentive schemes to chief executives and chief financial officers for breaches of environmental, customer service or financial standards in a given financial year. Ms Adlington did not have a direct challenge for water companies in the UK but added that the Blue Marine Foundation was committed to coastal regeneration and improving UK waters. Ahead of the event, Norton said: 'My earliest memories of the sea are going on day trips to Scarborough. 'My whole village would cram into a coach and head to the beach for a day of fish and chips, rock and candy floss.' For every kilometre swum by participants at Joss Bay between 7am and 5pm on Friday, Talisker, who are supporting the event, will donate £150 to the foundation. The company has also pledged a further £112,608 to Blue Marine Foundation through sales of a limited edition whisky.
