Iconic alcoholic drink to be made available on tap in British pubs for the first time

Drinkers will be able to order an iconic alcoholic on tap for the first time in pubs across the UK. Hooch first burst onto the scene in the 90s and has become an established favourite amongst young people. The popular alcopop is widely regarded as the brand which gave birth to a series of fruit flavoured alcoholic drinks popular with young people. It was first launched in 1995 before being discontinued in 2003. However, it made a comeback in 2012 and now it will be available on tap. Currently sold in a range of cans and bottles, the original recipe of vodka and real fruit juice with a 3.4% alcohol content will remain the same in the new draught option. The zesty original Lemon Hooch was first rolled out on tap at the Northern Restaurant & Bar in Manchester on March 11. It will now launch across venues in the UK this month and is expected to sell for between £5.50 and £5.95. The full list of locations hasn't been confirmed by Hooch yet but it is expected to be announced on its social media accounts.
