Draw for Welsh Cup first qualifying round has been made
Saltney Town, Mynydd Isa and FC Queen's Park have been awarded home clashes with Holyhead Town, Nefyn United and Mynydd Llandegai respectively, while Greenfield are away to Rhuddlan Town.
Lex XI will entertain Builth Wells, Penycae are at Kerry, Rhydymwyn visit Conwy Borough and Hawarden Rangers host Llanilar.
Llangollen Town are on their travels to Llandrindod Wells, while Broughton United welcome Penrhyndeudraeth, Deeside Dragons head to Rhostyllen and there are home ties for Penyffordd Lions and Chirk AAA, versus Knighton Town and Kinmel Bay respectively.
Castell Alun Colts are at St Asaph City, while home ties face Coedpoeth United and Sychdyn United, up against respective opponents Deiniolen and Abermule.
A record number of 272 clubs have entered this season's Welsh Cup and first qualifying round ties will be played during the weekend of July 25.

'We took the positives we needed to build on and implemented them to get our reward,' said Llay boss Neill Hughes. 'Ellis Hickey returns and Scotty Swords is available for the first time this season. It's a huge game for both sides as both are looking to stabilise after a mixed start to the season.' The only way is up for Connah's Quay Town who sit bottom of the table ahead of the home clash against St Asaph City, who are also pointless. Town manager Gary McConnell pulled no punches and said: 'It was a very poor performance on Saturday. Not taking anything away from Llay as I thought they were excellent. We started fairly well but it was one-way traffic once Llay broke the deadlock. 'I am looking for a big reaction from the lads against St Asaph. They know that Saturday's performance was not good enough and they are hurting from it. 'St Asaph have not had a bright start either and with their manager leaving last week.' With leaders Bangor City 1876 playing tomorrow night, a whole host of sides can grab top spot tonight. Llangefni Town are favourites to do that if they beat Penmaenmawr Phoenix at home. Third-placed NFA head to Trearddur Bay while Prestatyn Town, in fourth place, are at home to Llanrwst United. Porthmadog, who also boast a 100 per cent record, host Felinheli while Bethesda Athletic go to Pwllheli.

Wrexham AFC legend Arfon reflects on last spell in tier two
Wrexham headed into the old Second Division on a high in 1978 after a title-winning campaign that also saw them lift the Welsh Cup and reach the quarter-finals of both the FA Cup and League Cup. 'They were great days,' said Griffiths, who became an icon at his home-town club where he made 721 appearances and scored 143 goals before going on to manage the Reds in their golden era. 'But the old second division was a big step up and I remember the first game at home. 'Brighton came to The Racecourse and had the ex-England international, Alan Mullery, in charge. 'They were very defensive and we never looked like scoring. 'We'd scored goals for fun in the two seasons before and it was important that we continued to play positively because Wrexham always had that identity of playing attractive football.' Griffiths' side were unbeaten in their first six but their first three home games - against Brighton, Leicester City and Newcastle United - all ended goal-less. They also enjoyed three early trips to the capital. The late John Lyons scored Wrexham's first goal in a 1-0 win at Fulham, Graham Whittle grabbed the only goal at Leyton Orient and Mickey Thomas netted in a 1-1 draw at Charlton Athletic. It was one of six goals in 16 games for Thomas so it came as no surprise Manchester United made the Welsh star Wrexham's £350,000 record signing. Griffiths said: 'There were a lot of clubs looking at Mickey and when he heard that Manchester United was one of them he came knocking on my door and said: 'I want to go'. 'I told him he couldn't until we got the best deal and we got £350,000 in the end.' After those two August away day wins, Wrexham didn't win again on their travels and their home form wasn't breathtaking either as they escaped relegation by just four points after finishing in 15th place. 'Teams did fear us because of the way we played but they wanted to shut up shop when they came to The Racecourse,' added Griffiths. The home crowds were also on a downward curve. There were 23,451 crammed in to watch captain Gareth Davies lift the Division Three trophy at home to Peterborough on May 1 1978. The opening day attendance at home to Brighton just 10 week later was 14,081 while 6,136 saw Wrexham sign off a disappointing season with a 1-0 home defeat to Bristol Rovers. It was a 16th place finish in the 1979/80 season where Wrexham again finished on 38 points, nine ahead of the relegation zone. Griffiths resigned at the end of the 1980/81 season and with his right man Mel Sutton now in charge, Wrexham were relegated the following season. 'I hope Wrexham can now stabilise in the Championship this time around,' said Griffiths, who described Steve Fox as one of his best signings during the tier two era. 'With the three promotions behind them, the players know what it takes to go up. 'The owners have done a great job, ploughing in a lot of money but it's vital that they get a new training ground.' The late great Joey Jones and now club president Dixie McNeil were just two of six players to chalk up a century-plus games in the famous red shirt in Division Two - Steve Fox (130), Dai Davies (114), Mel Sutton (106) and Gareth Davies (103) were the others. Danny Ward wants to help make more history at Wrexham
Phil Parkinson's men wrote themselves into the history books last term after securing a third successive promotion, putting the Reds back in the second tier for the first time in 43 years. Huge strides have been made since Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney completed their takeover at The Racecourse in February 2021 and Ward is on board for the next leg of the journey. The goalkeeper has re-joined his home-town club on a contract until the end of the 2026-27 season after leaving Leicester City. A product of the academy at The Racecourse, Welsh international Ward made the switch to Liverpool in January 2012 for a fee of around £100,000 having made one competitive appearance for Wrexham when he started the 2-1 Welsh Cup third round defeat at home to Airbus on December 3, 2011. He's back where it all began and although Ward, who made 29 league appearances in seven seasons for Leicester after leaving Anfield for around £12.5 million in July 2018, knows it won't be easy when Wrexham come up against the likes of Ipswich Town and Southampton in the 2025-26 campaign, the 32-year-old hopes Wrexham can make the most of the momentum they have and continue making headlines. "We just want to try and give a good account of ourselves," said Ward, who helped Huddersfield clinch promotion to the Premier League during a loan spell during his time with Liverpool. "I think everyone understands the step up in level and how tough a league the Championship is. "There are some great clubs in this division and it will be tough but we want to try and create our own little bit of history. "We want to carry on doing as well as we can. "It may not be straight away next season but step-by-step. "The club is going in a really good direction and we will have to try and capitalise on the momentum that has been built over the last three or four years."
