In her new role, Lozano will lead the company's North American channel strategy with a focus on advancing partner enablement, expanding strategic alliances, and delivering scalable value through Broadvoice's contact center and unified communications solutions. She'll support the partners in bringing a consultative, outcomes-driven approach to market, backed by the company's portfolio of omnichannel CCaaS, UCaaS, artificial intelligence, and customer experience technologies.
