Jane Harrison, who works from The Briggait Wasps studio in Glasgow, will exhibit her latest creations at the Tea Green Summer Design Market, taking place at The Burrell Collection in Glasgow on August 2 and 3.
Now in its 11th year, Tea Green Events has grown into one of Scotland's leading events for independent designers and makers and will feature around 60 exhibitors.

Jane, a graduate of Glasgow School of Art, said: "My jewellery is born from a love of nature and a passion for collecting and curating natural objects, things I find on walks around Glasgow and further afield.
"I'm constantly inspired by the shapes, textures and colours I see in parks like Pollok and Mugdock, or along the shores of Luss and Loch Lomond."
Her early collections drew from her garden, often incorporating natural elements such as seed pods and twigs, some of which she casts directly into silver.
Her latest pieces, which will debut at The Burrell, include earrings inspired by fledgling sparrows and tiny frogs from her garden pond.
Jane has been a regular participant in Tea Green's Glasgow events since the very first market.
She said: "Tea Green is the only market I attend regularly.
"The standard is always high, and the locations are incredible, places I'd never otherwise have the opportunity to exhibit in.
"I also love meeting buyers face-to-face, sharing the story behind my work, and often reconnecting after the event for bespoke commissions.
"It's also a brilliant space for creatives to connect, collaborate, and support each other, especially as we navigate rising costs and other industry challenges."
Founded in 2014 by Dundee-based jeweller Joanne MacFadyen, Tea Green Events began at the Glasgow School of Art's Student Union and has grown into a national platform for Scottish creatives.
Joanne said: "Tea Green owes everything to Glasgow, having held our very first market at the Student Union of Glasgow School of Art.
"Having grown up in East Kilbride, I also have personal memories of visiting both The Burrell Collection and Kelvingrove, first as a child and then later as an artist and creative.
"Returning to these beautiful, iconic venues with Scotland's most talented designers is an absolute privilege."

Lauren Rhodes, commercial development and programming manager at Glasgow Life, highlighted the value of the partnership.
She said: "Tea Green is a fantastic example of what happens when cultural spaces and creative communities work together.
"It has been a real privilege to develop this partnership with Tea Green at Glasgow Life, helping independent designers connect with museum visitors while delivering a high-quality public event.
"Events like these support Scotland's independent creative economy and generate vital income for the museums service.
"They also help our cultural spaces feel relevant, welcoming, and meaningfully connected to the wider arts and design community in Scotland."
The Tea Green Summer Design Market at The Burrell Collection will run from 10am to 5pm on August 2 and from 11am to 5pm on August 3.

Why Is This £56 Jacket Ideal For Rainy Summers? Kendall Jenner Is In On The Secret

There was a time when even the most fashion-forward editor considered wearing activewear for anything apart from your actual workout an unthinkable faux pas. However, athleisure now comes runway approved with brands including Miu Miu, Loewe and Wales Bonner signing off on track jackets for this season. I'll admit, I was still sceptical about sporty clothing and its wearability outside of the gym. That is, until, I spotted Kendall Jenner wearing a comfortable sweatshirt from Adanola. The Manchester-based brand has been making waves with its minimalist activewear sets and cult-favourite leggings over the past few years, collecting an array of It girl fans including Emily Ratajwokski, Bella Hadid and its newest ambassador, Kendall Jenner. Since her collaboration with the athleisure label back in January this year, the brand has featured in many of the model's chic off-duty looks – and her latest look is no different. While driving through Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park, Jenner kept her look effortlessly casual in Adanola's Waffle Full Zip Funnel Neck Sweatshirt in a soft light grey melange. She styled the sweatshirt with Adanola's Ultimate Ultra Crop Shorts in black, layered over the brand's V Neck Strappy Vest Top, which is now nearly sold out, with only two sizes remaining. Much like the strappy vest top, the light grey melange sweatshirt is running low on stock, but you can still get the exact jumper in a rich chocolate mocha brown. Lightweight and easy to wear, the funnel neck sweatshirt makes for the perfect layer to fight off the breeze, especially as summer evenings turn cooler. As for the shorts, they're still available in all sizes except XXS and come in a variety of ten colours, from vibrant orange to classic navy blue. So, whether you take notes from Jenner with an all-over sporty look, style the jacket with a midi dress and trainers, or with your favourite inky blue jeans and a sleek white T-shirt, it's sure to be a winner. Shop her outfit below, from head to toe. 1. Waffle Full Zip Funnel Neck Sweatshirt - Grey Featuring intricate waffle detailing, Kendall Jenner's exact sweatshirt is incredibly comfortable, but is selling out rapidly. 2. Waffle Full Zip Funnel Neck Sweatshirt - Brown Alternatively, if you don't want to miss out, opt for the brown iteration that'll work well for the autumn months ahead. 3. Ultimate Ultra Crop Short Just like the Ultimate Leggings loved by Jenner herself, these ultra-cropped shorts come in a range of colours in sizes XXS to XXXL. 4. V Neck Strappy Vest Top Mostly sold out, this strappy v-neck top is an excellent wardrobe staple that'll look brilliant whether worn to the gym with leggings or to brunch with wide-leg jeans. Inside Celtic hero's bizarre feud with James Buckley as Inbetweeners star declares ‘we're at WAR'

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) JAMES BUCKLEY and Joe Hart are anything but football friends. The Inbetweeners star, who played Jay Cartwright in the popular English comedy series, has revealed he has declared WAR on the Celtic hero - for damaging his podcast set. Sign up for the Celtic newsletter Sign up 4 James Buckley wasn't impressed with Joe Hart 4 He and his Scottish wife Claire demanded an apology from the football star 4 He eventually apologised on social media after weeks of asking 4 But he couldn't resist another cheeky pop Buckley, 37, is now making a name for himself away from acting and in the world of YouTube and podcasting with his Scottish wife Claire. Two podcasts they have started together include In Sickness and in Health, and At Home With The Buckleys. And in their most recent episode of the latter, the pair took aim at Hart for his antics while filming his own podcast Footballers Unfiltered - in the same studio as the Buckleys. They now share a set down south and have locked horns in recent weeks over the retired goalkeeper's escapades. Back in May the couple jokingly slammed the former Celtic stopper for 'wrecking' their set while filming his own show. Since then they have both continuously aimed digs at Hart for the incident on various episodes, demanding an apology for the damage. And this week, Hart finally delivered. Taking to social media, he posted a video saying sorry for the damage he caused but couldn't resist a parting shot in the clip - as he BOOTED a stuffed teddy of Jay from the Inbetweeners. And that was the last straw for the actor turned podcaster as he took aim at the retired goalie - albeit tongue in cheek - with a message in their latest show. Addressing the video of Hart, he said: "We're at war by the way. Now we share a studio space with the goalkeeper Joe Hart. BBC Sport pundit shows off shock new look with fans convinced he has had hair transplant "Is he still playing?" Claire then chimed in and had the podcast crew in hysterics with her comment, saying: "Surely not. Not at that age!" James continued: "He did break our set a little bit. We called him out on it and he sent us a little video - I think it's an apology video. "It's supposed to be an apology video and he picks up our little Jay doll there and boots it across the room very hard and very aggressively. "I just thought 'let's go' and I'll tell you something Joe Hart, if you kicked like that when you were at Man City then Pep (Guardiola) might not have dropped you. "War has been declared and we will keep you updated. "We're going to brainstorm and put some thought and money into this." "Maybe just as a joke we arrange someone to tie him up and throw him into the back of a van or something like as a joke." Lewis Capaldi's drummer left in 'floods of tears' following performance

The Scottish hitmaker has opened up on his return to the stage at Glastonbury 2025 after previously taking an extended hiatus from music. Lewis Capaldi 's drummer was left in "floods of tears" after he returned to the stage for his epic Glastonbury set. It comes two years after the Scottish hitmaker ended up taking a hiatus from music following his performance there previously. ‌ The 28-year-old singer candidly opened up about his battle with tourettes and anxiety, putting a pause on his music and his health at the forefront. Lewis performed a 35-minute surprise show on the Pyramid stage, having taken a two-year break from performing after his last appearance at the Somerset festival. ‌ He revealed he had to leak his own secret set after he was worried people would not turn up. Lewis said: 'I'm not great at keeping secrets, I wanted it to be a surprise, but we had to start leaking it out a couple of weeks before because it would have been strange to come out to an empty field. ‌ 'By that weekend it was the worst-kept secret. It was genuinely the best day of my life, I loved every moment of it. Almost immediately, I was overcome with emotion and I started to well up, so I was like, 'get it together', but then I turned around and looked at my drummer, and he was in floods of tears. 'It was weird, I knew it was going to be fine this time around. I had nerves and butterflies, but it wasn't the same as 2023 when I was so stressed and I knew something bad was going to happen. It was spectacular.' ‌ Lewis was speaking as part of the launch of Apple Music's Music That Soothes Me series of curated playlists, with the singer himself putting together a track list including the likes of Fontaines DC, Lana Del Rey and The 1975. The series, which features music intended to help listeners relax and unwind, also features playlists curated by Renee Rapp and Bring Me The Horizon. ‌ Speaking about how he relaxes, the Scottish singer said: 'I use music in meditation a lot – ambient music, not what I usually listen to. But when I'm going to bed, I'll listen to a lot of green noise and rain noises, especially when I'm trying to get to sleep, to soothe me. 'Slowing down and being outside helps, I like meditation, and I also go to therapy, which has really helped me with stress. 'I'm not someone who enjoys going for long walks or spending a ton of time outside, but I force myself to do it these days because the effect it has on my mood and my stress levels is just mind-blowing. ‌ 'I think for a long time I was either working or going to the pub, and these days I spend a lot more time with friends in a way that isn't just going out. 'Doing wholesome things with friends is always a nice change. Get outside, go to therapy, do some meditation and hang out with people.' ‌ The Someone You Loved hitmaker says he plays the 'older' work of rapper Eminem and his own demos to relax, joking that the latter 'really knocks me out'. He recently said he had the 'most incredible, surreal feeling' after his 17-date UK and Ireland comeback tour sold out. During the 2025 Glastonbury show, Capaldi performed his new track Survive, which has since gone to number one on the singles chart, and ended his performance with Someone You Loved, the track that Glastonbury crowds helped him to sing when he struggled with his Tourette symptoms in 2023. Prior to the festival slot, the Glaswegian star performed a number of secret gigs and guest appearances, saying in an interview with therapy charity BetterHelp that he felt a 'rush of adrenaline' before managing to calm himself before his first warm-up gig in Edinburgh. Lewis boasts an impressive six UK number one singles, including Before You Go, Pointless and Wish You The Best. He has also seen both of his studio albums reach number one in the UK albums chart.
