Kashmiri Muslims Condemn Pahalgam Attack, Vow To Reclaim PoK
In the aftermath of the deadly terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists, including many newlywed couples, a strong and unified message is emerging from the Kashmiri Muslim community.
Despite the grief, some political leaders and groups continue to advocate for dialogue with Pakistan. However, many in Kashmir are now voicing a firm stance against the Pahalgam terrorist attack, calling for decisive action rather than diplomacy.

The Pahalgam attack has deeply shaken ordinary Kashmiris. The people have come to realise that Pakistan does not desire peace or progress in Kashmir. This attack has torn away the mask of lies and deceit that Pakistan has worn for decades.
The terrorists who targeted the 'sindoor' (vermilion) of 26 newlywed brides in Pahalgam have provoked a powerful vow from Kashmiris — a vow to seek justice and avenge the blood that was spilt.
Now, just 10 kilometres from the Line of Control (LoC), the people of Kashmir are raising their voices and calling for the reclamation of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), even if it means taking up arms.
It is now clear that the resolve to reclaim PoK is growing stronger among Kashmiris. The message is loud and clear: we will not let terrorism divide us, and we will fight to reclaim what rightfully belongs to us.

Pune: Mangalmukhi Kinnar Charitable Trust to hold unity march for transgender community tomorrow
The Mangalmukhi Kinnar Charitable Trust, which traditionally works with the hijra community, would take out its first-ever transgender rally in Pune on Sunday to highlight the need for staying united and raising a voice against social evil. Issues like the dowry death of Vaishnavi Hagawane, discrimination against the transgender community, etc, the trust said, would be highlighted during the march. The rally, termed the Ekta Rally or Rally for Unity, stands out as this would be the first time the trust is coming on the road. It will start from Ganesh Peth in Pune at 3 pm and end near Shaniwarwada. The Mangalmukhi Kinnar Charitable Trust said in a statement that the main reason for the rally was to highlight the need for unity in times of distress. 'The hijra community has no divisions on the basis of caste or religion. Ours is a support system-based society. But the present divisive atmosphere in the larger society has affected us too. Our march is to lay stress on the unity of the nation, and we would also call upon others to do so,' the Trust said. On the need for conducting the rally, the Trust's spokesperson said the community felt it was fit to come on the roads in June, being Pride Month, to call for unity and raise awareness about various issues affecting the community at large. The Mangalmukhi Kinnar Charitable Trust is managed and run by the hijra community. It runs various organisations and undertakes welfare activities for the community at large. Pakistan reacts as PM Modi says Islamabad involved in Pahalgam attack
Pakistan said on Friday it was "dismayed" over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remarks that Islamabad was involved in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 civilians were killed. Commenting on PM Modi's remarks, Pakistan's Foreign Office said it "firmly rejects the baseless and misleading remarks" made by PM Modi. 'We are deeply dismayed that the Indian prime minister has once again chosen to accuse Pakistan of involvement in the Pahalgam attack, without presenting a single piece of credible evidence,' it said in a statement, as per news agency PTI. PM Modi accused Pakistan of targeting "insaniyat and Kashmiriyat" through the terror attack in Pahalgam during his speech in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. PM Modi reiterated that the April 22 Pahalgam attack was a stark example through which Pakistan "intended to incite communal violence in India and cripple the earnings of hardworking Kashmiris". 'What happened in Pahalgam on April 22 is a clear example of this. Pakistan attacked both insaaniyat and Kashmiriyat in Pahalgam. Its intention was to incite riots in India. Its aim was to stop the earnings of the hardworking people of Kashmir.
