American action legend Sylvestor Stallone dropped behind-the-scenes snaps from his second campaign for SouthMED, Talaat Moustafa Group's (TMG) ultra-luxury North Coast enclave. Joined by Egyptian actor Mohamed Al-Saadi, football icon Thierry Henry, and director Ali Ali, the shoot highlights the project's sprawling 11km Mediterranean shoreline and yacht-friendly marinas.
SouthMED is TMG's flagship coastal development, sprawling over 23 million square metres in El Dabaa along Egypt's North Coast. The resort is set to feature over 2,000 hotel rooms, more than 60,000 residential units, an international marina, an 18-hole golf course, and a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.
The development aims to position itself as a global destination on the southern Mediterranean, offering a blend of luxury living and leisure experiences. With its strategic location near Al Alamein Airport and a range of upscale amenities, SouthMED is poised to become just the kind of place Rambo would settle down in.

The Art of Enjoying the Annual Summer Getaway

Pasant Elzaitony Now that we are in the heart of summer, many people are planning their annual seaside getaway—a tradition that has become an integral part of the lifestyle of Egyptian and Arab families. A summer vacation is more than just a trip to the beach or a stay in a chalet; it is a social and emotional ritual that recharges the soul and creates memories to cherish for years to come. The Joy of Planning a Family or Friends' Getaway The success of any summer trip begins long before you hit the road. Coordinating the right time for everyone, securing accommodation that meets the group's needs, and dividing responsibilities—from preparing meals to arranging activities—are key to a smooth and enjoyable vacation. Agreeing in advance on a schedule that balances shared fun with personal downtime ensures comfort for all and helps create a warm, friendly atmosphere that lingers well beyond the holiday itself. Choosing the Perfect Destination The first step to a great summer vacation is selecting a location that suits both the group's character and budget. Some prefer the lively coastal cities like Alexandria and Alamein, with their bustling nightlife and markets, while others opt for the tranquility of more private resorts. Activities that Capture the Spirit of Summer The charm of the holiday lies in diversifying activities: Swimming and water sports: from boat rides to thrilling jet-ski adventures. Evening strolls: walking along the corniche, enjoying ice cream, and relaxing in seaside cafés. Beach sports: beach soccer, volleyball, or even yoga sessions at sunset. Food… A Flavor of the Experience No summer trip is complete without indulging in fresh seafood, whether at local restaurants or cooked in the chalet. Adding to the fun, evening barbecues with family and friends can turn a simple night into a highlight of the trip. Relaxation and Recharge The summer getaway is an opportunity to escape daily routines. It's important to set aside time to simply unwind on the beach with a good book or soft music, or to quietly take in the beauty of the sunset. Memories that Last Capture the moments in photos or videos—they will bring you back to those summer vibes long after the season ends. In short, the art of enjoying the annual summer getaway isn't about how long it lasts or how much it costs; it's about the little details we create and the spirit we carry with us, turning summer days into a tradition we look forward to year after year. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch...
