How Aries turn anger into power moves (And Win Big)
You know that moment when an Aries is too quiet? When they're not yelling, stomping, or even texting in all caps? That's the calm before the strategy. Because while the world thinks they're just 'too angry,' Aries is already five steps into their next big move.
Let's find out how Aries turns anger from a character flaw into a strategic winning weapon -
They don't explode. They execute.
While the headlights of frustration might freeze others, Aries barrels ahead. Their anger motivates snap decisions, propelling them out of sticky situations and into new territories.
From asking for that overdue raise to ending toxic friendships, Aries lets anger push them into bold and unfiltered action.
Revenge? No thanks. Results? Absolutely
For many, failure leads to sulking.
For Aries, it's personal. If rejection or loss sets them off, they channel that fury into relentless self-improvement.
That rival who underestimated them? Watch Aries lap them next quarter, fueled by nothing but sheer willpower (and a dash of spite, of course).
Never afraid of confrontations
An angry Aries doesn't tiptoe around truths. They air out what needs to be said without hesitation.
Relationships, workplaces, and friend circles get a reality check. And let's agree, sometimes a little drama is mandatory to put everyone in check (That's what an Aries believes!)
Bold, no-regrets risks
Under pressure, Aries becomes downright fearless.
Whether it's pitching a wild idea at work or taking a last-minute trip, their fire sign confidence goes up several notches when they're mad.
The risks they take in their 'rage mode' often pay off. Nerves of steel are practically coded in their stars.
Zero time for pity parties
While other signs might wallow or overthink, Aries skips the sob story phase.
They're already on to the next challenge, fuelled by the high of momentum and anger.
So the next time you think an Aries is just being 'too much,' remember that they're probably about to turn that rage into results - loudly and unapologetically.
Because when Aries gets mad, they don't break down. They break through.

Microsoft's AI coding tool GitHub Copilot hits 20 million users
At Microsoft's earnings call on 30 July, CEO Satya Nadella announced that their GitHub Copilot has hit 20 million all-time users. Microsoft also reported that GitHub Copilot is among the most popular AI coding tools offered today and is used by 90 per cent of Fortune 100 companies. They also added that the product's growth among enterprises as their customers has risen by 75 per cent in comparison to their last quarter. In their previous quarter, they reported that their all-time users were 15 million, which indicates that over five million people tried GitHub in the last three months. Microsoft and GitHub don't display figures for many of the 20 million users who continue to use this AI coding tool daily. Nadella also mentioned that GitHub Copilot was a larger business than all of GitHub was when Microsoft acquired it in 2018. In the year since, it seems GitHub Copilot's growth rate has continued in a positive direction. And AI coding tools are rising in popularity, and they seem to be one of the few AI products generating notable revenue. Compared to AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Gemini, that has a user base of a hundred million users, on the contrary, these AI coding tools might have a tiny user base. The only reason is quite simple: software engineering is more niche compared to general information queries. Software engineers and their employers seem to be paying a premium for AI coding tools to increase their productivity and efficiency. Microsoft's long list of enterprise customers and GitHub are attracting this community of code developers. GitHub has positioned itself well to dominate the market for AI coding tools. Another well-known AI coding tool, Cursor, has been acquiring expertise from upstart AI businesses to compete with GitHub Copilot in the enterprise market. In March, reports from Bloomberg claimed that over a million people were using Cursor's software daily. The company's annualised recurring revenue at the time was around $200 million. The fact that Cursor's ARR is over $500 million today indicates that a lot more people are using its goods daily. Initially, both these AI coding tool companies were developing different tools to tackle different developers, but with the passing of time, they have started to converge into similar product development. Their current biggest similarity is launching AI agents to review code and catch bugs that have been written or developed by Humans. And now both GitHub and Cursors' next goals are creating AI agents that create automated programmer workflows, which helps the developers drop all the tasks together. And Microsoft's CEO also added that GitHub was seeing great momentum with their AI coding agents. Cursor is not the only competitor in the market for GitHub; the other well-capitalised competitors are also creating a dent in the AI coding tools market. And in recent times, Google has bought the founders of the AI coding business Windsurf, and Cognition, which created Devin and later bought the rest of Windsurf's staff. Not to add that to capture the market, OpenAI and Anthropic are developing their own AI coding products using internal AI models, Codex and Claude Code, respectively.

Microsoft study reveals which jobs are most (and least) affected by AI: Is yours on the list?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming nearly every part of our lives, from how we search for information online to potentially replacing software developers altogether. In the last few years, numerous experts have said that AI will soon be replacing jobs, but we have had little clarity on which roles are actively affected. Now, Microsoft's research division has released a new paper that lists down different professions most impacted by AI. For this, Microsoft researchers said they analysed a dataset containing 200,000 anonymised and privacy scrubbed conversations between users and Microsoft Bing Copilot. 'Our study explores which job categories can productively use AI chatbots. It introduces an AI applicability score that measures the overlap between AI capabilities and job tasks, highlighting where AI might change how work is done, not take away or replace jobs. Our research shows that AI supports many tasks, particularly those involving research, writing, and communication, but does not indicate it can fully perform any single occupation', said Microsoft senior researcher Kiran Tomlinson. Here's a list of professions, which according to Microsoft, are most likely to be affected by AI. 📌Interpreters and translators 📌Historians 📌Passenger attendants 📌Sales Representatives of Services 📌Writers and authors 📌Customer service representatives 📌CNC tool programmers 📌Telephone operators 📌Ticket agents and travel clerks 📌Broadcast announcers and radio DJs 📌Brokerage clerks 📌Farm and home management educators 📌Telemarketers 📌Concierges 📌Political scientists 📌News analysts, reporters, journalists 📌Mathematicians 📌Technical writers 📌Proofreaders and copy markers 📌Hosts and hostesses 📌Editors 📌Business teachers, postsecondary 📌Public relation specialists 📌Demonstrators and product promoters 📌Advertising sales agents 📌New accounts clerks 📌Statistical assistants 📌Counter and rental clerks 📌Data scientists 📌Personal financial advisors 📌Archivists 📌Economics teachers, postsecondary 📌Web developers 📌Management analysts 📌Geographers 📌Models 📌Market resarch analysts 📌Public safety telecommunicators 📌Switchboard operators 📌Library science teachers, postsecondary Taking a look at the above list, the top jobs which will be most impacted by AI seem to be revolving around what AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Gemini to the best. In case you are wondering, below is the list of jobs that are least likely to be impacted by AI. 📌Dredge operators 📌Bridge and lock tenders 📌Water treatment plant and system op. 📌Foundry mold and coremakers 📌Rail-track laying and maintainence equip op. 📌Pile driving operators 📌Floor sanders and finishers 📌Orderlies 📌Motorboat operators 📌Logging equipment operators 📌Paving, surfacing and tamping equipment op. 📌Maids and housekeeping cleaners 📌Roustabouts, oil and gas 📌Roofers 📌Gas compressor and gas pumping station op. 📌Helpers-roofers 📌Tire builders 📌Surgical assistants 📌Massage therapists 📌Opthalmic medical technicians 📌Industrial truck and tractor operators 📌Supervisor of firefighters 📌Cement masons and concrete finishers 📌Dishwashers 📌Machine feederes and offbearers 📌Packaging and filling machine op. 📌Medical equipment preparers vHighway maintainence workers 📌Helpers-production workers 📌Prosthodontists 📌Tire repairers and changers 📌Ship engineers 📌Automotive glass installers and repairers 📌Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons 📌Plant and system operators, all other 📌Embalmers 📌Helpers-painters, plasterers 📌Hazardous material removal workers 📌Nursing assistants 📌Phlebotomists One thing to note is that these finding don't necessarily mean that AI will replace all of these job roles, but that the technology might eventually take over, handle or assist with these tasks. Talking about the least impacted jobs, a breakthrough in AI might impact these roles sometime in the future. The study also refrains from guesswork when it comes to predicting if jobs in these roles will increase or decrease in the future, but it is quite useful if you want to take a look at how the technology is currently affecting the way we work.
