Jack Conan reveals video from Katie Taylor inspired Lions before second Test win
The 39-year-old's words on the ability to dig deep turned out to be prophetic as the Lions emerged 29-26 winners after fighting back from an 18-point deficit.
'The video was unbelievably poignant and powerful. It spoke about being prepared to win with skill, but also being ready to win by will,' said Ireland number eight Conan, who like Taylor hails from Bray in County Wicklow.

'That was something that was massively summed up in the game because we were not at our best at all.
'It's huge because she comes from the town I'm from. I'm incredibly proud of where I come from and I know Katie is as well.
'She's gone on to achieve incredible feats in the boxing world. To be such a superstar, incredibly humble and driven is something that we leant on as well because we knew that Australia are a hugely proud nation and they showed it in spades.
'Everyone loved it, even the English and the Scottish boys and the Welsh boy – it resonated with everyone. It was unbelievably poignant, it was class. It really hit home for us.'
It took a beautifully-taken try by Hugo Keenan with 51 seconds remaining to separate the rivals in one of the greatest Lions matches ever played. Remarkably, Keenan's touchdown was the first time they led in the match.
Conan admits that victory tastes all the sweeter for having been taken to the wire as Australia raised their game to a whole new level a week after starting the series with a whimper in Brisbane.
'We were not at our best by any measure, but physically the lads dug in unbelievably well,' he said.

'It was disappointing how we played, but we played for 80 minutes. Hugo getting over the line in the last minute was just unbelievable.
'It wasn't my best game. A lot of us weren't at the races at all, but we stuck in there. You can't fault the effort. I thought the defensive sets we put in, just whacking people and just staying in there, was unbelievable.
'It's something that will go down in history. They won't be writing the history books about how s*** we were, but they'll say that we won and that's all that matters.
'Everyone's over the moon. To be part of a Lions winning series team is incredibly special. The celebrations in the changing room wouldn't have been the same if we'd won by 20.'

MONDAY It was an early start for the Wallabies ' press conference at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne by IHG. As the official tour partners, IHG decked out the riverside hotel with paraphernalia ahead of the big match, so we checked out their pop-up bar before heading out of town to Ramsay Street. The Neighbours set brought back a few teenage memories, visiting the houses that played out so many storylines for the likes of the Bishops and the Kennedies. TUESDAY All kitted up, we made tracks to the iconic blue tennis courts that host the Australian Open. Kev prides himself on being the Essex schoolboys champion at Under 15 level so we brought Mail Sport columnist Dan Biggar along to step up the competition. Dan was a professional sportsman until last month and his athleticism shone through, wiping the court with both of us to win the inaugural Dr Squatch trophy. After the match, we stopped off at Proud Mary, which was recently named in the top 10 coffee shops in the world, to fuel up before the Lions match against the Pasifika XV. WEDNESDAY We boarded a boat up the river for a memorable tour of the Melbourne Cricket Ground. It is a colossus of an arena, with 100,024 seats that host concerts, AFL, cricket and more. Damien Fleming, Australia's fast bowler from the 1990s, gave the travelling media a private tour, joining us for lunch in the Long Room. Come Christmas, the iconic stadium will be packed to its old rafters for the upcoming Ashes series. THURSDAY After Andy Farrell and Joe Schmidt named their teams for the second Test, we visited the Lightscape exhibition at the Royal Botanic Gardens. It was an immersive display featuring dozens of illuminations, strolling through floral canopies that offered an enchanting escape from the day-to-day touring schedule. And then it was back to the MCG, where the Hawks were hosting Carlton in an all-Victorian AFL derby. FRIDAY Our hotel, the voco Melbourne Central by IHG, was situated in the heart of the action. We were surrounded by the bright lights of China Town, vibrant street art and independent outlets on every corner. James Haskell and Mike Tindall were also staying in our hotel, as part of their work with the The Good, The Bad & The Rugby. We caught up with Haskell in the hotel's skyline swimming pool, where he shared a few hilarious anecdotes from his rugby career. SATURDAY Match day in Melbourne, but not before some fish and chips down on the beach in St Kilda. We boarded the city's free tram service for a hit of sea air, enjoying the winter coastline. Then it was back to the MCG to join more than 90,000 supporters for the series-defining Test. Kev was a guest of Qatar Airways in their hospitality area, while Nik was sat up in the media tribune to report on a thrilling Lions victory for the ages. He was close to tears after qualifying on Saturday, admitting he was struggling with his confidence. That prompted a visit from Lewis Hamilton to the Mercedes motorhome ahead of Sunday's race to offer the driver who replaced him some words of encouragement. Hamilton started in the pit lane and drove from 18th to seventh but Antonelli – who also begun the rain-hit race from the pits – laboured and finished 52 seconds behind team-mate Russell. Russell has scored 157 points to Antonelli's 63 after 13 of the 24 rounds. Mercedes are third in the constuctors' standings, 296 points adrift of McLaren.

Hearts have signed a co-operation agreement with Edinburgh neighbours Spartans in an effort to enhance the development of young players. The new Scottish Football Association initiative was launched for the 2025/26 season, allowing anyone aged 16-21 who is eligible for the Scottish national team to move freely between two clubs. Spartans are Hearts' first partners in the new project as the two sides work towards a full collaboration. Tynecastle B team captain Kenzi Nair is the first player to benefit from the arrangement, which will see him play for the William Hill League Two side but also for his parent club this year. 'We're delighted to have reached an agreement with The Spartans to enter a co-operation agreement,' she said. 'The system is more flexible than the traditional loan structure and is something that is already in operation across Europe, to great success. Seven new signings have arrived at Riccarton this summer, with two more to follow in the shape of Pierre Landry Kabore and Tomas Bent Magnusson. The level of competition currently makes it difficult for youth academy graduates to get first-team game time. Teenage striker James Wilson is an established member of the squad, but others like Macaulay Tait have had to leave on loan to play regularly. Tait joined Livingston, who also signed Hearts midfielder Aidan Denholm on a permanent contract. Defender Lewis Neilson is on loan at Scottish Premiership newcomers Falkirk.
