Biggest skincare trends for 2025
Face The Future's Head of Clinic, Kimberley Medd, shared the five skincare trends predicted to take off in 2025.
1. Exosomes
Exosomes are the buzzword for 2025, taking advanced skin regeneration to new heights. These micro-messengers signal skin cells to repair damage, boost collagen, and accelerate recovery, and they're a gamechanger for targeting ageing.
2. Streamlined Skincare
The age of 12-step routines is fading as consumers shift to more intentional, multi-functional products. Streamlining skincare not only saves time but also reduces the risk of overloading your skin. In 2025, we'll see a rise in hybrid products that combine active ingredients for simplified, effective results.
3. Vegan Collagen
Plant-based collagen will dominate the skincare world this year, providing a sustainable, ethical alternative to traditional animal-derived collagen. Expect vegan collagen in everything from moisturisers to serums.
4. The Rise Of AI
AI is revolutionising the beauty landscape, making it possible for consumers to get truly personalised skincare solutions. In 2025, we predict a dramatic shift towards AI-powered tools that help people understand their skin on a deeper level.
5. Hair Loss Solutions -
Hair loss is an issue that affects more men than we often realise, and it's no longer just something we're talking about behind closed doors. This year, expect to see a continued rise in demand for treatments that not only tackle hair loss but also nurture overall scalp health.
L'Oreal advises beauty fans to use the product every day, on thoroughly cleansed skin.
One beauty fan has also been raving about another posh cream that she said makes her look decades younger than 70.
The Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Refining Moisture Cream Complex would normally cost £40, but it's available for just £15 right now on Amazon.
And shoppers are also raving about Boots' range of Korean skincare, as beauty experts estimate that South Korea is 10-12 years ahead of the Europe and the US in terms of skincare and aesthetic treatments.
However, as many products contain salmon sperm, Korean beauty isn't for everyone.

B&M is selling out of £3 ‘stylish' ornament that adds splash of colour to eyesore walls & makes your garden look bigger

IF your garden wall is bringing down the tone of your outdoor space, don't worry. A simple addition can instantly elevate your wall, and you can pick it up for cheaper than ever from B&M. Tall garden walls can make your space feel claustrophobic and cramped. To brighten them up and make your garden feel better, all you need is this affordable ornament. Adding a wall planter to your outdoor space can help create a vertical garden. According to the experts at Atlas Sheds, this step can introduce colour and levels to your garden. "Maximise vertical space with raised beds, wall planters, or tiered garden shelves," they recommended. The pros explained that this will "add levels to your garden, making it appear more spacious and creating more opportunities for plant growth". "Structures like pergolas and trellises can draw the eyes upward, adding height to the space," they added. And opting for vibrant flowers in your fun planter can add even more "character and depth to small gardens". For an "open and airy" feel, they suggested incorporating light blue and soft green flowers into your wall planters. And thanks to B&M, you can add even more personality with a Watering Can Wall Planter. 'I was quoted £10,000 for a garden renovation but did it MYSELF for £1,000 using ChatGPT to show my kids what single mums can do' The bargain retailer has recently slashed the price of this decor item by 50%. B&M shoppers can now pick the wall planter up for just £3 instead of £6. According to its manufacturers, this planter "makes a stylish addition to your garden". They described it as "perfect for adding character to your garden walls". However, shoppers will want to hurry as the retailer warned that stock is low. More garden buys You can also turn up a stunning boho escape with Aldi's £25 middle aisle bargain. And you can add a fun summer touch to your garden. The retailer also has a £10 garden essential that's perfect for lazing in the sun. And the Sun has tried and tested a variety of camping gear so you don't have to. M&S version A similar version is available at Marks & Spencer for a slightly higher price. The Suede Buckle Footbed Mules are available for £29.50, in both black and khaki. Hottest fashion trends of 2025 Fabulous' Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend shares the biggest trends from the high street. The East/West Bag Baguette bags have had a good run, after returning from the 1990s' shoulders of Sarah Jessica Parker to modern-day fashion icons, like Hailey Bieber. In 2025, the East/West bag is a similar but elongated shape and has long, thin straps that are easy to throw over your shoulder. They've been on runway models' arms at nearly ever designer show - think Burberry, Givenchy and Bottega Veneta - and are hitting the high street now, too. Powder pink Bright fuchsia pink had its day after the release of Barbie in 2023 and now the more polished and expensive-looking pale shade is taking over for 2025. Pantone may say that it's the year of Mocha Mousse, but the catwalks say otherwise! From Prada to Erdem, the subtle look was all over the spring/summer catwalks, worn head-to-toe or on its own. If the sugary shade is too girly for you, then look to sharp suiting for a androgynous take on the colour. The shell jacket The '80s classic is back, but with a sleek and minimal new twist for 2025. We all know we're likely to see rain for most of spring, so your practical coat of choice should be a cagoule jacket. Depop revealed one of its big trend predictions for this year is retro sportswear, with surges already seen in '80s windbreakers'. Seen everywhere from the stylish streets of Copenhagen to the Miu Miu catwalk, now mums who have an emergency raincoat crumpled underneath their pushchair are very much in fashion! The turn-up jeans While the shape of jeans remains the same for this year and barrel-legs will still be everywhere, the way we're styling them is different. This season, transform your wide-leg, baggy denims into turn-ups. For this look, size doesn't matter, so while deep turn-ups are a hit from jean trend-leaders Citizens of Humanity, a slight fold is still just as good - but only as it's just one single fold. Peep-toe shoe Get your pedicures booked in sharpish, as this season your toes are the main event. After a long hiatus, the peep-toe has been welcomed back into the fashion fold, with brands like Hermes, Miu Miu and Tory Burch showing plain and embellished footwear in this style. From mules to pumps and clogs (yes, clogs will be around too!), there are lots of different styles that are set to sweep the high street. Sheer blouses See-through looks have always lived on the catwalk, but have rarely filtered into everyday life - until now. Designers Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford loved sheer looks on their S/S '25 catwalks and M&S even had sellout success with its black sheer pencil skirt last season. Expect to see more sheer looks lining supermarket aisles and high street shops in the form of skirts, tops and frocks. More on fashion buys Plus, the £12 jeans available from Sainsbury's, they're perfect for summer and autumn. Another Sainsbury's fashion buy looks fresh out of the 1920s. The retailer also has a £26 dress that shoppers say is perfect for summer getaways. And an £11 Tesco dress that works "year round" and is super flattering around the arms. Another Tesco printed midi dress is available for £12, it disguises your tummy and is perfect for summer.

Fashion fans are racing to M&S for the ‘biggest sale they've ever seen' – there's 50% off shoes, bags, swimwear & more

FASHION fans are going wild and are racing to get to their nearest M&S store, after the much-loved retailer announced their most epic sale yet. Not only can shoppers nab gorgeous bags on the cheap, but there's even clothes and shoes that have been slashed too. 8 8 8 8 With this M&S sale, bargain hunters will get 50% off all things from swimwear and slippers, to jewellery and homeware. So if you're on a budget but fancy giving your wardrobe an upgrade, then you've come to the right place and won't want to miss this. M&S fans have been left stunned by the reductions and one user, Arron Harper, even claimed that it's the 'biggest sale' he's ever seen at M&S. Eager to alert others to the discounts, Arron took to social media and uploaded snaps of his finds, leaving many gobsmacked. Posting on BARGAIN LOVERS Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More, a public Facebook group with 867,600 members, the savvy shopper gave users a close-up look at some of the best women's discounts, with all things from summer sandals and swimming costumes, to jeans and dresses on offer. Alongside his post, Arron wrote: 'The biggest sale I've ever seen at M&S!' He then advised those on a budget to 'run, don't walk to grab a bargain.' Thanks to the 50% off sale, which is in M&S stores nationwide, shoppers will be able to stock up on gorgeous bag charms, which are super trendy. There's also jewellery that's been slashed, with bracelets, necklaces and statement earrings on the cheap. If you're lucky enough to be jetting abroad any time soon, there's stunning bags that will be perfect for evenings on holiday. I've found the perfect summer top from M&S, and I'm even more excited now I can finally shop there online again And that's not all, as there's loads of shoes that have been slashed too - you'll find trainers, sandals, and even the popular Hermes dupe slip-ons. If your wardrobe could do with an upgrade for the warmer weather, there's a variety of summer dresses and plenty of swimwear too - so whether you prefer a swimsuit or a bikini, you're sure to find something for you. Why Everyone Is Loving M&S Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explained: 'M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there is so much good product to be excited about. 'A brand once known for its 'frumpy fashion' that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high street stores for womenswear. 'Its handbag range in particular is super strong with them selling 170% vs plan, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price. 'The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year, this comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but how easy they are to wear also. 'Price is also a big factor with you being able to get many good quality pieces all for under £30. 'After having a sneak peak of the upcoming collection there are so many more amazing pieces that are dropping over the next few months to keep your eyes on. 'Think leopard print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year on year.' There's also cargo trousers, jeans, cardigans and plenty more clothes you won't want to miss. To top things off, you'll even find slippers in the sale too, so if you can't afford to break the bank on Uggs, you'll need to get down to M&S, and fast. And if you thought that was it, think again, as there's even candles, vases and light-up signs that will add style to your home in an instant. There's even bedding in the sale too - with fitted sheets and duvet sets that have been slashed. But if you're looking to bag a bargain, you'll need to move fast, as these epic finds are sure to sell out quickly.
