US President Donald Trump on Monday said that Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg is a 'young, angry" person, and that she should be taking an 'anger management class". Trump also joked that Israel already has enough problems without kidnapping Greta Thunberg. Trump's remark came while he was addressing the media on Thunberg's claims of being kidnapped 'She's a strange person, she's a young angry person," Trump said, on being asked if he had a message for her. 'I don't know if this is real anger, it's hard to believe, actually, but I saw what happened. She's certainly different. I think she has to go to an anger management class, that's my recommendation for her," Trump said. On being asked if Greta was kidnapped by Israel, as she claimed, Trump said, 'I think Israel has enough problems without kidnapping Greta Thunberg." On Monday, the activist arrived at a port in Israel, hours after Israeli forces boarded the Gaza-bound aid boat that she was travelling on with other activists and detained them. Israel was enforcing a longstanding blockade of the Palestinian territory that had been tightened during the Israel-Hamas war. The boat, accompanied by the Israeli navy, arrived in the Israeli port of Ashdod on Monday evening, according to Israel's Foreign Ministry. The ministry published a photo of Thunberg on social media after disembarking from the boat. The 12 activists are undergoing medical checks to ensure that they are in good health, the ministry said. They were expected to be held at a detention facility in the Israeli city of Ramle before being deported, according to Adalah, a legal rights group representing the activists. The activists had set out to protest Israel's ongoing military campaign in the Gaza Strip, which is among the deadliest and most destructive since World War II, and its restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid, both of which have put the territory of around 2 million Palestinians at risk of famine. Thane train accident: Activists seek new local trains from Diva to reduce overcrowding on Thane-Diva corridor
THANE: The Mumbra incident reignited long-standing demands for local trains to start from Diva, a move activists say could ease pressure on the overcrowded Thane-Diva corridor, which was second highest in commuter fall-related casualties last year. BJP MLC Niranjan Davkhare, among the first to reach Mumbra station, said commuters and activists requested him to push for Diva-originating locals. 'It's a justified demand. We will convey it to the railway administration and work towards it,' he said. Both Shiv Sena and NCP (SP) also flagged the issue, pointing out that despite a population surge in Diva over the past decade, very few trains halt there. Those that do originate from distant suburbs, leaving local commuters struggling to board. Dr Shrikant Shinde, Shiv Sena MP from Kalyan, called for launching Diva-CSMT locals and fast-tracking the extension of the fifth and sixth lines beyond Kurla. 'While the Thane-Kalyan lines helped, we now need to extend them up to CSMT to ease congestion,' he said. NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad reiterated his demand to start Diva-CSMT locals immediately. 'Mumbra and Kalwa's populations soared, but local services haven't kept up. AC locals are not the answer—trains from Kasara, Titwala, and Kalyan arrive packed, leaving no room for our commuters,' he said.

PM Modi To Meet All-Party Outreach Delegations On Op Sindoor Today
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet members of the all-party global delegation under Operation Sindoor global outreach on Tuesday at 7 pm at his official residence, Lok Kalyan Marg. According to sources, Union Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju's office informed the delegation members about the meeting. Seven groups of all party delegations, including Opposition MPs such as NCP-SCP's Supriya Sule, Congress party's Shashi Tharoor, AIMIM chief Asaddudin Owaisi, and former ambassadors, completed their diplomatic efforts to visit various world capitals and promote India's policy of zero tolerance against terrorism. The delegation was launched post Operation Sindoor, India's response to the Pahalgam attack in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 tourists were killed. Over 50 people, including members of Parliament from multiple political parties, former ambassadors, and former government officials, visited over 30 countries as part of India's diplomatic outreach post Operation Sindoor. Seven MPs led their respective groups, with Group 1 being led by the BJP's Baijayant Panda, which went to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Algeria. Group 2, led by BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad, visited the UK, France, Germany, the EU, Italy, and Denmark. JD(U) leader Sanjay Kumar Jha led Group 3, which visited Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and Singapore. Group 4, led by Shrikant Eknath Shinde of the Shiv Sena, visited UAW, Liberia, Congo, and Sierra Leone. Group 5, led by Shashi Tharoor of the Congress party, visited the US, Panama, Guyana, Brazil, and Colombia. Group 6, led by DMK's Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, went to Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Latvia, and Russia. Group 7, led by NCP-SCP's Supriya Sule, went to Egypt, Qatar, Ethiopia, and South Africa. The delegations, apart from putting forward India's position against terror, highlighted how Pakistan has been sponsoring terror and using it against India, and called for Pakistan to be put in the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) grey list. Operation Sindoor was launched on May 7 in response to the April 22 terrorist attack in Pahalgam. The Indian Armed Forces carried out targeted strikes against terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in the deaths of over 100 terrorists linked to groups such as Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen.
